I have visited Troncalli once in the summer 2014, and again October 2014. Both times I had the pleasure of working with Todd Estes. He was an extremely helpful, personable, and non-pushy salesman, which made both visits a great experience. Best of all, he encouraged me to take a look at a vehicle that I hadn't been even remotely interested in looking at, and it turns out that it was the vehicle that I ended up purchasing because it was fantastic!! It's always a pleasure to give PT a pat on the head too when he greets the customers. Thanks Todd and Troncalli for the great customer service and an excellent new ride.
