Went in for a simple oil change today got a good reception, nice service writer Tonya, vehicle was serviced on time pretty quickly, paid for it went outside and found oil smudges on the fender where it appears as though the technician was leaning over to service the vehicle, I was very disappointed I will not go back. I will change oil and other fluids myself in the future since it appears quality control is not important to Kelley.
