I wanted to share my experience with Tyler Grant at Troncalli Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. I contacted Troncalli through one of the many car search engines. I received a very quick response from Tyler after the initial inquiry was sent. My experience in working with Tyler was nothing short of excellent. I saw a particular vehicle at their dealership and had questions about the specific vehicle. Tyler was able to answer all of my questions and did so timely. I let him know that I had a specific budget that I had to stay below. He was able to work with his managers and finance group to determine what they could and could not do. He checked in frequently to see how my search was going and if there was anything else he could do. He made sure he understood what I was looking for and what options were important and he continued to look for a vehicle that fit my needs. He also continued to touch base with his team to see if there was any chance of getting the price where I needed it. I eventually was able to find exactly what I was looking for at exactly the price I needed it to be from a different dealership. BUT, I will certainly be reaching out to Tyler directly, before any shopping should our family need another car at any point. I can't say enough about how helpful, professional and courteous Tyler was through the entire experience. I don't feel that anyone could go wrong working with him for their next vehicle.

I was "just looking" at a new Dodge Charger (owned a 2011 and a 2013 R/T before) and met Rex. He was able to take great care of me. It was already pretty late when we arrived at the dealership, but Rex was not worried about what time it was. They even pulled the car out of the showroom so I could take it for a drive. After the drive I knew that was it. I am now the owner of a beautiful 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona in Red Octane! I brought my car in for repair twice. I was having issues with the radio/gps. They did not repair the vehicle either time and wanted to charge me $115.00 for a diagnostic fee for a car that is still under warranty! I ended taking my car to Landmark Athens. Landmark ran the telmatics gateway test. My car had an intermittent problem so they replaced the radio. I find it abIsolutely absurd that I had to drive 1.5 hours for a warranty repair when Troncalli is in my back yard! I appreciate all the hard work Landmark provided, just wish they were closer.

We knew Will was serious when we pulled up on a cold and rainy day, and there he stood, underneath his umbrella. We ended up on a test drive and he was knowledgeable and confident in the vehicle. We didn't make a decision that day, but we returned to the dealer, mainly on the strength of his knowledge and demeanor. Today we sealed the deal. Although the paperwork is not the fun part of the experience, Derek's easy-going manner made that part a pleasant experience as well.

Will Jenkins was freaking awesome! He has an ability to listen to what you want & connect you with EXACTLY what you want - love my new car! I told Will what I wanted & when he brought the car around - it was just THE ONE. Love at first sight. He was really great at working with me and my husband even though we had to go back and forth between both of our jobs. He was also wonderful with my 15 year old teenage boy - who was dying to drive a 2018 Charger V8 - me, not so much thrilled about that part - he really helped appease both of us because he understands how much power is being dealt with and was really good at putting my son off and me at ease at the same time. He talked to my kid like he was (almost - thank goodness) an adult, which my son thought was really cool (of course, my son didn't sense the "almost" part). And Rex - I think I'm remembering his name right - only met him once- was pretty cool too - he was really nice & just jumped right in to help - he put my temp tag on in the pouring down rain while Will was getting my paperwork finished up for me and was just super nice! I'll probably be back in the future .....

Had been looking around for a car and seen a Camry they had for sale up there, called up there to see if it was still available, spoke to Royce and he got right on it to see if it was still available, he said he ll call back after checking, not even 10 minutes later he called back and said it was. So i went up there took a look and said yea this the one. Starting doing the paperwork which was no problem to do at all then boom walked out with a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you do go i would say Royce is the guy to talk to, everything went smooth. I d give this dealership and Royce a 10 star if i could, highly recommend.

