That car was not available and Zach recommended a different car that met our needs. The whole experience was great Zach answered all our questions without pressuring us to buy. We got a great car at a fair price. Unbelievable pleasant experience.

I have been dealing with Troncalli since they opened their doors. I have purchased two Ram trucks from them and have had all my service work done through them. We're talking 20 years here. The service people have always been friendly and professional. About 2 months ago I called to make an appointment for a tailgate recall. No one in the service department picked up so the call was transferred to a female office worker somewhere else. I told her what I needed and she assured me that someone from service would get right back to me. 24 hours later I called back because no one returned my call. The exact same thing happened. No one in service picked up, the female office worker who did come back on the line again assured me that someone would return my call. Again no call back so I repeated this process. I repeated this process everyday for 4 days and finally on the 5th day, someone in service called me back. He was very apologetic and explained that they must have had some sort of glitch in their messaging system. He said that this could never happen again. I accepted him at his word, made the appointment and had the work done. Now fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I needed some suspension work done so I again called to make an appointment. The exact same thing happened again, exactly as before. Left 3 messages, each a day apart with the same office girl (since no one in service ever picks up apparently) with the same promise of a call back and again no call back. This time I waited 5 days and called again. No one in service picked up and again the office girl (maybe the receptionist, I don't know) promised a return call. I explained in great detail the exact scenario that I was experiencing. I told her about my long history of loyalty to Troncalli and that I wanted to speak to someone in management. I told her that I wanted to speak to JR, the service manager. She came back on the line telling me that he wasn't available but that she would have him call me back when he was free. I told her that if no one called me back as before, that I would never set foot in their dealership again and they would lose my business completely. Well, 2 weeks has gone by and still no call back from any one in management or service. This is how you lose customers if you don't already know this !

UPDATE: I received a call from the Service manager after posting this review. He was apologetic and gave me a brief explanation as to why my calls had not been forwarded to him. He was sincere and asked that they be allowed to show me that they had corrected the issues. I scheduled another oil change and safety recall repair and everything was performed as expected. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars at this time.

As a woman, going to have your car serviced can sometimes be an unpleasant experience, but not with Kristin at Troncalli! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in this field, she is also incredibly nice and strives to make every visit your best visit. I recently had an issue with a part on my jeep and Kristin went out of her way to assure I got the part replaced as quick as possible! Wouldn't trust my jeep with anyone else!

I hate car shopping, but Tyler Grant at Troncalli made the process as seamless and painless as possible.

Will went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This was my first new car purchase, and Will's extensive product knowledge made feel at ease. He took all day demonstrating vehicles to make sure I got the perfect one.

Not Great. Brought 2012 RAM in for a recall. Noted that both the high beam and low beam headlights on the passenger side were not working. When I dropped it off. Call in to see if it was ready to pick up and went back to the dealership. Go out and start the truck and guess what, they didn't fix either of the lights. Go back inside and they said they pulled and checked both bulbs and they were working but failed to check that they were working when put back in the vehicle. So back inside I go and now they tell me that it's going to be a $110 diagnostic fee after they have already had it apart once to check the bulbs and another $120 in labor to clean a connector. $230 to fix a loose connector. Not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I won't be back.

This is one of the nicest and most professional dealerships I have been to. We sent an email regarding the vehicle we were looking at and received a quick response to discuss it. Our salesman Joe was very informative, understood what we wanted and was not the typical pushy salesman. When we got to the dealer we were greeted by the general manager, who was very welcoming and friendly. Joe spent time showing us everything in the vehicle and answering any questions we had. These gentleman were dressed so professionally which was a nice change from most dealers. The most important thing to us is that Joe and the general manager were up front and honest and worked hard to get us a good deal and make sure we were happy . I am giving Will Jenkins 10 STARS for his help in finding us a new RAM 1500 4x4 Laramie. He spent a lot of time going through all the various trim levels and features of the line. Waste of time. I was in touch with James regarding a truck for a few days. We agreed on a time to meet the following day. Billy even called me to ensure I was coming in that evening. James also texted me confirming I m still coming. Upon arrival, no one was prepared for me and I was told the truck I was interested in was sold. If it was sold, why didn t anyone call me. I drove 45min to get there for nothing. Then another 45min home. Unprofessional dealership and be weary of organizational skills at this place. I purposely waited 24hours to see if they would contact me to apologize. It still remains outstanding.

It was about time that I got a new car, as mine was creeping up in miles. Troncalli worked with me to put me in my dream vehicle that will last me for years at a very reasonable cost. My older vehicle even worked as a trade in! These guys are great.

We purchased a RAM 1500 on 7/5. The internet sales team provided information back to us quickly on both options and cost. The overall experience was great. Chad Giller and Glen Bellew were very helpful in both the sales and financing processes. I changed the car I wanted from a Pacifica Hybrid to a Pacifica due to the Chrysler incentives which were available only on the latter vehicle - which I did not understand until Chad explained it. Then, I had another misconception about financing that Glen Bellew clarified, resulting in his needing to redo all the paperwork. Glen was extremely patient and personable throughout the entire discussion. The only negative in the entire experience was the length of time it took to see Glen after the sales process was complete. I got the impression that he was the only finance person working on a Saturday afternoon!

