Spent the entire day at the dealer - appears all the work on my 2012 Taco was done correctly and I appreciate that. However, my experience with the Service Advisor was less than satisfactory. Yes, they have a lot of people scheduled and to check in, but that isn't my problem. I want an advisor that is knowledgeable and will give me the time needed to answer my questions. I politely asked if the advisor had time to answer my questions and her answer was that there were many customers waiting. I had to push to get some of my questions answered and not all of them because of being hurried. The advisor did not review all the results of the standard check with me, except for those items I specifically asked about. Also, when I arrived, I provided 2 discount coupons for AC service & oil change. After I arrived home (1.5 hour drive for me), I reviewed the receipt and did not see my discounts - so I called the dealership and asked to speak with the advisor to see if my discounts were missed. She was busy according to the operator, but said she would have the advisor call me back. Two days later, I still haven't received a call back. Not good service - I doubt I will return to this dealership for service.
Two days after this review, I finally heard from Lynn, a customer service rep. But, now I am even further upset - Since I returned home after my tires were rotated, I discovered that two of my wheel hubcaps are now missing - obviously the technician did not tightly install the hubcap and they fell off. I wonder now what else I will find wrong. As suggested earlier, I am too upset to even bother talking to this dealership - which I will never use again. Too bad. I'm done.

My husband and I are toying around the possibility of buying a RAV4. We saw online that we can make an appointment to test drive a car and receive a $50 gift card. We originally made an appointment with Amber, who was professional and kind. However, when we showed up, she was with a client so Luda helped us instead. We took the car for a test drive and loved it. We needed to discuss finances before making a decision, so we just wanted to see numbers so we can save. After seeing the numbers, she told us we were wasting her time and there was no point helping us. When she got up to go talk to someone, we left. We re highly disappointed with the service we received. We felt pushed, disrespected for making responsible financial choices, and felt we would ve been better served with Amber. She s the reason why I m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1. When my husband and I will be ready to buy in a couple months, we re taking our business elsewhere.

I visited the parts department today to research several items my new-but-2005 Prius would need, fully expecting the usual pressure one expects at a car dealership to empty your wallet. So this visit was an unexpected pleasure.

The bearded man behind the counter was not only wonderfully helpful, but enthusiastically so, never pressuring me at all. In fact a few parts were inordinately expensive, because of the age of my car, so he suggested a few online alternatives that might be easier on my budget, along with parts numbers to look up there.

The bits I did purchase were reasonably priced, I think. There were a few things I would need to get done at the dealership and as I left, I knew exactly where to return when I was ready to get those things done.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful service i received on my last visit. I'll start by saying that i have not had a bad experience here so far, but this one was really great. Mike was great. My repairs were going to take longer than expected so he gave me a rental car for the day. I so appreciated this. He was funny, professional, totally went above and beyond and all around good at his job. I work in the service industry as well and some people just aren't cut out for it but he was truly great. I'd also like to mention Russel, he has been there on everyone of my visits very polite, professional and always smiling. I cant remember her name, shes a short blonde with big eyes... She is also great, has helped me a few times. I totally appreciate the work you guys do and you have a wonderful staff.

I did not have a good experience buying a used truck from Mcords Toyota. I came in for my appointment to test drive the vehicle and decided that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, however there was a crack in the windshield and it had not been cleaned/ detailed from the previous owner yet. The person who sold me the vehicle, Bobby, told me they would be able to take care of it by the end of the week. Before I took it home I also wanted to schedule a time to put a lift kit on the truck along with tint the windows but that never happened. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything they finally send out a guy to replace the front windshield, he was very quick and easy. Around the same time the check engine light came on for an oil change. Its frustrating that none of this stuff was done before I purchased and took home the vehicle. After several phone calls and text messages I still haven t been able to reach Bobby about cleaning out the vehicle and it has almost been a month and a half, I guess all they care about was making the sale. I will not be going back to mcords.

I just had my 2006 Prius in for recall service and an oil change. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and led to a service writer who took my info and asked me if I'd like a ride home. Vancouver Toyota shuttled me both ways, on the house, and communicated with me throughout the day regarding progress on my vehicle. Great service all the way around. Not at all the typical stigmatized "dealer' experience. I'll take my car back for sure!

Great waiting area. Today my wife was told a tire replacement was going to take 3 hours due to a couple techs calling in sick. They decided to change the tire right way so my wife didn't have to wait in waiting area for three hours with four kids. Great decision! The staff is friendly and helpful although the expertise in warranty coverage is not the greatest. Express member almost had me pay for a tire replacement due to road damage when the tire was covered under my Toyota care plan. Express member gave me a number to call and I had to do a couple hour runaround with Toyota financial to verify my coverage. Something I feel the service desk members should take care of for the customer automatically. Overall....ok. Definitely needs some improvements to make it an outstanding experience.

