Dylan was professional, competent, on time and he got the job done. I received a phone call when he was on his way and he arrived a few minutes early. I am very pleased with him and Unique.

I chose Unique Indoor Comfort to replace very old oil heaters with new high efficiency gas furnaces in 2 houses (mine and a rental). They were absolutely above and beyond anything I could have expected. The sales person that came out (Chris) was extremely knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. The installs were done over 3 days and the workman (Ricky and Brian) were extremely professional. These were fairly complicated install jobs, but they accomplished them so smoothly and professionally, you would never know. The new ducting was immaculate, the pipes were run perfectly, they taped everything, provided a tutorial on the unit, and left it perfectly clean. I've had a lot of contractors over the years and I could not think of a better company to recommend. I almost never bother with reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it. A 5 star company.

During the service call, before tech got here it was discovered to be an issue caused by us. Instead of cancelling the call they wanted to make sure the system was running as promised. Also we are very pleased with the use of PPE and care the Unique team takes in doing their best of adhering to CDC guidelines. It is very hard and stressful now to allow people in your home and they are very accommodating.

Recently needed to upgrade the AC unit in my townhouse as the builder grade model install originally was failing. After speaking with multiple companies, a friend recommended giving Mike P a call. Mike was immediately available to come on site and review the current system. Having been a technician prior to his current sales role, Mike was able to display a level of expertise that I had not received with other companies. He quickly diagnosed an issue with the original duct work that had caused issues trying to cool the 2nd floor of the home. He also paid attention to small details that were missed initially such as running a drainage pipe away from the home, and ensuring that the electrical connections were properly insulated. After receiving a very reasonable quote, we scheduled the install. The company has a standing Covid-19 protocol which was sent to me prior to the install as well as a questionnaire to gain knowledge of the small details needed to make the install seamless. The Install team lead by Dam D was on the site earlier than expected and finished up the work by mid afternoon. They were courteous and professional. Three days after the install we discovered that the AC was not cooling the house. One phone call to Mike P at 9 am resulted in a technician dispatch and the issue was resolved by noon. Understanding that things do not always go as planned, I appreciated the speed at which Unique took care of my needs and remedied the situation. If you are looking for a service provider, have issues with cooling certain aspects of your home, or need a new unit, I would highly recommend giving MIke P and Unique Comfort a call.

Trong, Mansour and Jean were an amazing installation team. All three were highly professional, non-intrusive, punctual and amazingly polite during the entire A/C install process. My "new" historic home (114 years old) is cool for the first time ever, and they were very attentive to detail the whole way. It's always hard doing a major renovation while living in a house, but Trong and his team made it as painless as possible for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend Unique Indoor Comfort for anyone with an older house that lacks duct work. All six members of my family will sleep coolly tonight!

Our heat wasn t working on a Sunday thank goodness we have the service plan (sidenote: I am usually anti-service plans but I am so glad we have it...it has paid for itself 10 fold!) The technician diagnosed the problem but unfortunately needed a part. They were able to get it on Monday and sent out Beshoy to install. After installation, Beshoy found that there was still an issue and after some investigation discovered SQUIRRELS had decided to bury all their nuts and sticks in our heat exhaust...they pushed it so far in the tube it was inside the house. They had to cut pipes, dig out gross squirrel stuff and never complained. Andddd all covered under the service plan Beshoy and his partner in crime (I didn t get his name but he was super nice and friendly) saved the day!

Very positive experience with the company. From Matt in sales to Taz, Dom and Sam who installed. Emails were sent daily to let me know who was coming and pictures included. I can't say enough about their professionalism. I had a three day installation. They were experts in knowing what needed to be done. Polite and so very nice. They were clean and caring. Highly recommend them!

Unique Indoor and the installer, Dam, were amazing. They installed a whole-house humidifier smoothly and on time. They took the time to take their shoes off, install paper to protect the floors, and explain what they were going to do. When they were finished, they explained how to use and maintain the system thoroughly. I highly recommend Unique for HVAC work - and will definitely use them next time I need something fixed or installed!