Response to Owners comments on Drew Bakers review. The intent of this review is to inform customers potentially interested in your business to stay away if they want quality service from personnel, a quality product of work to collision vehicles, and professionalism. If customers are looking for that they are seeking the wrong business. I m not looking for a buttered up response for you to show customers you are trying to do the right thing. If that were the case your collision centers manager as well as the general manager would have provided these demands when I took our Jeep Wrangler to your Jeep Wrangler dealership collision center. My insurance was not involved, therefore you were supposed to be at bat guaranteeing the vehicle was fixed in a quality way. That was not the case in this scenario. Troncalli missed the supplement of 5,000$ otherwise this would have been totaled by the damaging parties insurance. Your employees replaced my whole driver side, brand new, then the vehicle went in for another band aid fix on the wind damage. It was then returned to me with scratches on a brand new door! As well as the passenger door tampered with, which was not the wind damage side. It was made to think that the doors will shut like a spring loaded door like the damaged driver side. So then the vehicle goes in for a meeting with GM, which is most likely responding to my reviews and not the stated owner. The conversation discussed with the GM was that my doors were closing incorrectly which they still are. His response. If we fix the doors then there is a potential that wind damage will come through. Which one would you rather have? My response is I want both fixed. Driver door tint as well as the front hood now have a scratch in them from TRONCALLI. This is where it was as a learning lesson, take extensive video of your vehicle every-time the vehicle comes into the lot and exits the lot. I really wish I could have caught them with their pants down! Poor work and poor people at this establishment. Do not go to this place for any business. 100% garbage

WOW!!!! What a great experience buying a new car at Troncali. Eric the GSM checked on me and the process several times. Sam the F&I person worked and worked until I was happy. Chris the salesperson was off but came up to the dealership and stayed with me until the deal was done. I cannot be more impressed with the professionalism of these people. They went above and beyond.

Chris Klass was amazing to my mom. My mom is 84 years young and Chris treated her like she was his mom. He was courteous and kind to her--patient with explaining new features, and coverages---great van for great price. Thanks Chris!

Where to start. Please read before taking to collision center. Place is an absolute joke and should have denied repairs instead bit off more than they could chew. Repairs done but still not completed to customer satisfaction and/or anyone s satisfaction for that matter to a Jeep Wrangler. Quoted repairs @14,000$, missed supplement hard top roof to Jeep fiberglass cracked/split 5,000$. Audio screen touched by maintenance and damaged/replaced. Replaced nerf bar with off brand spray can product which started peeling not even a month later. Which they were told the product on the undamaged side was line-x. Went to pump gas tank which was damaged side and the gas nozzle fell to the ground because the damaged gas cap only had one screw it it, which they had to go back and replace. Water coming through the top after multiple times it was pushed out the door stated completed. Wind was band aided by apparently some seals that will do better with time. Sounds like a crock of poop. Scratches all over top of driver door which is brand new by whoever installed the band aid seals. Don t worry they buffed that out for me. Driver door, driver passenger, and front passenger door are now spring loaded which you have to slam to shut. That s supposed to be normal apparently. A walk through was completed showing that the driver side doors should feel like the passenger doors. Take back up for what seems like the 8th time the Jeep comes back to be fooled where the passenger side door now feels like the driver side spring loaded doors. It was 100% tampered with. The only door that is right is the rear passenger door. But they didn t do any work to that side. Strange right? My wife was degraded by the sexist JR in a meeting where Greg the body shop manager had to tell him to stop speaking to my wife the way he was. Clifford and I then had a meeting because I was tired of the so called service that they provided to talk about 3 out of 4 doors feeling spring loaded as well as scratches they put on the vehicle from where they tried to band aid the wind noises the last time it was up at the shop. He said you can have either one or the other, the doors shut correctly or the wind to not be present I said both. That s what they were paid (&18-20,000$) to fix was the damage done to the vehicle. This has been a 10 month ordeal and the car is now back in my possession incomplete starting that they are done! Stay away from these bozos! There was also a meeting scheduled with Clifford which he no showed me saying that he had something come up. Place is a joke and should not be anything more than 2 stars. Yelp has them at a 2.5 Star which is graceful. Stay away from this place!!!!!! More to add on an edit. We are also noticing a large scratch/keyed scratch on both our hood and driver window which is brand new!