It was my first time car shopping for my own car and I was walking into it very uncomfortable but when I met Donnie Griffin he was patient and walked me thru the process. Took the time to help me out when I was in crunch time for their closing hours.
He showed me lots of options for what I could afford and what could be the best move. I ended up leasing a 2020 Toyota Tacoma (which I ll buy) which is a car I have always loved and admired but did not think it was an option walking in there to shop. He was so kind, patient and genuine. He was hustling to get paper work done, add up numbers, pulling up cars for me etc. he was great. I appreciate it what he did for me and I m very grateful. I fully recommend going to this dealership and ask for Donnie G. You will not be disappointed in his service!!

Scheduling, and appointment communication done well. Work was warranty replacement, so I don't have anything to say regarding work quality or cost. However, pick up was a major disappointment. I had to wait 15 minutes in a line six deep to process a 30 second transaction.

Don t buy from McCords their salesman are con artist. I purchased a trailer through them in 2016. I was told by their salesman that the trailer I was purchasing was the best are the market for holding its resale value. Fast forward two years I was interested in trading the trailer in on a truck and im told by their used car manager that the trailer is worth $30,000 less than what I purchased it for and a bunch of BS about how this trailer doesn t hold value.

So either your salesman or your used car manager is full of it.

I was treated well by all the McCord representatives without any pressure to buy. I felt as though it was no trouble to examine, drive or discuss details about the autos we looked at. In fact they took extra time and effort to give us to see the automobile at night, practice getting our 102 old mother-in-law in and out of the vehicle under cover late in evening. I am especially thankful for the courteous treatment my family received during this purchasing process.

Delt with one salesperson, not flock of "managers" pushing something. Ask for Amber, she was fantastic! Facility is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would be 5 stars but for a bit of silly back and forth on trade value when we both knew what was fair, I think this is meant to make the customer feel like they "won" but it's not really necessary. On balance, a really good car buying experience. Will be back.

DeAnna is an absolute gem! Prompt, courteous, and a great communicator. She answered all of my questions and guided me through the process with ease. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from her and recommend her to anyone that I know.
Despite a small hiccup with management during the purchasing process, DeAnna made sure that I received the price we had agreed on. Although purchasing a vehicle isn't usually the most enjoyable process, her abilities and effort to go the extra mile for her customer was greatly appreciated.

Like many Sienna owners (per Google search), my van is having issues with the power doors. It has too many miles, so any extended warranty is not an option. The problem got worse and I knew it needed to be addressed when the door suddenly opened on the highway going 65mph. I brought it to our local Toyota dealer and was told the diagnostic fee is $115. The total fix estimate was over $2000, a fix I'm unable to afford. The rep offered to cut the cables, so it wouldn't open automatically, and the door would be a manual door. I told her that was great, as I just want it to be safe. I'd be fine if it was permanently closed which I communicated to her. Upon pick up, I paid and the van was brought around. I tested the door and it still wouldn't close. I went back to the rep and was told that they couldn't cut the cables. I understand that this may be something you don't want to do, but why wasn't this communicated? I got an email advertising new vehicles and a call that my vehicle was ready but nothing else? I ended up paying almost $300 for a light bulb and a pin for the fuel door, so I can open the other sliding door. After all this, I still have a major safety issue on my hands and no help from Toyota.

It was getting late in the afternoon on the Friday before Labor Day when the water intake valve broke on my trailer...without it I am stuck for the weekend with no water! I called the parts store at 4:49pm and was told they close at 5pm!!! I begged the gentleman to stay open a few minutes longer; I was in a bad way - without the part, no water! (and I hate begging)

Thank you, thank you and thank you for the kind, considerate, professional representative manning the store who, btw, had family to go home to - he put his interest on hold to aid in my personal emergency.

Sorry, I forgot his name but he was the only one working...he was a true labor day weekend hero as I was able to make the fixes and have running water for the weekend.

Skyler was awesome to work with!! My husband and I test drove two Tacoma s and he was very enjoyable to talk to! We even took him to Dairy Queen and bought him a blizzard on our test drive! We ended up leaving with the Tacoma we wanted, at the pricing we liked and we couldn t be happier!

Went in for a recall fix... they did a full system check. Vancouver Toyota always goes above & beyond. Kind staff, pleasant environment for waiting & reliable service. What more could I ask for?

