Update Update..
Took my husband's truck in for an oil change. They did not ask me and they put different kind of oil in it. They put synthetic in and not the conventional oil. I asked the guy multiple questions and he could not answer me.
I told him we put conventional oil in the truck the whole time why did they put synthetic oil he tried to BS me and told me there's no such thing as conventional oil for an 2012 F-150 5w 30w. I pulled it up and was like yes there is. Yes I know synthetic is better but it just worries me to change oil. Not trying to be a Karen but I would just appreciate if they would've of asked. Plus my owner manual says conventional oil. Unfortunately we have a warranty with them so I have to go there but I don't feel comfortable about it.
