One big drama! Really outrageous.

One big drama! Really outrageous.
Package is not delivered at all up to 2x.
For staying at home! No message left, only an hour later by email that the package could not be delivered.
Seems there are self-employed people driving around for UPS.
Customer service is abysmal and is put on hold without any sound. Finally hung up again.
I'm desperate and don't know what to do now!

Worthless service. Two packages would be delivered, twice at the wrong address. After calling, I would be called back. Not done. The day later would be delivered to the right address, not done. After 5 days not yet received at the right address. Never do business with you!

Receive invoice. Do not agree with. Attempted to make contact several times. Does'nt work. Pay extra if I don't pay now. But want to talk about it. In my opinion, the amount is not correct. Are also unannounced costs.

I have never seen a company that can lie so that you have delivered your package. While they haven't even done that, you're sitting in your house all day waiting for nothing. Think it really ridiculous. I don't understand that many companies still want to do business with such a company.

It has been saying "Customs clearance information required" for almost 1 week. I cannot call them because then I get an answering machine that hangs up and my mails are not answered. What a drama I think I can forget my package

I sent a package from Italy and I also spent a considerable amount, but after the first delivery attempt, the package is in stock and must be recovered directly from the recipient. A shame, at least a couple of attempts should be made. In the future I will try other couriers. Bad !!!!!

They lost the pallet, a big pallet with a PVC turquoise bag, very difficult to lose, but they lose it. I've never seen such a disaster in 18 years of working with carriers, if you told with them they treat you as a silly person. This is a real opinion and if I have a tracking number if someone has doubts.

Received three packages in two months that were sent via UPS Utrecht.

At all three was indicated, if there was no one at home with us then the package could be delivered to the neighbor.

First package: delivered by UPS to a collection point without communicating to me via a message in the mailbox (or by e-mail) that this was done and where I had to pick it up. Once I found out that this had happened, they had taken it back themselves. I am still waiting for this package.

Second package: is left in front of my door, package was broken, possibly by UPS, possibly by someone who saw it in front of the door and gave it a kick.

Third package: I saw the UPS bus outside so I went there, driver was standing at the door for fifteen minutes with the van while he was busy on his phone. Package was broken on all sides, see photos.

Outrageous service, I thought DPD was bad with standard packages to pick up points but with them the packages are still very. UPS is apparently worthless, I am amazed that they dare to deliver parcels in this state.

Drama, the delivery.
Package from Denmark for delivery Tuesday 07/01, unfortunately nothing.
08/01 3 phone calls further and different answers at 18.10 no package yet.
The package needed on 09/01. How do we solve this???

I explain my encounter(s) in detail below, but before that a tip: if you press zero after the language selection, it connects you to someone from customer service (not that their customer service is any helpful, but at least you get to talk to someone with brain ). And now let me tell you what I think of UPS: well I actually cannot find the words to describe how bad the service at UPS is. And considering that they are a service provider, this is unbelievably bad business! I have difficulties processing how they can be so bad and still exist. But I suppose they are better in other parts of the world and when packages are shipped to NL, the problem arises.

In July, my supplier in Turkey sent 4 boxes with goods to the Netherlands. It arrived in Utrecht very quickly but then... stuck at customs for some reason. After intense trying to reach a human being, I found out that one box was missing. And then I was called by one very rude man, who called me mevrouwtje in a patronizing tone and told me that I need to get in touch with my counter part in Turkey. WHY? The packages were shipped I have proof, but they don t care and they do not contact their counter part to find out what happened on the way. They also do not release the rest of the packages as they need all four to clear the customs. After 10 days, and tens of calls, finally I get emails that three packages will be delivered and the fourth will not. I of course do not believe it, but in the afternoon of the day that they indicate that they will deliver, they appear at my door with FOUR boxes! Yes four. Apparently they stuck the same label on two boxes which made one appear to be lost.

Now for the second time, another supplier has shipped 5 boxes on Tuesday. Again the boxes arrived in Utrecht in less than 24 hours. And again the status of the boxes are in clearance process . However, one of the five is already delivered on Thursday . How is that possible and why not with the rest?! Nobody knows. But in the mean time I call them and find out that they need my btw and eori numbers. So I send them the information, however nothing changes. So after calling and calling and calling, I find out that something went wrong and they still do not have the customs cleared. And I call and call and call again. They say it will work now, but it is already Friday. I do not expect delivery before Tuesday (if I am lucky).

They do not have any interest in helping their customers. As simple as that. I will make sure to avoid UPS as much as possible in the future. Working with UPS is a guarantee for mental break down!!!

Their delivery service is poor. One time they are able to deliver my package, while in another instance with the same address they are returning the package saying that my address is wrong. Moreover, there is no way to communicate with them about the shipment and that is just against what a delivery company should be about. Avoid.

poor service, receive a morning call due to paymen...

poor service, receive a morning call due to payment of import duties. whether we have it in cash but the employee immediately says that he would rather not have the courier carry so much money. Great put it on my account and it is paid, 3 times connected and unfortunately no package the next day. again called where the package stays and despite the promise we call you back within 1 hour I have not been called back and I still have no package.
Support employees who really make no effort to solve something and only repeat that they cannot do anything about it.

best advice use other couriers

On the UPS website, this UPS is indicated as an access point, but upon arrival this turned out not to be the case.

The employee indicated that he could help me, but that it would cost more money. He referred me to another UPS location.

He also indicated that this occurs more often, but that they are unable to adjust the website.

What a drama this company is. You need to create an account so you can view the delivery times. Unfortunately, UPS does not recognize my address. After contacting customer service several times, which was in vain, I still don't have my package. 2 delivery attempts (now 4 delivery attempts) made to my address, unfortunately this is not the truth, because I have been home every day and there was no delivery person. This company and all the customer service is really bad! I have never experienced this before, in the future I will no longer place an order if it can only be shipped with UPS. If this package is not delivered soon, I will contact the sender who has assumed that the package will arrive at the customer on time.

Update 25-05:
Order placed on 15-05, will be delivered on 18-05, but nothing received yet. Also still no "we missed you" card found. This whole company is one big mess. Again contacted customer service where I was met by a young and rather arrogant girl. When she was no longer able to provide answers, she just disconnected, typically UPS. I will never order a package from a webshop that only ships with UPS.

Update 26-05:
First attempt to contact customer service failed after repeating my order number twice, the line was abruptly "dead".
On the second attempt, the call was answered after 12 minutes, but nobody was on the line. The call remained active but I was not answered. Finally got an employee after 2 hours of calling and he indicated that my address was wrong. It is very special that a delivery attempt is made 5 times, but I was not at home while my address is incorrect according to them.

Update 27-05:
Had contact with customer service again, this time luckily it was a lot easier. Again received an email that my package will be delivered today. The employee indicated that the address is still incorrect, even though I have stated several times that my address is correct. Again it turns out to be one big mess at UPS. Just heard that my package will be delivered tomorrow. Obviously I have received this answer several times, but I will wait.

Update 28-05:
As expected, there was suddenly another delay. Yesterday it was reported that it will be delivered today, unfortunately this is not the truth. So now contact again that fantastic UPS customer service.

I have been waiting for a package at home all day and then I just get a message that they will try again tomorrow because I was not at home. I call customer service and they disconnect twice! I really don't like that !!!
