Hi, I am giving U.S. Waterproofing 5 stars because of the excellent quality of their work and the great employees they sent out to do the job. The only problem I experienced, was the wait time on the phone. it was very frustrating to try to get hold of someone. One day I waited a full hour on hold and finally gave up. Great quality, wonderful service people, but lousy phone set up.