Trong and Tan were prompt, clean (booties and masks) courteous, and efficient. We were quoted 4-5 days for install and they turned on our air before the end of day 4. The house feels great and it s so much quieter than our window units, without the mess of conventional central air or high velocity. So far, we re very impressed with both the sales person and the install people. Only thing left to test is service but hopefully that won t be for a while!

They get no stars. The worker tried to sell me a capacitor for $300. It is a part that can be bought for $12 anywhere. To those of you who think they are so wonderful, do your homework. You are probably being cheated.

Sam & Val just finished installing 4 Mitsubishi Air Conditioning units, and and New furnace in our recently purchased home in South Philly, and we could not be happier with their work!!! Both Sam And Val were extremely punctual, meticulous about their work with clean up and covering everything diligently!!! I really just could not be happier!!! It is rare that I take the time to share my experiences when it comes to renovations or upgrades to my home however I need to let everyone know that Unique Indoor Comfort is an excellent company to work with! Starting with Brian Brady, our Sales Rep, Brian was extremely knowledgeable about all the services they provide, answered all my questions and concerns, followed up promptly with quotes and revisions and made sure the installation team knew exactly how I wanted my new ductless system installed. The installation team led by Taz and his co-workers Tim were just as knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Hats off to the both of them for working outside all day in the rain and wind. Never once did they complain and were always smiling when they came inside to do work. Their work was neat, clean and exceeded our expectations. No dirt or mud in the house which was amazing!!! They installed 3 units last Spring and were just out to do an annual service check in preparation for this season. Their employees are polite, considerate and knowledgeable and we are very pleased with their customer service and the product!

From the call for an appointment through the repair the entire experience was positive. Emily who answered the call offered several potential appointments after asking if I was warm awesome question for someone who is taking a call for a heater repair. The technician, Tarik, was timely and efficient. He showed and explained clearly in language I could understand what was wrong with the heater and why the issue arose. After some discussion an annual maintenance contract was suggested I was given the pros and cons based on what was observed in the house and the age of the heater no pressure just information. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone.

Mike and Joie were wonderful service techs. They were prompt, professional, and helpful. Over the course of the installation of my new AC compressor and coil, they answered all of my questions thoughtfully. Mike installed a CO detector since we did not have one in the basement. The two of them worked well together and clearly enjoyed what they were doing, in spite of a long drizzle that got them wet when they worked on removal of the old compressor and installation of the new one. Unique Indoor Comfort always sends well-trained helpful technicians to my house (I've been a service plan customer since 2011 or so) and Mike and Joie were two of the best.

Frank was extremely helpful in diagnosing and solving a leaking problem that we have had for years. Professional and friendly and I felt really good about the job well done .

The entire staff at Unique are the most professional service provider I have done business with (and I am in an unrelated service provider business). We were so happy with the quality of their people and the quality of the boiler replacement last January, that we immediately contracted them to install High Velocity Air Conditioning in our home. Today was the first PM service for the boiler, and the technician, Mike Vegas was a pleasure to work with (as all of the field service technicians have been). Whoever at Unique does the hiring, training, and direction of their field service staff should recognized as a top performer.

Amazing!! Everything was perfect. The gentleman in the house we contours, and thoughtful to the current state of the place with COVID-19. I felt safe the entire time. They did a great job, they walked me through everything so I would understand the workload as well as brought to my attention a water main concern that could be a potential issue in the future. Denis arrived on time and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. I had a A/C Tuneup performed so that I know my unit was running at peak performance and clean. He ran a lot of diagnostic tests and checked everything. He did not clean my evaporator coil, as I would have liked, because it was too difficult to get to. I was told my system is in good running condition.

Sean and Brian did a great job installing our two ductless AC units. They were nice, worked super hard, and made sure we knew everything we needed to know.

I really can't say enough positive things about these guys. Let me preface this by saying that I was originally opposed to adding HVAC to my 100-plus year old twin. We were told by a few companies that it was an extremely difficult job. One flat-out told us it was impossible. But, thanks to my wife's urging we decided to get the opinion of one more crew, and just under a month later I write this while sitting in constant 74 degree bliss...in mid-August.

