Great Job!! From initial sale with Alan, to follow up and scheduling with Kelli and the work of Benito's team.

We basically went with US WP because of Alan our sales person who spent A LOT of time with me as I sweated every aspect of the project and who really gave us a feeling of trust and credibility. Your competitors sales people could learn a lot from him.

We had a lot of back and forth with Kelli for scheduling and questions and was pretty sure I would drive her crazy, but, she just kept it all moving forward and kept ber sense of humor through it all.

As for Benito's Team ,,,, Great Guys and Great work. There was six guys including Benito. These guys were polite, respectful and were customer focused. They worked like crazy for three days straight of back breaking work. Not sue how they do it, but sure glad I had this team on site. These Guys Were Awesome!

So far, after at least one heavy rain, no water leaks! The tile drained water and the sump work fine (its quite!). The dehumidifier is also working well.

Bottom line.... I'm glad we went with US Waterproofing! From Sale to Completion we're happy with the company, the people and the work! Thanks for the good work!

I had 2 leaks in foundation due to cracks,US waterproofing was able to repair the leaks, although 1 leak took a couple of tries,once I saw minor seepage on second crack and called company back they were able to accommodate me within 24 hrs and repaired problem, it's been 5 months and my basement has no more water seeping in thanks to US waterproofing I would use company again and definitely 100% raccomend it to all

USW installed an interior drain tile in our crawl space to fix seepage we had due to a crack between the foundation footing and the crawl space floor. Not a drop of water from these nonstop rains we have been having, has come in since the repair. Great job.

US Waterproofing did. Keith came out and explained what they could do to fix my sometimes underwater crawlspace and a way to discharge the water.
Mauricio and his crew removed the old sump and piping, after adding a lot of gravel and perimeter drainage to a new sealed sumppump. My crawlspace is now encapsulated, and looks great. It's like adding a new room!
To discharge the sumppump, they had to dig a trench thru my front yard.
When done they replaced the sod neatly and shouldn't be a problem in the spring.
Thanks to Roy for upgrading my sumppump and for adding a foundation crack repair in the basement.

I can't speak on their services since I did not use them. Estimate went well and sales rep (out of LITHs) was knowledgeable and I liked the ideas he had BUT he did not answer some of my questions or respond to follow up emails so I will be likely be going with permaseal.

Technician Derek was very thorough and professional with his presentation of the product line offered from US Waterproofing. However at this time I will only utilize there less intrusive service.

More credit than they deserve. Made first on line appointment. Took off work and waited around. I finally called them and the said I didn't confirm apiontment. Have a screenshot of conformation. Reschuled for a second time. Had my wife stay home. They called after our window of time and said we gave them the wrong address and phone number. They called us. They said my email was no good also. Funny how they can call me to tell me lies on day of apointmen and send me an email on the day I made apoontment to confirm it. My leaks and money will be going to basement buddys. If US water proofing was not interested in helping me they should have said so and not wasted my time. The other three company's had no problem showing up.

I seriously cannot say enough about the customer service of this company. When you find water in your basement with no idea where it's coming from it can be a daunting thing to think about solving. We made the appointment with all sorts of potential worries, and I was surprised at the level of courtesy we received throughout. Text messages and emails to confirm the appointment, as well an introductory video of the technician scheduled to inspect our basement. Once Orazio arrived, my wife could not stop telling me about how thorough and knowledgeable he was! He explained everything that he was doing, and what he found in a detailed, yet easy to understand way. I believe we lucked out this time, because he found no evidence of outside seepage, and we believe we've pinpointed the cause of the water to our HVAC, but I would not hesitate to to recommend this company to ANYONE who is having water issues. God forbid we have future troubles, but if we do, this will be my first and only call. Thank you!!!

Spent nearly $11,000 on waterproofing our basement. First rain we had, flooded the basement again. After weeks of back and fourth trying to get someone to come out and look at the flooding, they decided they needed to add more drainage tile. It has now been over a 40 days since my first call to schedule the work and i have left over 10 voicemail's. STILL NO WORK SCHEDULED. Company is a complete joke. They want to schedule the work ASAP but as soon as there is a problem, they are nowhere to be found.

