Jeremy and JT were very professional and did a great job on the installation.

Scott and his team were friendly and efficient. With the duct work I was hoping that the distribution of heat between upstairs and downstairs would be better balanced. Unfortunately, the heat didn t get up to a warm temp until the crew had left and there is still a significant discrepancy. Is it possible for Scott to check on this next week?

This is a great company, From start to finish. I called and the receptionist (forgot her name) was so helpful. They were able to accommodate with my schedule. Drake came out to help me with my A/C unit, and he was so wonderful. Not only did he have a great personality, but was so educated and knowledgeable in figuring out my problem. Triton Air makes every effort to provide outstanding service and products. Casey, the technician who installed an air purifier today, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to the installation, he also helped me to download the iComfort app on my phone which allows me to adjust the thermostat remotely. All of my experiences with Triton Air have been wonderful and I highly recommend this company..

Worth the price. Tennant called claiming heater wasnt working. Called Triton Air and they sent a professional who contacted tennant and made the arrangements to meet. It turned out that the cause was an accumulation of dirt and debris forcing the auto shut off to occur. No parts needed to be replaced although they could have told me there were and I wouldn't have been the wiser so I appreciated honesty and the lack of "up sell"
The unit was opened and cleaned for a total of $231. This price I believe is in the middle of the national average price range.

We were happily surprised by what good service we received from everyone we encountered in this company. Little things, like actually being on time for an appointment, to big things, like not cutting corners and doing a quality installation. We enjoyed the personal bios on the techs who came to our home, and appreciated the care they took with everything once they got here... even dusting a high ledge for us while they had the ladder out!

Our installers were JT and Jeremy, and they were really nice to work with, as well as patient while teaching us how to use the fancy new thermostat! Over the years, we ve had way more bad experiences than good ones, but this company is one I d be comfortable and happy to recommend!

Had new AC system installed today. Anticipated arrival time was 8 - 10 am. Arrived about 8:20am, which was perfect. Completion was expected by the end of the day. Completed about 2:30pm. Again, perfect. Scott & Ken were very professional and friendly, covered the floor so they wouldn t get it dirty and used foot coverings as they laid it down.

Overall they did an excellent job in a very professional manner. Couldn t ask for better people for the install. GOOD JOB TRITON AIR!!!

On one of the hottest days of the year, a Sunday, AND a holiday weekend Ric from Triton graciously agreed to squeeze us into his already over booked day and repair our A/C! Both he and Karen were incredibly kind and professional. Our issue was quickly identified, explained and repaired! Lennox team (5 technicians) came at 7 AM and worked straight thru till the work was completed (approx. 3 pm). The team did a great job trying not to bug me until the job was done. At the end, they walked me thru everything they did. What was more reassuring, the Permit Inspector and City came by a week later to check Triton s work. Both City and Permit Inspector had nothing but good things to say about Triton Air. That was again reassured. A week and a half earlier John stopped by and checked the entire house including the attic, showed me all the licenses, permits and certification of the staff and company. It was very impressive. John was very nice and told me what had to get done. He was very cordial, didn t try to push products onto me, did a good job to keep me relaxed and told me a little about himself. The whole process went very well and I felt really good about our decision. Having Costco behind them went a long way. They did a fantastic job that I told my friends at work how good and professional Triton Air was. Great Job Triton!

The technician was very thorough, pleasant, and professional. He checked everything and spent the time necessary to do the job properly. For the first time since right after the system was installed I am optimistic it will work when needed.

I went with triton air because two of my neighbors had air-conditioning put in this summer. They had gotten three estimates and decided on triton air. That was good enough for me. John at Costco was terrific and Jeremy and Aaron the installers were prompt, courteous, informative, talented young man. I have already told several people of my outstanding experience. Jose, Garrett and Kyle installed our new HVAC system yesterday. All three were polite, professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. Arrived at around 8:00 am and worked steadily until close to 6:00 pm. Before ordering the new system, we had the old one inspected by Triton under a two year maintenance agreement. We look forward to a good working relationship going forward to properly maintain our new system.

I was very impressed with Triton Air and their technician Ric. They emailed and texted to confirm the appointment and called when he was on his way. Ric was very courteous and professional and answered all our questions. He spent a lot of time assessing our system, showing us photos of problem spots and suggesting options. Our proposal was done on the spot via lap top and the office followed up immediately with paperwork. I feel very confident the work will be done to the very highest standard. We recognized the signs of good management and appreciate the guarantee of workmanship from a 20 year family run business.