BEWARE! This review is long over due! Worst dealership I have ever went to. Make sure you know exactly what you are signing. The General Manager Eric is rude and a habitual liar! Thank goodness for other great dealers and customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

i had a great experience at troncalli, i m 19 with no credit but michael and kash helped me sign off on my first car (nice used car and they gave me a great deal) and i took it home the same day. they gave me a rundown of the cars history and any damage it had in the past was fixed like new. everyone i spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful, i ve seen some negative reviews on here but can t relate to any of them. i definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy

Incredible Service Incredible People and they work together as a team. Shout out to the young guy with the white hair who was so warming and welcoming and shout out to Willie in Sales who took his time and really got us into the vehicle we wanted not what the other salesman in the area was trying to give us, we were there for a recall issue with our vehicle but left with a trade in and a new car in our budget at 5% interest and shutout to James the BM he was very pleasant and professional. We came at 8am and left at 2pm because we are nerds and asked alot of questions!! Its funny because as we test drove vehicles and talked to Willie who was very knowledgeable and patient. I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. I worked with Matt in internet sales and the sales manager. Everybody was terrific, friendly and great to work with! The dealership was clean and inviting. Matt was always quick to respond and always had the answers I needed. I would completely recommend him and troncalli jeep!

Called this morning around 1130am to speak with service about a small part that needs to be fixed on my car and explained that I was having a slight emergency as I was/am stranded at work. Was told that someone would call me back asap. 5 HOURS LATER, after I have figured out what was wrong with my car on my own I called back seeking the part (a small plastic o-ring style bushing for my gear shift) I'm told that the piece is not sold separately and I will "need" to replace the entire part for $155. Ridiculous... why would I spend $155 to replace a whole for a small piece that should cost less than $15. ZERO effort put in to asking if the service team had a spare or anything.... I've brought my car to be serviced here before and received excellent service, but today was extremely disappointing. Most likely won't be back... So in the words of your team member on the phone "Good Luck" treating people this way

sales guys were awesome, service manager in service garage shouldn't be n customer service, at the very least should b flipping burgers at McDonald's,he has as much customer care as a clump of dirt.his young employee was mad at a customer that kept calling him every 15minutes and was rude to me and had attitude even when I confronted him about it. brings out manager who enterupts my phone conversation and starts giving me attitude then says let's start over my name is _____ and I'm the service manager and we went back n office where he began to imply I am a moron for not having my insurance card to get rental blahs blahs I said I wasnt told to bring anything but my recalled truck,with no communication from them, and they would give me a rental,I may be a moron,but I dont deserve to be treated like a piece of trash because of it, I will be seeking a formal complaint with corporate office and hopefully the nice young man outside will get his job

One of the best experiences Ive had when buying a vehicle. Bruce Belanger worked around my schedule, helped get me in the exact vehicle I was looking for, and was even kind enough to help me return my rental car the day I bought my Renegade. Found a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had everything I wanted, and he let me test drive and walk through the car to make my final decision without any pressure to purchase! I didn't buy my truck from this dealership so my review is specifically for their service department. I have always gotten my truck serviced at this location, except for once when I took it to a dealership closer to home. In the future I will continue to drive the extra distance to have my vehicle serviced here as their service advisors/technicians are thorough and knowledgeable. They also have great customer service and went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was operating properly.

I recently went to Troncalli looking for a good deal on a used car and that is what I got. Cody Cooper helped me find the car I had been looking for. He was extremely nice and understanding of my budget. He was a breath of fresh air compared to car salesmen that pressure you into getting something you do not need. He not only showed me the vehicle.. but he actually showed me how hard it would be for me if I was by my self to take the top down and doors off and set it up. And for a 50yr old woman.. that made all the difference in the world. And I got to drive it with the top down. I even got the chance to take the top off with no help just to see if this would be the car I would really want or not. I have never had that one on one service before

About 10 years ago, my grandbaby had surgery in Houston. She was 3 months old and I spent a week with them (she's fine). ,it was highly emotional, though, and when I returned to Atlanta, I had a 3 HR. Trip to get to our mountain home.

About half-way home, my mini van made a horrible noise. I was near a Cumming exit, so I turned in to a auto repair place. The man there told me what was wrong with my van and, on top of the baby's surgery, it sent me into huge hysterical sobs. There I was...with no car. This man took me to Troncalli with the assurance that they would take care of me and he was right!

Troncalli called for a rental car and took compassionate care of me while I was there.

So..(fast forward to last week).. I needed to replace my car and looked on-line when Troncalli popped up with just what I was looking for. I remembered the care they gave me -- and asked nothing in return, so I reached out to then, again. Ended up buying a great Town & Country, and, once again, was given the care that I experienced so long ago. They are good people. The attention they gave us was wonderful, and Royce Worley, our salesman couldn't have been more involved with our satisfaction.

