This Is gonna be a short one, sorry, all the lights and most of the games you would find in vegas but populated by an over 60 crowd who will stare down their stuffy noses at any "young" blood. Save your time and your money. The only saving grace was the lounge located amid the casino which had a live band. Maybe with enough drinks and a good tune you can forget the hell hole you are in. Just my opinion granted.....

One of the better Hotels in Laughlin! Spacious room's, probably could be updated alittle. But there nice. Friendly helpful staff. Extremely easy & spacious parking. Nice pool area. Only gripe, you have to pay for WiFi in the room. Should be free! We'll be back soon!
My family stays at the Trop every year in February and never have a complaint. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
We had to wait for a long time. We were seated at the bar and our server helped us with our choice. We had said nothing. To peel. We had the surf n turf. The shrimp were butterflied with shells on and small. The food was cold and we sat for 15 minutes without a beer. My boyfriend was excited to take me there.It was a Huge disappointment ! ! ! !
I booked this hotel for a vacation I went on last weekend. When I got to the room I was sadly disappointed. The room looked nothing like the pictures online of what I booked.. I would never stay here again. If I didn t have so much planned in the weekend I would have packed up and left that night. It was bad. I talked to a manager at the front desk and all she wanted to do was offer me a $20 food voucher which I didn t take because I didn t want to eat there I tried to be in the hotel as least as I could be because it was so disappointed. Kinda sad that they can show you what a room is going to look like but when you get there it looks nothing like what their website shows. Take the pictures down you are falsely advertising your rooms and how they look.
First time staying here was surprised it is not with the Tropicana in Las Vegas that they are two separate properties very nice good TV Cafe is also good makes a nice weekend getaway

They have been remodeling and a Google value for the money.

I would not recommend nor will I return to this hotel for any of my future stays in Laughlin. This was my first time staying here and it was not a pleasant one. None of the staff seems to be informed of anything but their own immediate information for their position. any question I asked to the employee nearest to me was responded by a long wait and being sent somewhere else. I had a major issue with the wifi connection in my room. I had to pay each day and was repeatedly disconnected. The free wifi in the lobby was not cohesive to the wifi I paid for and was a inconvenience when moving about the hotel. there is no disclaimer when purchasing the wifi that it would not work throughout the hotel and being repeatedly disconnected was a huge inconvenience to my business. the staff was not willing to accommodate me for this inconvenience and was rude in the process. I will not be staying here in the future and I would discourage anyone that wants a quality stay in Laughlin.

This is the worst and most misleading experience we have ever had in LAUGHLIN. If your from out of town , DO NOT SPEND YOUR $ here. You will not receive any benifits. And the "free wiifii" advertised if you" book on line"....That's only on casino floor or in pool. Wii fii in pool or in casino. This place is a joke
Most of their restaurants were closed. Whole casino operating with a limited staff. Never seen it that way before. Didn't see any big winners. We have stayed there many times before. This was a disappointment.
I had alot of fun here. Good food and good service at the games and restrant too. Store are a lite high for memorialbil

I've been going to the Tropicana for a couple years now and I've always loved it and still beautiful but I did have one poor experience on this last trip which was a week ago no, on my way out the door decided to pick up three personal pizzas at the poolside Cafe to go and head home, roughly 10 minutes later decided eating and realize that all three pizzas were severely undercooked and a raw in the middle. So if you order the pizza at the poolside Cafe make sure you check it before you leave I will still continue to visit the Tropicana I will just be more cautious with a poolside Cafe
We have stayed at the Tropicana in the past and felt that it was a tremendous value. It had been a few years and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the recent casino remodels.
Very unsatisfactory for what you pay for a room. I had dirty sheets and when I call the front desk she was so rude and unaffected that I had dirty sheets. Then it took them 39 minutes to send someone to change the sheets. Very unhappy with my husband birthday hotel. Plus when I arrived I waited twenty minutes for someone to even say I ll be right with you. Just very unhappy with my stay.....
Location is great on the main street. Room is clean and comfy. Hope they had refrigerators, better soaps.. Good coffee though! Need better cream. We brought our own. Service is nice. No parking fee or resort fee which is awesome. Great for monthly getaway for seniors. Also not forgetting the comp rooms on the weekend !

