Because the dealership did so poorly on my previous visits, Buick gave me, free of charge, a prepaid maintenance plan. The first service following this, service was free and no problems. Next service, this service, they had never heard of a prepaid Buick plan, and had me wait while 4 service people were outside the office discussing a woman who had applied for a position there. Then, decided to let me leave, while they checked into it.
