Love love love the Trellis Bar outside! The bartender was so fun and accommodating.

I liked the room, but for the same quality, I found that the other Casinos offer even lower rates. So, do your research before booking a room. The buffet was disappointing and I had to go across the street to find better food. Everything just felt really mediocre to me.

I visited a restaurant at the hotel and it was very good. Overall when I passed through the casino and used the restroom it was very clean and nice.

We always stay at the Trop Laughlin. Their comps are fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The restaurants are all very good. We have always had a good time here and, most importantly, feel safe.

Tropicana is the most durty please on the river. the employee are rude

very bad reception. I do not smoke and the hostess told me that the room I had reserved would be "smoker" despite my disagreement. impossible for her to change and I had no choice. I could not sleep at night and all my stuff stank of tobacco. the buffet was closed. the mediocre wifi I do not recommend this hotel

Watch out for rhe bars they rip you off. I ordeed Bailey s and got some off brand Irish cream . You cant charge for name brand liquor and substitute and not tell customers. I think this is illegal.

Rooms are clean and seems to just be refurbished. Casino downstairs seems smaller than all the other surrounding casinos . The staff in the caffee seem to need work on their people skills

The staff was great the weather was bad so they accommodated my sisters wedding inside. We had a great time.

The room was comfortable. Had a handicapped bathroom. Walking distance to everything. Reasonable rates. Not thrilled with restaurants. The food was mediocre at best.

Rooms are clean and very pretty. Only thing is I'm not a big fan of the restaurants. The cafe was pretty good, with great early bird specials.

The buffet on Thursdays is especially good..Machines are tight though and most of the staff are uptight. Guy Ferraris restaurant has great food, but a lil over priced for tacos.

Would not let use check in early once we arrived early so we were told to wait around until 3pm for check in!!!! We canceled the reservation and went over to Aquarius who not only let us check in early but gave us a room much cheaper than tropicana.....King Size!!!!!! Not to mention Aquarius has a Gym!!!! We will be staying with Aquarius from now on!!!!!

Tropicana Laughlin Honor Vets everyday but the 4th Wednesday of every month they serve hundreds of vets free breakfast. Wow now that's awesome.

Doing a good job at maintaining it clean and opening new brewery. Great food and drinks!

There's no gym, no room service, and no free WiFi. Just some things that I personally think would be standard for a hotel of this stature. The beds were very uncomfortable and one of them had stains all on the sheets. The staff wasn't very nice and the cafe was way overpriced for what you got. Nevertheless, it dies the job and is a decent stay if you have low expectations and/or need a place to stay in Laughlin.

Rooms were nice, just a typical hotel room. Steakhouse was very good.

Horribly experience. Huge line to check in and only 2 clerks working the desk. Power went out in the middle of the night for hours so no air conditioning. Went downstairs to get coffee in the morning and forgot to bring ID. Was refused coffee because of no ID. Will never stay at this hotel again. Staff is rude and unapologetic.

Nasty found eyelashes on the TV stand and no towels !!!!!

Beautiful views, nice swimming pool, good restaurants and gift shops in the hotel. Easy places to get to outside of the mall. Perfect hotel to go to.

Terrible wait time on the phone service. If you call the hotel with a question, they put you on an infinite wait loop.

Clean rooms and has everything we need on property and no need to go elsewhere. Would go back here if/when we head out this way again.

Great place for the money. Clean rooms and the cleaning crew is caring and polite. Dealers were nice and want you to do well.

Nice place but major staffing problems.
They double billed us for the room. I had to go to the front desk 4 times to get it resolved. The staff could not understand the problem or how to fix it or how to find a manager. Eventually, we found a manager who stated they reversed the second change but would not give us anything in writing and said it would take a few days to apply to the card.

So, that is an extra $600 on my card that I was going to spend on vacation but now can't. Won't be staying here again.

Loved the place I always stay here when in Laughlin. Can use a bit repairs on the shower curtain bar ready to fall, toilet paper holder loose, other than that rooms are nice and cool.

AC couldnt get the room cool, food disaster, no top shelf booz

Casino is fun and exciting. Cafe food used to be the best of all the casinos in the area. The cafe staff are friendly and efficient. Slots pay off every now and then. Recommend over all the other area casinos.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the street side barbecue with live music on Saturday night. Great service throughout the resort.

due to Her Attitude we almost leave this place but the Lady at front desk changeit for good and finally we enjoy the stay.

Beautiful surroundings of the Colorado River and nice that most everything is close by. We got the room with the jacuzzi and it's beautiful but just needs to be updated. The sink had a back flow which kind of disgusted us and the sink handles had a lot of calcium deposits. If we had not experienced the sink situation, I would have given it at least a 4 star. Update the hotel and it would be a 5star.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired!!!!! Large room....BUT, no amenities!!!! NOT even a coffee pot!!!!! No, frig, no micro, no clock, etc etc.....for more than $100 a night, I expect to at least have these things!!!!! Will not stay here again!! Deanna Phillips, Las Vegas, NV
