We knew Will was serious when we pulled up on a cold and rainy day, and there he stood, underneath his umbrella. We planned to drive around the lot and leave, but he struck the perfect balance of friendly without being aggressive. We ended up on a test drive and he was knowledgeable and confident in the vehicle. We didn't make a decision that day, but we returned to the dealer, mainly on the strength of his knowledge and demeanor. Today we sealed the deal.
