From the call for an appointment through the repair the entire experience was positive. Emily who answered the call offered several potential appointments after asking if I was warm awesome question for someone who is taking a call for a heater repair. The technician, Tarik, was timely and efficient. He showed and explained clearly in language I could understand what was wrong with the heater and why the issue arose. After some discussion an annual maintenance contract was suggested I was given the pros and cons based on what was observed in the house and the age of the heater no pressure just information.