Very happy with 7 year equipment checkup which found issues with my back up sump pump and check valve which was not working properly so recycle from main pump. We replaced both very efficiently and so I decided to upgrade to new Boss 3100 battery and inverter .
The installer was very professional and clearly explained everything to me

Overall I would say US Waterproofing and team did an 8 out of 10. We had some unforeseen issues when the work was being performed however US Waterproofing worked with me on correcting the issue. I would recommend them

US Waterproofing does a great job of communicating with you from the time you set an appointment through service delivery. I dreaded getting a quote for some cracks in my foundation, but Matt was very helpful and provided cost effective solutions for my situation. Scheduling and payment were a breeze. The workers that came out were punctual and knowledgeable, and based on their observations were able to identify and repair some items i had not identified previously. I was assured that US Waterproofing would come out if the repairs to the cracks were not effective, and this definitely helps reduce some of the post-repair anxiety most of us feel. Thanks again!

After digging out our old sump pump well and installing a bigger well, we were surprised that they left our finished basement so clean after using the Jack hammer to break the cement floor, taking out the o!d pump and putting in two new ones and replacing the pipes, well done thank you

Absolutely brilliant and could not be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was superb. Greg, our salesman and estimator was a true professional who clearly and obviously knew his stuff and was completely honest and forthcoming.

Everything was very clearly laid out and defined, with no mystery or ambiguity as to what our water issue was in our basement and what was needed to fix it. In regards to price of the job, we sought quotes from other companies and not only was US Waterproofing less, they were much more comprehensive and explanatory as to what their work would entail, how long it would take and the guarantees they provide.

When the work was ready to commence, Leo and his crew were fantastic and only validated our decision to use US Waterproofing to solve our basement water issues. Leo and his entire crew were very professional, clean and diligent. They finished everything in two days, which I am still amazed by and left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

Henry came on the second day to install our dehumidification unit and despite running behind on schedule, did not leave until everything was installed and functionally properly. He worked well past normal working hours and was an all around good guy to deal with.

Overall, I'd recommend this company to anyone dealing with water infiltration issues, all day, any day and to whomever. Could not be happier with the work and the people who performed it.

Stay away from these guys. Over charging and selling junk battery back up systems.
On 10/5/2016 , I spend $ 2838.00 for Zoeller Sump Pump 1/2 HP M98 and a battery operated Sump pump system Boss 3100, which I told had a 4 year warranty. I was told that the battery backup will last unto 24 hours. We never had a power outage, in the last 2 1/2 years and yesterday we lost the power for 7 hours and my basement is flooded. The lady from customer service said the pump failed because I have a high water table. ( What is the point of having a back up sump pump). I called the customer service and they say the battery is not covered under warranty and I need to spend $225.00 for them to come and check it.

The customer service is horrible and it is damn near impossible to get them to come back out to repair their mistakes & on top of all that my basement is STILL LEAKING!!!

On the plus side, they had good ideas for getting the water away from my house. However, I'm not too happy about the type of sump pumps that they installed. Instead of they tried and true (mostly) pumps with mechanical switches, they installed an electronic system that failed in 3 weeks. Then it took a week to get it repaired. Good thing it didn't rain that week. The office staff is a bit disorganized and might send 2 different people to the same address or give the wrong expected repair time window.

Nightmare scheduling someone to come out and evaluate. Made appointment over the phone and estimator never showed. Called and was told I'd have to wait another 3 weeks. Said this was unacceptable. Miraculously, an opening appeared for the following Friday. I then get an email from another estimator saying he was coming the following week, which I cancelled. When the estimator finally came, he told me some more of the dry wall had to come out. There was insulation which could have easily pulled out and the man told me I had three cracks. Lo and behold, my handyman comes to remove the drywall. I had taken out the insulation myself. We found seepage around the water line and leaking around the shut off valve. Trying again to get the person out was a nightmare. He finally came back, 2 days before my appointment and said, "Oops...." and my bill went up. I said to him that it was his laziness about not removing the insulation that is causing me more money. The gentleman who fixed the cracks, James, was the only saving grace. He told me that my tie lines were also broken and would fix them without an extra charge. He also asked me if I was told there would be an odor in the house for a few hours. I was never told and I am asthmatic. I want to commend James for being extremely professional. We have always used US Waterproofing but after all of the run arounds, laziness, and added expense, plus extremely poor scheduling, we will never use them again.