The Troncalli team, once again, stepped up when we needed them. They are the best!

I called ahead of time and the car was waiting for me. We did quick test drive and I decided to buy immediately. The whole experience was awesome! Buyer beware you are going to need lube if you are going to do business with these shysters. Even after admitting their salesman and manager were horrible an no longer there. They still would not help make a wrong right and wanted to further take advantage of the situation for their own gain.

We bought our new Jeep Wrangler from Victor. He was a pleasure to work with and a wealth of knowledge. Everyone at Troncalli was great to work with. Definitely go visit them for your new or used Jeep. Easiest car buying experience we ve ever done.

Abysmal customer service (sales) at their Subaru dealership last year, and now horrible customer service at their Jeep dealership. I am equal distance between them and a Jeep dealership in Roswell. I live in Alpharetta. Troncalli had a 2017 manual transmission Willys Wheeler that I was interested in. Lazy salesperson contacted me about coming in but he didn't answer a very simple question about pictures. Turns out that the Jeep was sold days ago but still listed on their site. Apparently, you have to know secret password to get a call or an honest answer from Troncalli.

First and foremost, please note this is just one visit and we understand that it may not be a reflection of everyone as we have been working on rebuilding credit for the last few years. However, the behavior exhibited is not what we would expect from ANYONE in ANY customer-facing position, let alone when customers are spending thousands of dollars.

My husband and I visited Troncolli on Saturday. Our salesman, Royce, was detailed, patient, and upfront throughout. However, when the Desk Manager began working on our deal that's when things went sideways. We were approved for a deal with one of their preferred lenders. Yet, the desk manager was not willing to contact the bank to negotiate the deal as most dealers do to get us to a better deal. He specifically stated he did not have time to spare to work on our deal and that we should just wait till Monday. Mind you, this was hours before they were closing and we had already been there for a few hours and we were willing to wait for responses from the banks. We were not at all in a rush. However, the Desk Manager then told us to not go shop anywhere else and assured us we would be in good hands- that he would finish the deal on Monday.

However, it appeared the Desk Manager was more interested in his weekend plans and wanted to ensure that he could clear out the remaining customers prior to closing. We do not understand how our business was any less valuable than the other customers there. We basically wasted 3+ hours of our time after driving an hour out of our way to visit this dealership. Granted, the dealership was busy, but we are baffled that he let us walk. Again, the Desk Manager said he would call us on Monday to finalize the sale, but we never received a call (It is after 6pm now and still no call, text, or email). Given the poor handling of the interaction we decided to go shop at another dealership just to see what they had on-site. Mind you, Troncolli was the only dealership that had NEARLY every specification we wanted within a 75-mile radius. Troncolli missed out on a good sale.

We ended up purchasing the same vehicle just in Stone Silver (with EXTRA FEATURES) with the 5-year gas and go maintenance, protection plan, and GAP with our Grand Cherokee. Additionally, the new dealership's team was willingly and successfully able to negotiate with their lender to reduce our interest rate and shorten the terms. In all the years of experience in purchasing cars, this one was the worst! To put into perspective, we've purchased and sold over 5 vehicles at dealerships in just the last 2 years and we've NEVER posted a review because we've never had an experience like this. Being told you're not worth their time from someone who was disparaging us that felt because we were young, that we weren't worth the effort, is the reason car dealerships get a bad reputation.

Everything was handled totally professionally and the sales process was extremely relaxed. Kash in the finance department, Jeremy on the sales floor and Greg, the sales manager were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me make my purchase. Super happy with my new Challenger!

Jeremiah Jones was GREAT/AWESOME!!!! Very professional, kind, and patient! He had SO much patience with me changing my mind, and asking so many questions. Do not take your vehicle there to trade it in. I took my truck there and they looked over it and checked it out. They gave me the offer which was way to low and said I wouldn t be able to get more than that anywhere else. I immediately called 2 other dealerships, one of them gave me an offer that was $10,000 higher and the other gave me one that was $12,000 higher and that was just over the phone and told me it could go up once they saw it in person. Also I was looking at a truck that had been traded in there and I knew the person that traded it in. They were asking $4,000 more for the truck than what he paid for it when he bought it 2 years ago. My advice is go somewhere else especially to trade your vehicle in