Larry and Jeremy, the two installers that came, where very punctual. At exactly 8 AM they were ringing our doorbell. They came very prepared with professional mascs for the virus, gloves and shoe covers. They immediately did an evaluation Of our house and went to work. The quality of the installation was excellent and they were good, very quick and efficient. They finished the job in under six hours.

When they were done they cleaned up and put everything back exactly as they found it. They took the time to explain our new system to us and how Triton Air can and will help us maintain and keep this unit in top shape.

I also thank Robert Allen, the representative that I met at Costco, for assuring me that it was very safe for his company to install the equipment during this pandemic outbreak. Robert was very helpful also in explaining the scrubber, which we also purchased, and how the whole process was going to take place. Immediately he called and his office and set up an appointment for that same afternoon at 3 PM for his sales person, John Jungker, to come by the house. John is a former installer, so he was very knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. He recommended the best units for our home. The price that we got was $12,000 cheaper than their lowest competitor, including about $2,000 in rebates. We feel we made the right decision and saved a ton of money on top.
I would highly recommend Triton Air for their AC needs.

The technician that came out today really made up for the last guy that came out. Our system is working again and we have a plan for the year ahead. I m much more comfortable with what we have, what needed fixed now and what we are watching for the future.

Triton provides excellent and reliable service. Every technician is very knowledgeable and personable. Having Triton perform regular maintenance has greatly reduced our need for services outside of the quarterly schedule. They are an invaluable asset for our company.

It was a real pleasure having Sanlerio help us get our heating and air conditioning unit working again. He was prompt and courteous with a great attitude. He came out twice and both times he came early. He was carful to keep the attic dust to a minimum and wore booties to keep our floors clean. But most of all we appreciated his positive demeanor and professionalism. He troubleshot the problem, found the solution and fixed the problem. We hope not to need Sanlerio anytime soon, but if we do we will certainly call Triton Air.

Garrett was fantastic. Not only was he professional and efficient, he took time to explain the basics of how the system works. Without pressuring me to buy new, he explained my choice only to replace the one broken element of my 18-year-old system: its fine to try to stretch its life, but there are other components that have to hold out as well. If something else breaks in 3 months, I'll know I made a fully informed decision.

Our experience with Triton was excellent. On Day 1, Jose and Luis arrived on schedule and explained the installation process for the project. They were quick, efficient, and workman-like the whole way. Steps were taken to ensure old equipment was removed safely and that any debris/mess was picked up after. Day 2 went much the same with Luis and Dan arriving on time to finish off the HVAC system install and replace our 2nd floor attic ductwork. Same deal as first day - efficient, safe and clean from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Our new heater installation went very smoothly thanks to the great work of Jeremy and Aaron. We have an older house so there were quite a few challenges that Jeremy and Aaron had to overcome but they never complained about spending the extra time to make sure everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend!

Good quality and value score will have to wait to see how long the fix will last! Everything else was perfect.

Scott and crew were very professional, friendly and showed up on time (actually a few minutes early), explained the installation to me and completed it efficiently and quickly. They were careful to lay down tarps and cleaned up everything afterwards. They even saved me the cost of a crane by going the extra step to physically lift the air conditioner over a narrow opening. I had a wonderful experience from the start when Charlie came out for the free estimate ( he was super as well) right through the install. Triton was wonderful, they receive a 6 star recommendation from me. Very, very professional and personable.

Bought a house and had the heater inspected by Triton Air. Our home inspection had shown some issues that needed fixed to bring to code. Triton gave us a full report with a list of items that needed to be fixed to bring it up to code and some suggested items that would improve its efficiency. We had them do the work and it was done on schedule and they walked us through the work and corrections.

We also decided that we wanted to add air conditioning for our house. They looked at our square footage and talked to us about how we would use it ( full time or periodically) and gave us pricing on a couple of different units. They got permits with the city for us and did the install including tweeking the duct work that needed more support to improve air flow and added a subpanel to handle the additional circuit needed. The installation is clean, quiet and was done quickly. Dan, Luis, Jeremy and Jose were great in keeping us updated on the work and keeping the work ares clean and picked up at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Sanlero (Stu) did a great job. He informed me of potential future issues and offered solutions and reasonable prices.