My family recently experienced a house fire and after many sleepless nights and endless talks about how Blessed we were to not have had any loss of life just material things we realized that if the fire would have trapped us in our basement we would have no way of getting out. Scary to even think about now.
I called many companies to come out and give us a proposal for an Egress Window. (egress window is a special sized window that is large enough for a person to escape through).
U S Waterproofing was the only company that came out. James B. one of U S Waterproofing advisors was super knowledgeable about the Egress Window and had literature regarding what materials U S Waterproofing uses and explained how the job has a Lifetime Guarantee and much more information.
James was also sympathetic to our current situation of having a house fire.
What a wonderful team of people.

The technician came out as scheduled fixed the problem in 2 hours and was done. We have not had any problems since. We are very pleased with results and would call them again if we have any issues in the future.

YES! My basement finally no longer gets water. I had 3 vertical cracks in my basement wall. The gentleman who came to my house was very helpful in explaining my options to fix my leaky basement. I did not feel any pressure at all to go with the company. After getting a couple of estimates, I decided to go with US Waterproofing. The 3 vertical cracks in my basement were injected with urethane and epoxy. I also decided it was time to get a new sump pump with a battery backup.

We had a spider crack in our foundation and being new homeowners, were very concerned. I placed a call to US waterproofing and booked an appointment for a free quote immediately. Jimmy arrived on time and called on his way to confirm the appointment. He performed his estimate for free and was thorough yet efficient. We also appreciated his honesty and professionalism and even received a follow up text shortly after! I wouldn t recommend anyone else for my basement or waterproofing needs.

So far, I just had an on-site review and quote. Peter provided the most logical solution to our window well problem to date: brick it up, seal it, and backfill it because it is not required by code. I m very pleased with the work and the people that helped us. We had a crack in our foundation that was no sweat and easy to repair. It was probably an 8ft crack. This company went way above and beyond to fix the repair for a reasonable price. I couldn t be happier. I definitely recommend this company compared to a few others I got estimates from. I m glad I went with them. If I need anything else repaired in the future I will be using them again.

Abe was really helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. We consulted 5 other companies and Abe with US waterproofing was the only one to go outside and test the foundation and found where all the leaking was coming from. He even found a solution to a leaking problem that was not due to cracks in the foundation of our home. He saved me over 20k where other companies were quick to say we needed drain tiles and a expensive system. I appreciate their work.

We hired U.S. Waterproofing to install drain tile and a sump pump in our basement, to relieve water seepage from hydrostatic pressure. Since the installation it has rained several times and there have been several snow melts, and we have not experienced any seepage. When the rain picks up in the spring and summer, we will truly be able to assess the effectiveness of the system, but thus far we are happy with the work. We sought out estimates from several major waterproofing companies in the area, as well as from a few smaller handymen, and U.S. Waterproofing provided us with the best value for the work, the most thorough job, and the best explanation for the work being done. Additionally, the transferable warranty was satisfactory. These were ultimately the reasons why we hired them. Throughout the process, U.S. Waterproofing was responsive and thorough.

The sales person explained all of the cost and contract very well. The repair crew were punctual, efficient and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. The repair crew also informed me of the more extensive repair that was needed and showed me the reason, then explained that it was at no additional cost. Just time. Overall would highly recommend this company.

Over the years, we have used U.S. Waterproofing (USW) on several occasions. In every instance, from scheduling a representative to evaluate the problem through project completion, the process was timely, informative, professional and an all around good experience.

The individual projects were well worth their costs as we have not experienced the problems since the work was completed. Peace of mind is priceless and that's really what you're purchasing when you contract USW to resolve an issue for you.

Their representative was very helpful in accessing the situation, which turned out to be leaky window wells. He ran a hose to the window well to determine how the water was seeping into the basement... through the window. He provided me with a reasonable estimate and was willing to answer any and all questions that I had. John Glynn is a pleasure to do business with.

Nick at US Waterproofing was extremely professional, helpful, and patient in assisting us with this project. We specifically chose US Waterproofing over their competition - in this case PermaSeal - due to our comfort with Nick over the salesperson at PermaSeal. At no point did we feel pressured. We spent well over a week to decide on the final project and Nick continually answered our questions and happily changed project parameters without any pushback. Great experience, I am very happy so far.

