After discovering that our ductwork was grossly undersized, Unique did an amazing job designing and installing the perfect system for our home. We met with seven different HVAC specialists before finding Unique, but we are so glad we discovered them. Their "unique" design for our 100+ stone twin was tailor fit for our needs. The design was quite complicated - a five zone system that included two separate HVAC units as well as three mini-splits all run on a Mitsubishi hyper heat system - but neither this or our old stone house phased them. It was just another day at the office for Unique! Chris hand-sketched detailed floor plans on his first visit and spent over two hours creating his design and proposal before he left. He was with us every step of the way with impeccable service and a reassuring, listening ear. Our installers, Wes and Fabiano, were second to none, spending eight full days in our home, painstakingly insuring that every detail was done right - we can't thank them enough!
