Zach Refeld at Chevrolet Buick GMC in Decatur and Mason Coy at the Lima Rd location in Fort Wayne provided me with a great Kelley experience. Zack was knowledgeable about features of different vehicles and the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing. He helped me narrow my search knowing only a few "necessities" I was looking for. He was honest about what he would recommend for his own family members in my situation. He did not try to rush me through the process or push me to buy a certain vehicle, and he kept in touch to answer any questions I had while I contemplated whether to buy or lease. When I decided to buy a used 2017 Chevy Equinox, Zack referred me to Mason who made the buying process very simple. Mason was also very knowledgable and was able to quickly and easily answer any questions or concerns I had. He was very helpful, friendly and patient with me. The different locations work as a team to find the best vehicle for you, they share deals but don't pressure you to purchase a specific vehicle.
