No high pressure, answered all my questions, showed me every car I wanted to see, never rushed me, never shoved me off onto someone else, listened and cared about what I needed, got me a fair decent deal, patiently stuck with me through a difficult situation. I was tryong tp buy a car because my hsband wrecked urs and he was in ICU not expected to live. Miguel was kind, gentle and understanding.