Side note: there was a VERY rude customer while I was waiting...she stormed into the check in area demanding a manager, stating she hadn't been helped. Total lie...I saw her with a staff member at her car! But everyone was still gracious to her. Hope she didn't have the power to ruin anyone's day but her own.

Bought my car in January, new with warranties and tire coverage. Only have 11k miles on the tires and got a nail in my back tire. Took it in to this Toyota dealer, and they told me the tire was shot and it'd have to be replaced ($138). Took it to Les Schaub down the road. They fixed the tire for free and put it back on my car, balanced and rotated all of them as well... I don't know about warranties anymore haha

I recently had my Lexus RX serviced at Toyota Vancouver dealership. I normally take it to Lexus of Portland for regularly scheduled matinence, but decided that since I am so impressed with the Toyota product and Toyota Vancouver dealership is close and convienent, I would take a chance.
I have to say that I was disappointed in not only the service I received, but when my car was "ready for pick up", not only had it not been vaccumed or washed...a standard service provided at Lexus of Portland, but the window switch (part of the reason behind the serivce needed) was completely left DANGLING in the door! The person at the payment counter took some money off the bill, but my husband had to put the switch panel back in because a service tech was not available to do it! I was shocked. What kind of professional company conducts business like this?! I brought my car in for service, and still had to have my husband finish the job! Then when we went into the dealership to "file a complaint", we were told to get on the website and write one since there was no one there to speak to at the time.
Currently my car is in need of some similar work that was performed by their techs and I have to say...I am going out of my way to take it back to the lexus dealership because I am CERTAIN, when I pick it up, I will not have to have my family finish the work! The extra money that Lexus of Portland may charge at this point is worth it. Not only is my car clean when I get it back, but they provide a loaned vehicle so I am not out transportation while my car is in their care AND the work is fnished!
I understand that the superior service provided by Lexus of Portland may not be something Toyota Vancouver dealership is willing to "fund" and I have later discovered that the customer has to request a car wash as not everyone wants their car put through the auto wash...having said that, I was not informed that I would have to request a car wash and how hard is it to vaccume out the car?! I get that service from Express Lube when my oil is changed!

Not sure why anyone would shop here. Have never had a good experience. Once tried to buy an F150 and was getting super low balled on my trade. They tried to close with "attractive" sales person, walked right out there. And then while looking to buy a 4runner Rebecca called trying to tell me that their quote had all the features I wanted and else where did not. Nope my cheaper quote elsewhere has the same specs. Don't try to insult my intelligence.

Stay away from these guys.

I had a really great experience with Vancouver Toyota. I had a vehicle in mind, and Deanna was fantastic, making the purchase quick and painless. She was also incredibly helpful even on her day off when I changed my mind about the car I was looking at.

She referred me to Skylar, who gave me the same stellar customer service, going above and beyond to help me find the car I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Vancouver Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. Low pressure, amazing selection and great customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Took my car in, they told me it will be $2300 to fix, as I had always thought that the dealerships would have the most experience... WRONG. Car not fixed after paying that, and they now say it's something else. Took it to another repair facility which fixed it for much more than they quoted. Do yourself a favor, don't assume the service department is good at the dealership!

My salesman kept moving out my walk through date for my RV for 3 weeks until the day before I went on vacation, and I had to take an extra day off work for that and it almost ruined my vacation. Then I find my heater does not work and I have been blown off by every person I've called and left messages about it with. Total scam business. Now my water pump has gone out. I've had this RV for a month. I was ripped off! Save yourself a massive headache, don't even shop here!! I wish I could give it negative stars!! Don't even work with Roger and don't buy used- they will not be gotten a hold of if you have problems with your purchase. Go elsewhere! Plus they delete their bad reviews, mine from a month ago has been deleted. SCAM!

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Brought my certified 2016 tacoma in that I purchased last year for a very common leaking third break light. Water leaked through my break light and caused water damage to my head liner and back seats. My truck has 36k miles still in factory warranty on top of an additional purchased bumper to bumper extended warranty. McCords refuses to fix the problem. Things are now having to be escalated to Toyota's corporate and when resolved my service, personal business, and company business will be going elsewhere.

Nice place, 1st time there, was a bit confusing...but was only there for a drop off so maybe 20 minutes...everyone was very nice, they have a shuttle service but also use Uber and Lyft which was really surprising and nice.

This is a follow up, dropped off my car was driven home and picked up by Uber. Both drivers were very friendly. Total experience was good, everyone at Mccords Toyota were outstanding. Nice work .