Matt, the sales rep set the tone right away. Within five minutes of meeting me he had a price sheet in my hand and explained the different options. Matt preaches "total transparency" and he means it. I never had to worry about these guys holding something back or misrepresenting their price or service. Matt was always super easy to get a hold of and had no problem calling back late, stopping by after 7:00 in the evening if it was more convenient for us, and just generally going out of his way to be accessible as possible. He's the kind of no-BS, stand-up guy you dream about dealing with on projects this large and with this much money involved.

The rest of the crew is great, too. We had the same three installer for all four days that it took to complete the job. They kept me apprised of (literally) every step of the process and got my sign-off on even the smallest details before going through with the work. They cleaned up as best they could (it was a messy job) and were consummate pros. The owner, Nate, even dropped by on the first day to check things out and make sure everything was copacetic.

The job itself? Awesome. The HVAC unit is quiet and works like a charm. Although I was initially skeptical about how much we really "needed" HVAC, I'm happy we took the plunge, and happier still that we found Unique!

I had a whole house high velocity a/c system installed. I can't say enough good things about the whole Unique team but especially the installers - Trong and Tan. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable - very neat and efficient workers. They kept us well informed and started and finished on the dates promised.

Unique Indoor Comfort solved my heating and cooling problems.... FINALLY !

I moved into my current home seven years ago. We installed a new central air system. Ever since then, the system could never heat or cool the home properly. Also, the system was quite loud. I always suspected that there was just "something wrong". Every time an HVAC contractor came out to maintain or repair the system, no one identified any fundamental problems with the system.

This winter, the system required some expensive repairs so I decided to look into a new unit. In my case, I was interested in the new Carrier Greenspeed Heat Pump as I only have electric to my house. I called two companies, one of which was Unique Indoor Comfort. Matt Dyer came to evaluate my situation and offer solutions. I was impressed by his knowledge and interest in really solving my heating/cooling problems once and for all. He really listened to my needs. He immediately identified some core fundamental problems with the installation of my previous system which were really reducing its efficiency and airflow. I was satisfied with his proposal so we started the project. The Unique team were all very knowledgeable, capable, and professional.... Brandon (supervisor... awesome guy), Brian (great knowledge of proper ductwork), Christian, and Dimos (both really hard workers). Thanks guys ! Also, I was impressed that their Operations Manager, Chris, stopped by to see how the project was going and even helped out one day. Matt called me throughout the project to check to see if I felt the project was going to my satisfaction.

We had a few "bumps in the road" related to some structural issues with my home, which the Unique team solved promptly and thoughtfully. After a week with the new system, it's like night and day - quiet(!), efficient, and finally (!) we can enjoy a warm home when it is 18 degrees out!

After discovering that our ductwork was grossly undersized, Unique did an amazing job designing and installing the perfect system for our home. We met with seven different HVAC specialists before finding Unique, but we are so glad we discovered them. Their "unique" design for our 100+ stone twin was tailor fit for our needs. The design was quite complicated - a five zone system that included two separate HVAC units as well as three mini-splits all run on a Mitsubishi hyper heat system - but neither this or our old stone house phased them. It was just another day at the office for Unique! Chris hand-sketched detailed floor plans on his first visit and spent over two hours creating his design and proposal before he left. He was with us every step of the way with impeccable service and a reassuring, listening ear. Our installers, Wes and Fabiano, were second to none, spending eight full days in our home, painstakingly insuring that every detail was done right - we can't thank them enough! Working with Unique was the best decision we made in regards to our heating and cooling needs - we recommend them highly without reservation. Thank you, Unique!

Ricky G and Edward did an awesome job installing three mini split units and the outdoor compressor. They walked me through everything they were going to do and then performed the work within the time frame they outlined. Mike Pagnottelli the sales consultant we met with was also outstanding and very knowledgable on mini split ductless units. He was able to answer all of my questions including some follow up questions after his initial visit. When my entire block suffered a power surge, both heaters in my duplex stopped working. I called Unique based on their reputation, and the person I spoke to in the office was very polite and professional. They scheduled an emergency (Sunday) appointment for the same day. The technician, Dimos came out to do the service. He was very knowledgeable and honest and was able to complete the service on both units in under 2 hours.