Nice downtown location. Easy access. Food was decent. Very smokey through. Smelled like cigs the rest of the night. Guess that's ok if you're a smoker. I'm not.

Great casino, walked in expecting the same old visage the Vegas Tropicana has but NO, this place was truly awesome.
Went to play bingo at the Saturday 5pm game. It was fun. We didn't win, but we still enjoyed our time there. We played games in the casino when bingo ended.

One of my favorite hotel casinos in Laughlin, they have a great casino. Alot of good hitting slots. Very clean. It's not directly along the river, but it's maybe 3/4 mile walk across the street. It also has a great view of the casinos across the way. Tropicana allways send out great deals. For me the best so far. I did have one issue and it was the buffet, the food was not so fresh. That doesn't change the fact everything else is worth enjoying for a weekend or longer
New Ownership at the Trop! El Dorado who also just bought Caesers will take over this place. I remember 30 years ago when it was a brand new Railroad themed Ramada and it was a blast. Now the Casino has almost no live Table action, an assortment of Slots you would never want to play and the Buffet closed. Don't ask about any Food specials, this term is no longer used in the industry.

I like playin casino games at the trop. It's also nice to get the comps, they add up rather quickly, plus when u frequently scan ur card u often get entered in drawings.
JUST A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The rooms there were just a casual white design and they didn t have a microwave or fridge in the room nor did they have one available in the ENTIRE hotel! The beds were alright but nothing comfortable and felt weird in my opinion but unless you are by yourself you have to pay 8$ a DAY for multiple devices to get wifi. Now even though it might not be like this because covid was happening at the time of this review they did NOT have a good system at all they said for everyone to be 6ft apart but nobody was since there was no way to stay 6ft apart, and since they tried separating people you would have to wait an hour JUST to get your ROOM and then a 5 minute line to use the elevator, and the worst thing is that you were not allowed to use the stairs! However there were stairs but only to get up and down the parking lot. Which my 82 year old grampa had to pain stakenly use because the lines were too long. Over all just a bad experience with the cheaply, over expensive rooms and long waits to use the elevator. I would not recommend coming here, they have trash system that makes the lines super long and the rooms are not worth the price!

We waited in line for 2.5 hours just to check in and they did nothing to compensate us. The hallways were filled with pot smoke. The room would not cool down even though the AC was on full blast and as low as it would go. Very ghetto feeling at this hotel.

I just got to my room and i noticed right off the bat that this is not the room that i paid for.
I had made reservations for the resort room and they gave me the classic room. I immediately called the front desk and spoke to a female manager rebeca and she kept telling me that this is the resort room. I repeatedly told get that it's not. The room that they advertised in the website looks very different. She was being very rude about it then just hung up. I was very angry on how she was handling this situation. I did document this and i will be disputing this charge. I will never stay here again. I've stayed in every hotel on this strip and this is the worst. The beds hurt due to the springs, the pool hours noted online say til 10 for kids, they kicked us out at 9. There was 4 adults in the pool smoking near all these kids and the staff would not say anything. Im just appalled at how this hotel is being runned.
Nice hotel, just get the resort plus rooms (remodeled). Usually cheaper than everything else in town.

Very clean and has a really great Vegas feel to it. Would be a 10 out of 10 if the service was a little better but all in all it was a great visit .Will most likely stay here next time we're in Laughlin.
Nice hotel with great prices. Valet, Bell service, and housekeeping is top notch. Actually everyone we spoke to was ready and willing to help us with any requests. Will go back again.
This is a well-cared-for property with handy shops & services & restaurants right on the property. It appears to be the largest facility in Laughlin, with its own parking garage for residents. Basically, it is right in the center of town, on the west side of the highway (not on the riverfront). A great stay while in Laughlin.

Took almost 2 hours to ck in. No amenities no fridge no microwave. Coffee in room was horrible. / Cost me 18.00 for a turkey wrap for lunch . Left the next day,
Tropicana was the amazing fresh air after the nastiness of our last Colorado Belle experience (and all the recent horrific smoke from all the fires). Lovely room, lovely view, lovely shower room, good food @ Carnegie's, some wins, and good staffers everywhere, friendly & efficient. Tough that restaurants have such limited hours during the week, but there's lots of wonderful food options at the other hotels, which you'll want to go to on the river side anyway.
Its an average room for Laughlin typical of all the casinos in the area
