I was approached by Ethan at World Options who advised he could save the company money on international shipments (don't they all) However, using the portal system gives me total transparency. All prices and various options are clearly laid out.
We have saved a small fortune on some of our international consignments. Saving the company money but most importantly saving the customer money.
Overall I'm very impressed by service provided and I, based on the service I have received would happily recommend World Options Ltd.

We have used this service for years, and have zero complaints! Customer service is second to none and the online booking portal is quick and easy to use and saves us money. What's not to like.
Friendly, efficient staff to help with queries, much easier to get through to than shipping with the couriers direct. Very competitive prices and a great user friendly system.

As we only send a few packages per month, we struggled to get reasonable rates from all the major couriers. They sales reps would promise good rates but after a few months the rates would increase due to us not meeting the spend criteria. With world Options we benefit from their bulk business with the different couriers. The portal is easy to set up and use and the small amount of problems we have had have been sorted out quickly and efficiently..
These guys are amazing. I've run my small business exporting goods worldwide for the last three years. I've worked with many booking agencies and online courier companies and up until now its been hazardous to put it mildly. I've had such good service from World Options - they always answer the phone quickly, deal with any issues effectively, work around problems for you, they're actually amazing. Highly recommended, and also cheaper than a lot of other courier services and online agencies. I would give them 6 stars.
When I asked for their complaints department contact details they would not give to me and I told a senior woman there called Janettte Derbyshire that i wanted the complaints detail my email twice and she ignored all my emails.
Booked with TNT but not collected after 3 days, Customer service response was TNT System down yet World Options website still allows you to book TNT and no mention of this on their site. Good service when it works but very average when not. Also had damaged good from poor handling which we have had the cost of covering. Prices competitive.
All services on a one portal, one invoice and a great personal customer service. The biggest benefit for me is that I can deal with my personal accounts manager directly, don't need to waste time waiting for carrier to answer and deal every time with a different person.
Great online portal for quick rates. Easy to use interface. Excellent customer service via the portal. Ability to track shipments all the way through transit.
3 invoices came in at 200% more than was quoted on the site as it was oversized, stating numerous additional charges and fee's.
We were told we needed to provide proof that the parcels were not oversize or the charges remain. The parcels had already been delivered, short of having a time machine I'm not sure how I can provide proof that a parcel isn't oversize when it has already been delivered?
Account is now on stop despite being paid what is owed and what was quoted. I would avoid this company and use other reliable providers. I'm glad we didn't fully switch over to this company for our parcel fulfilment.

You receive audits from UPS and demand payments for 'oversize' parcels yet are unable to provide proof that this parcel was oversize when I requested it.
For anyone reading this review it was a wooden panel cut to size and wrapped in a thin layer of cardboard. There is NO WAY this could of been oversize by any more than 5mm (to account for the foam i put round the corners to protect them)
They have now sent a solicitors letter demanding payment before they take the business to court without any proof of the oversize parcels.
To add insult to injury they have also blocked the account so we are unable to see what they quoted previously essentially stopping us checking the validity of the invoices.
Easy to use portal and great support service. To be able to get instant quotes from a range of carriers is really useful and helps our business to be super efficient! I have recommended World Options to a number of people, all who tell me they have been delighted.
A fantastic platform to access discounted shipping rates via the best Carriers in the World.. What could deter anyone from using their site and have dedicated account management support ? Highly recommend.
