I would not recommend working with this estate age...

I would not recommend working with this estate agents, we were messed around when trying to buy a property and it was really stressful. There was a lot of pressure to rush to get across information to then be told another (matching) offer was being accepted over ours anyway because we didn't get it to them the same day. You shouldn't be told your offer has been accepted if actually it is 'pending whilst waiting for information'. Very disappointing.
