Here to add to the already terrible reviews. Water was turned off because of my own error, so I quickly paid the bill and they came and turned it back on this morning, along with instantly turning it back off because of a supposed leak. My husband watched the tech pull up in our driveway, go to the meter, and go directly back into his car and drive away. We instantly called customer service who then got in contact with the tech who said he tried to knock on our door to let us know about the leak and no one answered. He never knocked on the door at all. I told customer service that I wanted a manager to call me back so I can lodge a formal complaint against the tech for obviously lying. Just got off the phone with said manager who essentially called us liars, because the tech told him that he came up to our door and knocked, saw us in the window, and we didn't answer so he left. Also told us that he wasn't there to see what happened so he doesn't know who's telling the truth. He then apologized for any inconvenience and I told him the largest inconvenience was his tech lying. He repeated that he wasn't there so he didn't know who was telling the truth.
The second inconvenience was this manager calling us liars. The customer service agents I spoke with were amazing and helpful. It's a shame their own manager can't follow in their footsteps.

Cant give 0 stars. System is WAY too complicated. Other utilities seem to know how to do it just fine. I believe based on all these negative comments, there needs to be a serious change in leadership.,

Customer for 18 years. Selling my home and buying...

Customer for 18 years. Selling my home and buying a new one. Never missed a payment. Can not transfer service by phone. Only utility that wouldn't do it by phone. Online application too complicated for me.

The worst! Ok get high water bills only once a yea...

The worst! Ok get high water bills only once a year both in the month of May only. Last year same claimed I used 36000 gallons of water then next month water usage back to normal 1200 gallons. Claim might have a leak yeah sure only month of May. Agents dont even try to help you "well it went thru your meter." But you cant tell me the extact date like electric bill. They are thives. Update got bill for June back to normal. Yeah the leak is only the month of May yearly.

They make the simplest process very difficult. The folks are hard to deal with and I hope they are looking internally to improve customer service and make it easier for folks to get water and irrigation needs easier.

Their system is broken. Submitted request and paid for new meter installation 1 May 2019. Was told it would be 5-6 weeks before they could get to it. Crew finally arrived after 8 weeks only to tell me they messed up the work order...the line was on the other side of the street and a different crew had to run a line under the street before this crew could install the meter. I asked if we would have to wait another 8 weeks; the crew chief said, "...someone will be out in a couple days to run the line". Well, now we are in week 10 and no one has arrived. For 10 weeks flags have been all over my lawn. It looks terrible and my association is about to get on my case. I called water authority office and asked if they could tell me when the installation would take place. All they would say is I am in the que. Not a good answer. Since they screwed up the work order I should not be punished and should be at the top of the list. Unfortunately, I have a feeling they put me back at the bottom of the list. If Coweta Water Authority is so backed logged they need to hire more people. They also need to be able to at the very least tell me when they will do the installation. They have $1350 of my money and I have nothing. Not good service.

Been fighting for 3 months because our bill has gone up. ItsI winter people you drip water so your pipes don't freeze. Turned water off again for a leak while I was running water to do dishes and laundry. Said I had a large leak now. I'm on my porch telling you we are running the water. Dumbest group of people I've ever met. Taking them to court to stop the stupidity.

I tried to call and report a leak in the middle of Corinth road and could not speak to a human being, after I hung up and hit #2 for new service I got someone on the phone.They came out and dug up my front yard to repair the leak that actually fed my neighbors house, and left a huge mess!Thanks CCWA