I have purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime, but never have I had such an honest, open, friendly experience and transaction as I had here. The Salesman, Will Jenkins, and Finance, Derek Langley, were fabulous.

Timely and no surprises. Refreshing for a dealership.

Brought my girlfriends jeep in at the end of March for a recall, and while it was there I also set up some much needed maintenance and had an issue with the check engine light on. After spending just a little over 2,000 dollars and six weeks later the check engine light comes on. A bit frustrated I took the jeep to herbert's automotive and I was upset at what they had found. The oil cap was laying in the fan shroud, the transmission dipstick tube was laying in the fan shroud, and the brain box was covered in oil. The smell that she was trying to figure out was the oil burning of the exhuast. After hearing about this from herbert's I drove directly to the service department and asked to speak to the service manager. Yes at this point I was extremely frustrated and spoke directly to the service manager. We hashed out the details and the service department agreed to have the jeep towed to their department and look the jeep over. And I received a business card and a guarantee that I would receive an update from him personally when they finished finding out what was wrong. The next day 5:30 rolls around and no word on what is going on with the jeep. At this point I am FINISHED with Troncalli as my girlfriend called at 5:30 p.m and found out that the service manager had gone home for the day. And her jeep was finished and getting washed to be ready for pick up and the bill was covered except for the 112.00 dollars I spent for herbert automotive. At this point we were only told that they had fixed the transmission dipstick tube. Which was a surprise to me, as while it was in herbert's automotive garage THEY had fixed the transmission dipstick tube. There is no integrity in the service department. And I will gladly drive 100 miles to another dealership if there is a need for another recall just to avoid this service department.

I called to speak to the service manager and I was transferred to my service writer. Of course I left a message for my service writer to call me. I can say I only waited for thirty minutes when he called me back. He did answer my questions and went over what was repaired. And yes he made sure I understood how grateful I should be that the service MANAGER took care of the sensor replacement, and how troncalli made my life that much easier. I am still shaking my head as I type this review up. Even after doing my own research and coming up with the national average of the part and labor it breaks down to 10% of my total bill of just over 2000.00 dollars. Yep I should be grateful that the service manager gave me a 10% break. I get more at local eateries for just being a veteran. And the " I am a man of integrity"speech the service manager gave me has fallen flat. If I would have read the reviews about the service department, I would have gone somewhere else. And I am still waiting on the service manager to give me a call about the Jeep.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My wife and I went in to look at a car that was fairly priced that we would finance to help us build our credit. We really didn't NEED the car but we were at least hoping to walk away with a good deal and trade in her old car. When we got there the sales representatives looked at us like we were lost. We told them the car we wanted to look at from their online inventory and during our test drive our sales representative acted like he had no idea about any of the features of the car. IT WAS A JEEP! Isn't that what you people sell??!? Yeah it was a 2014 but DANG! Once we got back we were told we could finance the car at 13% interest and an $11k would ultimately cost us almost $20k at the end of 72 months when we really just wanted to build credit. We went home to sleep on it and they next day they called and asked us if we would consider a better offer and a better trade in value on my wife's car. They asked us to bring in my wife's car to be appraised again. We show up, they look at us like we are lost. We wait 15 minutes for the sales manager to come in and tell us "another customer is looking at the same car so you'll have to give us a few more minutes". My wife and I had a good laugh as we walked out of the dealership. Nice try, but your car wasn't worth us wasting our whole afternoon playing games. If you try and shop here, expect to be treated like you are stupid and don't matter.

Cody Cooper was the sales person I worked with to buy a Jeep Wrangler. He was very knowledgeable and took time to understand my situation and what I was looking for. He made the process easy. It was a great experience.

I had an OK experience here. First what I bought... a 2010 F150 that was traded in for a Dodge pickup a couple days earlier. I called and spoke with a salesman, Will, he was very professional. When I went to the dealership to look at the truck the next day, Will was off so I worked with Bobby. He was very helpful in test driving and preparing the deal for the truck. Once I got to the finance department, (I think the guys name was Derrick) he was extremely helpful, he spent a lot of time looking at a couple different banks and multiple financing options. He also spent A LOT of time discussing the extended warranty with me since I was so interested. Overall the experience was fine.

As for the bad point... I finished the deal around 3:00pm, they said I could wait an hour and drive the new truck home once it was detailed. I had to unload all my crap from the trade-in and bring the title so I said I would be back before closing to get the truck and drop off the title and trade in. I live more than an hour away, plenty of time for them to detail the truck before I get back. I returned about 6:00pm. I went in to financing to turn in the title and finish some other paperwork. A sales manager came in and advised me it would be an hour before the detailing was complete. I wont discuss what my choice words after that... all I'll say is that it didn't take them an hour to wrap it up. Oh and they said "sorry"... how nice.

All in all, my experience, as short as it was, was a good one. I'd just say that when I finally left the dealership I felt like once the paperwork was signed for the truck, I was no longer a priority customer. That left me perturbed.