I wish the customer service people who answer the phone calls have more information about projects so I wouldn t have to wait for two weeks until they come by and tell me my crawl space is not deep enough for their crew to work in. Be aware don t call them if your crawl space is shallower than 30 .

Had a great experience with US waterproofing . David our sales rep arrived on time, gave us an estimate for what we needed and in less than a week, we had our missing egress window well cover custom made onsite and installed in less than 15 minutes. Now I have peace of mind that the backyard is safe. Highly recommend US Waterproofing.

I am a little on the fence about using them. I received a quote and seemed fair but still wanted to get additional quotes and shop around like a consumer looking for a service should do. I received a call back multiple times asking what it would take and what is the price I would like to pay for the services. I thought they put their best foot forward with pricing but I guess not since they are willing to haggle prices of services. I would suggest to anyone shop around not make them your one stop shop.

Very friendly and professional organization. I called for a free estimate for a new sump pump and installing a backup as well. I was offered alternatives with pros & cons and the installation was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend US Waterproofing.

Good job .but communications stinks customer service useless

U.S. Waterproofing came out because I have some yard drainage issues. After inspecting the area, they determined their services wouldn't work for my problem and gave me some advice on next steps. They clearly explained why their drainage system wouldn't work for me, while other companies were willing to do the work and possibly do it wrong or it wouldn't work in heavy rains. U.S. Waterproofing is honest and dependable, and even though they couldn't do the work I was looking for, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I'd rather have a company tell me they can do something than charge me thousands of dollars for a system that wouldn't work.

The cunning salesman they sent to my house for an estimate was Don Berkley. He came to assess my foundation cracks not realizing that I had done my own research on the matter and already knew the full truth about my cracks. He was dramatic, lied about the severity of my issue (i already had 3 people including a structural engineer) tell me my issue was minor and completely normal and simple to fix).Mr. Berkley was an absolute fail at trying to up-sell me. I could see right thru his used car salesman technique he tried on me. He even had the audacity to say "and I mean im being GENEROUS here" after he threw a quote my way. His insane quote was over DOUBLE what i ended up paying for from another company who successfully repaired my cracks for half the cost. The other company wasn't dramatic and full of lies, either.

I will never use US Waterproofing in the future and I will do my best to warn people about their inflated cost and dramatic shady sales practices both in person and on the internet. I am sure they have great people but Don isn't one of them. The lied he spewed went against 2 previous inspectors and a structural engineer. I should have listened to the advice of others who had similar experiences with this company before I had to deal with a rude contractor in my house attempting to rip me blind and insulting my intelligence and research.

The proof will come with the next heavy rain but to this point all went well. Technician arrived early and completed the crawl space crack repair in a timely and proficient manner. So far very pleased.

Russ and US waterproofing were first class from start to finish. He diagnosed my problems and offered suggestions without being to pushy and followed up in the time frame requested. While nothing was purchased in the end I appreciate his feedback and willingness to help immensely. Thank you again Russ.

I could not believe how fast of a response I received. Once I reached out online to schedule an estimate within a day I was scheduled and gladly put our deposit down. The only problem I experienced, was the wait time on the phone. it was very frustrating to try to get hold of someone. One day I waited a full hour on hold and finally gave up. Great quality, wonderful service people, but lousy phone set up.

The actual scheduling an apt for an estimate was not complicated but scheduling an apt to do the work was a tad bit strange, complicated and took a long time. The day the service took place the 2 guys that arrived were friendly and very professional. They did not wear booties is my only complaint. The work was done fast and neatly.

We were very pleased with the service from U.S. Waterproofing. The appointment was scheduled in only a couple days (no long wait for the appointment), two fellows looked at our problem gave us a price we were happy with and then the work was done just a couple days later (no long wait). The tech arrived on time and fixed the problem and did not leave a mess to be cleaned up. We would hire again.

What a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. A family run business that actually cares about their customers, and appreciates them! We had basement leaks everywhere and needed a drain tile system. I haven't seen such good customer service in a very long time. I inquired about an exterior foundation crack. The gentleman introduced himself by email ahead of time & gave me updates upon his arrival. When he arrived he was very friendly, took a look at the problem area but turns out it was previously fixed correctly & no new work needed to be done to it at this time.
I commend any company who gives an honest inspections & aren't looking for money in work that isn't there.