Mark Dilucca was excellent for what was supposed to be routine maintenance under a service contract. I have an outside a/c unit in my utility closet. He got up on a ladder and cleaned the exhaust coils for the first time in 14 years. My a/c is now working significantly better.

Upon setting me up for a checkup of my heater, Kyle was professional and courteous. He located my information as a former customer and let me know that I qualified for the October 1 pricing.
On 10.04.19, I received a call from Greg letting me know he could arrived earlier than the appointed time and if this was okay with me; it was.
He arrived, introduced himself (neatly attired), and gave me directions as to how I could make the visit go smoothly and correctly.
It did not take as long as first thought. He checked for the filter installation, plugged in my water pipes heater (for the winter season), and answered questions I had regarding the operation of my system.
He departed, and I am pleased that my home will be warm this winter.

Service appointments are always on time. The service technicians never track dirt through the house, and usually leave the area around our heating unit cleaner than when they came. They are always pleasant and willing to answer questions and offer suggestions.

Brian Brady came out and gave me a fair price, within a few days Brandon and Charlie came out and did a great job. Love my new AC and Furnace, price is a little more but you pay for what you get.

Alex and Juan were amazing when installing the mini-split system throughout our house. They arrived on time each day and were always making sure that we understood the installation process and answered any and all questions. I could not believe how neat they left each room they worked in, even when their job required drilling through our exterior walls. On top of all of this Alex and Juan were both very kind and courteous . Anyone who has work done by Alex and Juan is lucky!

I called Unique Indoor on New Year s Eve at 8am as our furnace stopped working overnight in our new home. Fortunately, they were able to send a technician (Joe) over around lunch same day. Quickly he found out we needed a new fan and a replacement part was delivered. Now our furnace is ~15 years old and when something goes wrong it s never just one thing... and joe stayed several hours to ensure my family had heat for the night.

The next day (New Yesrs Day!) a second technician Pat came over to finish up a few things and since then our house has been warmer than ever. Both were very professional, friendly and explained everything going on - to someone who has literally no idea what goes on inside a gas-fired unit. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. I plan to have them out in the spring to service our AC.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working in the middle of a 100 degree heat wave, and we were very concerned about being able to have the problem diagnosed and addressed in a timely manner because of high demand. We called Unique Indoor Comfort & Heating this morning based on recommendations from friends and were so appreciative that they could schedule us for same day service, and that Dimos T showed up within the time window provided. Dimos was excellent, professional, and courteous in explaining the problem and offering us choices in how we wanted to address it. After Dimos' visit, we now have our AC back up and cooling down our house! We have been unique customers for 15 years using their maintenance service and their installation service for all new work. We could not be more satisfied. They are highly responsive to calls, always follow through, provide prompt and courteous service from highly trained HVAC professionals who are a pleasure to have in our home Pat, who I neglected to single out, consistently climbed a 40" ladder to access our rooftop air conditioning cooler and always did it with a smile. Their service personnel are neat, always clean up after themselves and are highly respectful of our property. We feel very fortunate to be be their customers. As for extraordinary service and skill, we have to single out Dimos whose knowledge and patience are just incredible.

Chris was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions and was very thorough in designing our new ac system to solve the problems with the existing system. Dam was meticulous and very pleasant. His installation was excellent and he clearly is very experienced and takes great pride in his work. He and Juan worked very well together and I highly recommend all of them.

Mark was polite, and asked me questions about our A/C before he started working. He was efficient as he performed a routine annual service check and then informed me about what he'd done.

He arrived on time, used protective footware when he entered my house (wet weather day), explained what was included with the service contract and how long it would take (UIC-installed high velocity A/C system), completed the work promptly, and was very courteous. We had a great experience with our installation. Thuan and Alex were friendly and professional. I appreciated the care taken to protect furniture from dust and debris and loved the daily cleanup. The job was completed in the time quoted. I received a thorough introduction to the workings of the new system. I would totally recommend Unique to anyone considering a central cooling system.