I was so scared but my Sales rep, Chris Klass at the delaership put my mind completely at ease! They cute me a HUGE deal and made driving home in myy new car so much fun! They even got my payments down to where I wanted them!!

I was looking at a Ram when Chris Klass walked over to ask me if I needed assistance. I was not sure any salesman would give this short, middle-aged woman a second look since I was looking at Ram 1500 Rebel 4x4 Crew Cab. Chris was very easy to talk to and I told him I was shopping around and looking at trucks. He went to get the keys and pulled the truck into the Collision Bay out of the sun...it was a very hot and humid day. He went through all of the bells and whistles. I am not sure if he knew he had me sold on the truck when he showed me how I could lower the truck to an entry-exit level. This was going to make it easier for my mother to get into and out of my truck. We test drove the truck and I enjoyed how easy it was to drive. When researching trucks I had already scratched off my list the Rebel. But after taking it on a test drive I had made up my mind I was going to be buying the Rebel.

After having the truck for more than a week now I can honestly say I love it. We drove the Rebel to Tennessee and back the other day. A very comfortable ride and great visibility. Both my husband and my dad had plenty of room riding in the back seats.

The Rebel is our third Dodge vehicle. My husband has a Ram 1500 which has over 200,000 miles on it. My other Dodge is a Citadel which I have owned for three years. My youngest brother has a Jeep Cherokee and a Ram 1500 with the Eco-Diesel engine which he very much enjoys (great gas mileage).

I brought my beloved Jeep Wrangler to add the Mopar LED light package (headlights, fender, fog lights) I previously went to a shop nearest to my home in Henry Co to add my additions...long story short, they chopped, mis-wired, scraped up and damaged my 2019 Jeep. I was distraught and confused about my options. I called the parts department and was told to bring it in. I made the 1+hour commute and all of my concerns were handled. Chris, Joseph and Seth were a GODSEND. My vehicle is back at 100%, the help, professional atmosphere, guidance, knowledge and care was unmeasurable. I purchased a truck from Troncalli Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in July 2013. Before purchasing the vehicle I noticed sap on the hood and a few other minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Troncalli agreed to reimburse me for the expenses if I took it to a Chrysler dealership in my hometown, so that s what I did. I then called Troncalli to OK that what the Chrysler dealership estimated would be fully reimbursed, and they assured me it would. Finally, in late December after numerous phone calls and emails, Troncalli said they would send the check. Needless to say I didn t receive the check. So, I called them to inform them of this. Troncalli then said they don t have a copy of the bill, after I have already mailed them the bill on two separate occasions. And, How could they have (supposedly) sent the check if they didn t have a copy of the bill? So, here I am over half a year later with no check. I am completely unimpressed with the service and professionalism of this business and would not recommend it.

Used Express service for oil change. Arrived at 7:45am and car was ready by 8:20am.

If you're tired of all the car dealer games, Troncalli is the place to shop for a vehicle. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience at a car dealership. Tyler was great to work with and the whole team at Troncalli really works hard to meet your needs. I was looking at a preowned Pathfinder but we couldn't come to a number in my budget. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a negative. Instead of pressuring me to spend more money on that car, they worked with me to find another vehicle that would meet my needs. I ended up with a Jeep Cherokee which I wouldn't have thought to buy. I even found a problem with the trunk seal the next and without hesitation the response was "don't worry, we'll take care of that". Again, Tyler was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. I would highly recommend Troncalli to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used.

Was looking for a Dodge Durango at a reasonable price. I was able to find a brand new 2018 for just a little over 25,000 which you know is a steal when it comes to the prices for a Durango. My experience with their service department was quite possibly the worst of my life, and I have been driving for over 50 years.

The radio went out on my new RAM 1500 truck and I was originally told that the replacement would arrive in 6-7 days. I received this information from the assistant service manager via text. He ignored all subsequent attempts to find out the status of the repair. After a few weeks I contacted the service staff at the RAM 800 number and the dealership stonewalled them for over a week. As it turned out, the dealership had ordered the wrong replacement radio (refurbished instead of new) and, when the RAM service rep pointed it out to the dealership they forgot to order the correct one. When I called to check with the parts department about the status of the second order I was surprised when the Service Manager picked up the call. He told me that the refurbished radio was not for my truck. (Later on the parts department confirmed that indeed it was for my truck; I guess the desk staff didn't get the word to mislead me.) At this point the correct radio STILL HADN'T BEEN ORDERED!

The call center representative finally figured out what was happening and expedited the correct order. She called when she had confirmation that the radio was at the dealership but apparently the Troncalli policy is to punish customers who have called the national help-line, so I had to wait another week for them to call and schedule the service.

There was not a single word of apology or explanation from any of the staff at Troncalli when the radio was finally fixed.

However, the service center representative did reach out to offer me three years of free oil changes to make up for my abysmal treatment at Troncalli. Needless to say I will not return there for service.

NOTE! I have bought two vehicles from Troncalli, both from Tyler Grant. He is wonderful! I would certainly consider buying from him again; I just won't trust my vehicle to the service department again.