David came to my house and performed a thorough evaluation of the situation. He made a few recommendations to avoid water damage but came to the conclusion that it did not require his services. He was honest and did not try to sell me something I don't need.
Did I say his company did not charge me for his visit?!

Good product, salesmen was very responsive, installers worked very hard; but didn't glue sump pump discharge piping in properly. We had it disconnect during winter and discharge water would miss exit piping and run along foundation back to drain tiles and back to sump pump. Constantly running. This also eroded ground heavily around piping. They added 4" to 6" piping because of how much piping sunk under ground; but now how is my angle of discharge piping under ground and is that glued properly??? Not happy about this!

My family has worked with U.S. Waterproofing for 20+ years with our own home and multiple investment properties, having used their services for foundation repair, sump pump installation and sealing basement cracks. They have always been quick to send a consultant to our properties to give an assessment and solution to the problem, not just a temporary fix. So what starts out to be a headache to deal with turns into a big relief that you have them to take care of the problem. Their customer service is also top notch as they strive to make sure you are happy with the outcome.

I continue to recommend U.S Waterproofing because they are truly are the experts for all things waterproofing.

Great service...George I the salesperson was attentive to our needs and provided us with the best options for our Sump Pump replacement. The installation was just as good. Professional...clean...done right the first time. You would never know that a sump pump was replaced in a pit in a housing next to a fully carpeted finished basement.

I recently had polyurethane injection done on my concrete patio and couldn't be happier. My sales advocate John, explained everything thoroughly and left no doubt he had my best interest in mind, I wasn't just another sale. He was able to get his crew out in a short time and followed up after completion to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Fernando and the rest of the crew did a great job and were able to even out my patio. If you have issues with uneven concrete, want to save $$$ , US Waterproofing polyurethane injection is the way to go.

When your basement floods it is a very stressful time and I am so grateful that the first phone call I made was to US Waterproofing. Jose came out right away and quickly diagnosed what happened (Sump Pump failure) and then took me through all the options -- Good, Better, Best to fix it. I ended up going with the Better option. They scheduled the work quickly and I was very happy with the professionalism of the 3 installation people that came out led by Mauricio who installed a new sump pump and a battery backup sump pump so that I have insurance in case the main sump pump fails or there is a power issue. Could not be more satisfied with US Waterproofing. I highly recommend them!

Your representative , Bob, was backed up with leads due to the record rain. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. That did not stop him from taking time to analyze the issue. He came out, gave us a quote and gave us an estimated date and time that worked perfect for us. The price was very affordable as well. I will highly recommend US to anyone with a water or foundation issue.

US Waterproofing did a great job for us. Very professional, clean and courteous. They addressed all of our concerns and the end result looks like it addresses all of our foundation issues.

Out of 3 companies I contacted not only was he the best price by THOUSANDS of dollars, he was the only rep that actually examined the issue before making a recommendation. US Waterproofing is a terrible company, a borderline scam. When we asked them to come out and give us a quote to extend our sump pump line, they were at the house in short order to collect our check. The work US Waterproofing did was awful, and they left their garbage on the lawn for good measure. They later agreed to fix their work. But they refused to come back to the house for more than a month, while water continues to pour out of their faulty installation and back onto our foundation. I'll try to add pictures when I have a moment. In the meantime, take my advice--do not do business with this company. I gave them one star because you apparently can't post a review with no stars.

Two 'mystery' cracks: When it rained long and heavy, puddles appeared in the basement here and there. I was able to identify both, but I could not fix them myself. US Waterproofing came in with their estimate, gave me a veteran discount (thank you), and a few weeks later, both were no longer a problem. From the inside, USWP sealed the crack with epoxy injection - very clean and professional. The other crack was behind the landing to the stairs, so it was fixed from the outside with 250 pounds of bentonite clay compound - all the way down from the ground level to the drain tile (approximately nine feet deep). Clean and efficient. Let the rains come! :)

Shawn came to our house after we had been getting water in our basement. He was able to figure out quickly that US Waterproofing was not going to be able to help, and if they could, it would be a 50/50 change of working at a high cost. He recommended not to do it. Instead of ending it right there, he checked multiple areas to see where water was coming from. He then gave me some ideas on how to fix the solutions possibly myself, or get another type of professional involved. Even though we didn't end up doing business, very grateful for the professionalism.

The fellows who did the installation were very tidy and professional. It was a pleasure having them here all day.
