Totally satisfied with Mark D, the Unique Indoor Comfort service technician. He arrived on time, used protective footware when he entered my house (wet weather day), explained what was included with the service contract and how long it would take (UIC-installed high velocity A/C system), completed the work promptly, and was very courteous. I highly recommend UIC.
