We were happily surprised by what good service we received from everyone we encountered in this company. Little things, like actually being on time for an appointment, to big things, like not cutting corners and doing a quality installation. We enjoyed the personal bios on the techs who came to our home, and appreciated the care they took with everything once they got here... even dusting a high ledge for us while they had the ladder out!

Our installers were JT and Jeremy, and they were really nice to work with, as well as patient while teaching us how to use the fancy new thermostat! Over the years, we ve had way more bad experiences than good ones, but this company is one I d be comfortable and happy to recommend!
