Brilliant service throughout! Up Estates were an excellent agent to use for the sale of my property and I will always come back to use them again. I was recommended to use Up Estates from one of my friends who had also used them and was impressed by their continual communication throughout and their ease of contact, I just wish the agent I bought through were as responsive and proactive!

I had a really good experience with Up Estates who sold my house in the Hinckley area. I found them to be responsive and helpful, with Chris offering me advice on all matters regarding my sale and purchase. The proprty portal stuff was useful and enabled me to track viewings and offers.

Up Estates prove that the old estate agent pricing model of percentages is no longer viable. Up Estates were under half the price of other local agents, which shows how much money these other agents have been making out of people for years and years. I would recommend Up Estates and I would definitely use them again although I'm not planning to move any time soon ;)

Sold our house through up estates and could not be happier with the whole service they provided from start to finish. They kept us updated on the progression of the sale. We nearly lost the sale 1 week before completion due to a house further down the chain falling through but Upestates sorted all of the headache out in a swift and professional way and we still moved on our first proposed completion day! Would definitely use them again.

I was a cash buyer and I was interested in a property this estate agent had up for sale, I put two bids in, first five grand under asking price, second was two grand under asking price and the customer service I received was appalling, firstly I viewed this property that was only on a open viewing basis, when I got there the estate agent couldn t show me the mezzanine storage, because she didn t know how to take down the ladder so we could view area, no attempt was made to do this, I tried to book a second viewing so I could have access to the whole apartment, to be told there is already two bids in place and I need to put a bid in before otherwise it will be gone before I have a chance to have a second view. I ended up putting two bids in after being told to cut the BS???? the first one got refused and the second one that was only two grand under the asking price, I was told that I would be notified of wether my bid had been accepted or not through EMAIL. I have been buying properties for cash for the last eleven years and I ve never heard of an estate agent letting you know if your bid has been accepted by email. Guess what, they didnt even email me, AVIOD!

We chose Up Estates after having a number of other estate agents come to value our property due to their knowledge and professionalism and they did not disappoint! They were quick to get the property onto the market and they had many viewings lined up within a couple of days. When they found a buyer they were able to negotiate more than we were expecting which was a great addition. Once the sale was agreed Emily kept us fully updated right up to completion! Couldn't have asked for more!

We recently purchased a property in Coventry and the vendor's estate agents were Up Estates. My wife and I found the firm to be very professional and helpful. Not only did they chase up both parties' solicitors, they also kept us abreast of the what was happening. Indeed, it was Up Estates that informed us that the contracts had been exchanged - it was incumbent on our solicitors to inform us, but they didn't. I would highly recommend using this firm, and Cathy was especially helpful.

A wonderful experience to deal with top professionals. Up Estates did everything possible to sell our property within 2 weeks and thereafter kept us regularly up to date with further developments . Superb, friendly, helpful service by all the staff and that at an unbelievable reasonable fee.

The team that were selling my property were great, found me 2 buyers very quickly. The sales progression however was terrible. I had to chase for updates, was told I would receive call backs which didn't always happen and it felt more like they were working for my buyer than for me. Such a shame after such a great start.

UP Estates sold my property last year and I cannot fault the service I received.
The team were always on hand to sort and chase any issues that arose and were a pleasure to work with.

I would not recommend working with this estate agents, we were messed around when trying to buy a property and it was really stressful. There was a lot of pressure to rush to get across information to then be told another (matching) offer was being accepted over ours anyway because we didn't get it to them the same day. You shouldn't be told your offer has been accepted if actually it is 'pending whilst waiting for information'. Very disappointing.

My father made an offer on a property that they were selling which was accepted. A couple of days after he went into their offices to hand in his identification and a day after he recieved a call to say that he had been outbidded and that he would need to offer an higher amount than the one that had already been accepted.

Best Estate Agency I ve ever come across.

Sold with great service! The team were quick to carry out the valuation and subsequent photos/ property listing and were marketing the property with 48 hours for us. We had a number of viewings booked in over 3 weeks and sold for the asking price. The online system was excellent for checking progress and keeping up to date with activity and the team were also great - very responsive to call and emails.

Up Estates sold our house and they were fantastic from start to finish. They always answered the phone quickly, dealt with our questions and always got back to us when they said they would. Our house chain was far from simple, but when we came across problems Up Estates were there to help. It was amazing the difference between Up Estates and the other estate agent involved in the chain. I'm so grateful we used someone decent to sell our house. I'd happily recommend them and use them again.

Chose UP based on others reviews and we weren't disappointed.
From start to finish they have been professional in all regards. Don't be put off by the fact they are a fixed price agent - they don't do anything different to any other agent - In fact, from our previous experience of agents, they do a lot more and do it better. Had great advice on pricing , great contact with the office team, website comms are great and it's really good to have updates and viewing feedback all in one place. The final sale end of things and managing solicitors in the chain was also managed and communicated really well. Great all round at a great price.

Just like another review, great start .. got two viewings within days and sold the property very quickly, however after this they were very quick to put up the SOLD board to advertise their success in selling my property , however after this everything went down hill, myself and my solicitor were left to assist the buyer and their solicitors with everything from start to finish, Up Estates would call me with incorrect information or updates and on most occasions call me at least a week after I had already been given or had chased up information to assist in the sale myself, they were very disorganised as I mentioned they would update me with information I had already had from the buyer a week later and this happened many times, The buyer was having difficulties with their broker and solicitors however it wasn't Up Estates that were trying to help put it was me and my solicitor again, and even after that was resolved a week later they tried calling to advise that they had helped resolve the exact same problem, anyway I requested for a discount for their lack of involvement and lack of work/effort put in from their side, however I was shown the T's and C's and told that they had done a very good job .. I paid what was due as I have never been so disgusted with a company's performance and effort and that they still wanted to be paid in full for basically advertising my house on line which anyone could do and then sitting back and letting me and my solicitor do their work for them.... I would suggest that if you are thinking of using company because their rates are lower than others that you are better off doing everything yourselves and save the money because eventually that is what you will end up doing... do not use this company, pay a little extra and get a more professional outfit.

in reply to Up Estates reply below, this is the typical reply where a company believes in the same nonsense that they preach, any company who advertised my house on the internet/market would have got it sold quickly as it was a desired area and many people from my own research were looking for properties in the area, you haven't done anything special there, you have ignored and are missing the point, your customer service and aftercare was non existence and you only followed up with aged information when you decided that you will do a little chasing ... anyway it is understood that you believe your practices are justified so there is no point in wasting further time ..i just hope the public can see from your reply on how you decide to gloat about the little positive in the review and ignore the main points.

I would HIGHLY recommend up estates, from the start of the process right through to the end we received a professional and efficient service. They seem to really understand modern day house selling. Plus they are excellent value for money. They sold our house within 3 days at full asking price. We could not be happier.