Called ahead to ask if they could arrive early... of course! Courteous, professional and timely. It was a clean, fast air conditioner install. I don't think things have gone better. Oh, and the new compressor is at least 50% quieter than the original. It's been a pleasure working with Triton Air, and I would highly recommend Triton Air to anyone. Worked with John after connecting with Lennox at Costco. John provided a lot of great information and was very diligent in following up with me. Both installers came out, explained everything, and provided a professional installation and tutorial. They left everything very neat and clean, despite a difficult install due to a hillside home. Very pleased with the overall experience.

I would like to thank you all for our new HVAC. John, for knowing what things were needed, like and extra return register, and what things were OK as is. Also adding the extras I requested which got me a 15% Costco cash card, not 10%, the extra 5% taking about 1/3 off the price of the upgrade of the variable motor and special Hepa filter. Sean, for keeping the deal alive with a suggestion of us taking a loan. This was because we would not pay the whole thing before the job was even started. We never got the loan because Benji rejected us, even with an 843 credit rating. To good I guess. Right after the loan was rejected and the HVAC was installed I wrote a check and gave it to John. The next day I got an email that the Costco cash card was ordered. It arrived two days ago. Last but definitely not least, Brandon, for scheduling quickly when things were ready to go, Aaron & Scott who did a good job making the HERS test pass easily. Finally the inspector wanted a disconnect switch added at the air handler. Brandon got Aaron to come right over and add the switch. The final inspection was signed off just a few days after that. From Sean the sales rep, Jose and Aaron the installers, and Egan who perfected our flow output, we received the best care and equipment possible for our home. We are truly pleased as other A/C providers could not offer a true solution and were hesitant to do work within city code. Triton didn't blink an eye to our complicated situation and worked directly with the city. This company will go the extra mile for you, and provide a quality product.

I am writing this review to thank Teo, Tim and Tristen from Triton Air who installed the new AC and furnace and removed my 22 year old ones on 7/30/2919. I was always concerned about the job quality as this does involve a lot of details. But the way these gentlemen conducted the job and the outcome exceeded my expectation. They came on time, very pleasant to communicate with, and very professional for every step of the installation. They were careful to protect the work area and my house was spotless after they left. Furthermore there was no problem in asking them to do some extra work such as adjusting and cleaning some air duct and vents. Outstanding experience with Aaron (technician) and Triton. Of course the AC breaks on a Friday evening on hottest day of summer. Aaron took the after-hours call and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He spent a ton of time asking questions and doing a quick diagnostic over the phone. He went so far as to verify warranty coverage with the OEM even before I committed to the expense of a service call. It s important to note that Triton did not install my system. BACKGROUND
I heard about Triton Air from a Costco Offer. I was deciding among several companies and decided I wanted to try Triton given their online reviews and the furnace and AC services being offered.

I had one stumbling block:

I strongly desired to remove the old system (Furnace 2nd floor) and have the new unit moved to the attic.

In just 10 days!

RESULTS
During the sales call, the Triton salesman called Their sales manager, Nate, who answered my specific questions and said he thought they should be able to meet my requested date.

I signed the contract at 5pm that day.

The NEXT DAY, both the Install manager, Luis, and a lead installation technician, JoseJ, were at my house designing the system and starting the steps to get the equipment on order and the permit going.

Luis and the front office team kept me updated as they started the project during the first week.

SUCCESS - 10 days later, the job was completed on time, in a high quality manner.

Our experience with Triton air was 5 stars from the beginning to completion with our initial quote, customer service and installation. Jeremy the installer and his assistant was extremely knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up all areas of construction to the way it was prior to their arrival .They installed, triple checked everything from head to toe to assure our heating and air conditioning was working properly and made sure all questions were answered. It is very difficult in this time to get someone to answer a live phone and that offers a staff of loyal and experienced employees that have worked for them for several years. Triton Air has mastered this.

Very good service. Office representative helpful and courteous. The technician, Manny, was courteous and professional, diagnosed and explained the furnace problem and then quickly repaired it.

Casey was incredible! He gave a 15 min notice with a call and text that had his picture. We live out of town and rent the condo, so I had to fully rely on Casey s word. He thoroughly explained the problem, instantly provided three levels of estimates, and walked me through each one. He provided benefits and risks of each level, as well as what to expect long term. Based on our situation, he actually recommended the middle estimate and worked with me on eliminating some of the costs. He was honest, sincere, and great to work with. He also provided proof that the landscapers sprinkler was spraying on the unit, causing most of the damage, which should allow me to get a refund from the HOA for a new air conditioner.
