Outstanding experience with Aaron (technician) and Triton. Of course the AC breaks on a Friday evening on hottest day of summer. Aaron took the after-hours call and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He spent a ton of time asking questions and doing a quick diagnostic over the phone. He went so far as to verify warranty coverage with the OEM even before I committed to the expense of a service call. It s important to note that Triton did not install my system. Triton is my new HVAC Company. Incredible service and experience!!
