I had an appointment at Urse Dodge on December 31s...

I had an appointment at Urse Dodge on December 31st and was a half hour early for it. I spent approximately 2 hours waiting for my car to be repaired, only to be informed that the part had to be ordered. I scheduled this back in November which should have been ample time to order the part that was needed. Very unprofessional and to add insult to injury, my gear shift lever was installed backwards when they put my car back together. What compensation should I receive for wasted time, gas, etc. to and from the service department?
Had to give one star in order to post, but a big negative!
