Spent the entire day at the dealer - appears all the work on my 2012 Taco was done correctly and I appreciate that. However, my experience with the Service Advisor was less than satisfactory. Yes, they have a lot of people scheduled and to check in, but that isn't my problem. I want an advisor that is knowledgeable and will give me the time needed to answer my questions. I politely asked if the advisor had time to answer my questions and her answer was that there were many customers waiting. I had to push to get some of my questions answered and not all of them because of being hurried. The advisor did not review all the results of the standard check with me, except for those items I specifically asked about. Also, when I arrived, I provided 2 discount coupons for AC service & oil change. After I arrived home (1.5 hour drive for me), I reviewed the receipt and did not see my discounts - so I called the dealership and asked to speak with the advisor to see if my discounts were missed. She was busy according to the operator, but said she would have the advisor call me back. Two days later, I still haven't received a call back. Not good service - I doubt I will return to this dealership for service.
Two days after this review, I finally heard from Lynn, a customer service rep. But, now I am even further upset - Since I returned home after my tires were rotated, I discovered that two of my wheel hubcaps are now missing - obviously the technician did not tightly install the hubcap and they fell off. I wonder now what else I will find wrong. As suggested earlier, I am too upset to even bother talking to this dealership - which I will never use again. Too bad. I'm done.
