Worth the price. Tennant called claiming heater wasnt working. Called Triton Air and they sent a professional who contacted tennant and made the arrangements to meet. It turned out that the cause was an accumulation of dirt and debris forcing the auto shut off to occur. No parts needed to be replaced although they could have told me there were and I wouldn't have been the wiser so I appreciated honesty and the lack of "up sell"
The unit was opened and cleaned for a total of $231. This price I believe is in the middle of the national average price range.
