Chris was great! Very easy to work with. It was my daughter's first experience buying a car and it could not have gone any better. I have had horrible experiences with car dealers in the past and I expected this time to be the same. I was completely wrong. Chris made this car buying experience easy. We made 2 trips to the dealer and did a ton of research online. Once we agreed on a price (which was easy since they had the best one in town) the rest was a cake walk. It was truly a pleasant experience dealing with Chris and Troncali.

I went in for a test drive of an All New Ram 1500 on my lunch hour and came home with an All New Ram 1500! Everyone was straight forward with no games or pressure. Very professional and friendly resulting in absolutely no anxiety. Tyler Grant kept it all easy. It was definitely worth the very short drive from the Perimeter! Thank-you, @tgrantdealswheels !

Don't trust their Google rating!! An absolutely miserable experience. First of all I saw the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted on their website. When I got there, it was no where to be found. Queue sales lady to drive us around the lot looking for the car listed on their site and just waste our time. Now the lady starts to try to sell me models I'm not interested in. At first I go along with it and be nice but then when her suggestions don't match my desired features she starts to act annoyed. She talks over me when I'm telling her about what I'm looking for and wastes a ton of time at her computer doing god knows what. Other salesmen saw we were all annoyed and did nothing to assist. So I google searched other dealers and called Palmer Jeep and Dodge. I told the guy at Palmer what I wanted, he said they had it so I went there, bought it with no problems. I don't care where you get a car but AVOID TRONCALLI. No waiting room, horrible customer service and a website that is not updated.

I was thinking about purchasing a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and until I visited Trancalli it never progressed past a thought. I talked with Elaine and I cannot sign her praise enough. She took a lot of time to provide me with everything I needed to know about several different Jeeps they had on the lot. I actually ended up switching my mind when we were almost finished and she took it like a champ and did not complain, just made sure I left the dealership with the Jeep I wanted. If you are in the market for a Jeep I suggest you look at Troncalli first. It will save you a lot of time spent at those other dealerships that just want to process you through the door.

Tyler from Troncolli was amazing. Super knowledgeable and honest. He not only helped me with finding and purchasing this Beautiful RAM 1500 Larime Sport, but he went above and beyond expectations to ensure I was happy with my vehicle. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone and this is coming from a fan of Ford having owned Fords and only trusting Fords.

I visited Troncalli on Saturday and had a preliminary discussion with Joe the chef Scanzano . We followed up with a visit by me and my wife on Monday evening, resulting in the purchase of an automobile. Joe was most helpful, offering us several options, and with a great deal of patients showed us several cars. We appreciated his personal touch and his generous time. Joe offered no delays in his service; it was our thinking process that took the time. He graciously stayed later than his work hours, and ushered us into our vehicle once we were ready to leave, taking pictures before we actually drove away. This is been a delightful experience.

No one near Fairburn, GA could get my deal done but Fred Scott at Troncalli got it done all the way in Cummings, GA. Fred, thank you so much for your professionalism and impecable customer service. I just drove my Durango off the lot last week. This was my 5th car that I have bought from Tyler, and my 3rd Durango. I have to be honest - I ve been pestering Tyler about getting a Durango as my next car and every time I spoke with him he would immediately get back to me about what my payments would be. After much discussion of what I wanted out of this Durango he told me I would be better off ordering one. I have never ordered a car so I was a little nervous about the process. He made it as seamless as possible and no I couldn t be happier to be back in a Durango. #tgrantdealswheels

Troncalli CDJR definitely was not a close drive for us, but it was well worth it. They had the best inventory at the best price! They had no hidden stipulations and their website was clear and truthful. Sydney had our truck waiting on us when we got there to test drive. She was knowledgeable and not the typical pushy salesperson. She and the Troncalli sales manager helped us make a deal that worked great for us. It was an overall great experience and we love our new Ram! Thank you Sydney and the Troncalli team!

Had to go for husbands tuck. Recall. 1st they do not give loaners unless you book a zillion years in advance. We booked two weeks ago. Shocked, ok, survived and mot as long as they originally said. Got into truck, it reaks gas!
We have brought this vehicle for oil changes several times, truck never got washed anytime. That was waiting over 2 hours for oil chsnges. What happed to customer service after buying sn expensive vehicle

Let me start by saying that I think most of these 5 star reviews are suspicious and fake.
My review: The guys running the service department are consistently unpleasant and/or rude to me and I feel uncomfortable going in there. Every time I interact with these people ends up being an unpleasant experience in spite of my politeness. I don't know if it is an age thing (I am relatively young), or if I ask too many questions, or what... But I have witnessed customers obviously older than myself being served in a friendly manner, while I am treated in a standoffish manner. As another reviewer mentions, everything is great during the buying process, after that... not so much. Better make sure that truck is flawless before you drive it off the lot!

I highly recommend Chris Klass. He got me in the right vehicle at the right price. Very professional and thorough! The service even after the sale was outstanding. We had agreed on some touch up painting and they employed Colors by Ken who had my used vehicle looking almost new. Go see Chris Klass if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I purchased a 2014 Ram from Daniel Gonzalez at Troncalli in early September. Smooth transaction! Daniel was very patient and helpful.

I purchased a used Dodge Dakota Truck from Troncalli and had a great overall experience. The sales team was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was happy to answer any questions. They were fair in their negotiations without using any tricks and most importantly even agreed to fix some of the minor scratches. All of this combined for a wonderful experience and the reason why I purchased the vehicle from Troncalli and would definitely go back.

Had a corrosion issue due to Chryslers dumb decision not to protect the suspension areas of my brand new Challenger. Not a problem for the Troncalli folks though. Took care of the problem immediately, helped with a loaner and had a blast meeting them all while arranging everything. This crew is LEGIT! Seriously better than five other mechanic shops in town, dealership or otherwise. Lifetime member from me.

Top notch service team. Palmer Dodge gave me a huge list of work that "needs to be done at 30,000 miles" and these guys said that 3 of the suggested maintenance items actually didn't need to be performed yet so they saved me from paying an extra $300. Can't thank them enough for being honest folks which are so hard to find in any service shop these days.
