Called this morning around 1130am to speak with service about a small part that needs to be fixed on my car and explained that I was having a slight emergency as I was/am stranded at work. Was told that someone would call me back asap. 5 HOURS LATER, after I have figured out what was wrong with my car on my own I called back seeking the part (a small plastic o-ring style bushing for my gear shift) I'm told that the piece is not sold separately and I will "need" to replace the entire part for $155. Ridiculous... why would I spend $155 to replace a whole for a small piece that should cost less than $15. ZERO effort put in to asking if the service team had a spare or anything.... I've brought my car to be serviced here before and received excellent service, but today was extremely disappointing. Most likely won't be back... So in the words of your team member on the phone "Good Luck" treating people this way
