Detailed, dogged work through a difficult sale. Sherry Apollo is an excellent broker who responded promptly to me (the seller) over months and months of negotiations. She also managed well our relationship with the potential buyers' brokers, the eventual buyer, and attorneys on both sides. She never quits, and her spirit is always optimistic. She is truly a partner in the process; I needed her help at every step of my thorny sale. I was also served well by the negotiation skills of Francisco Alvarado, a specialized financial analyst at Hometown. The managing broker, Nikki Mayer, affirmed Sherry and Francisco's work through the many months of an off-again/on-again sale. Months afterward, Sherry again worked her magic to expedite a long-awaited payout to me of an escrow fund that was part of the sales contract. She is a consummate professional.

Dealt with a realtor from this company. Highly unprofessional and unethical. Hung up on me. She would not show clients my house due to lower commission rate. She would only take them to houses where she could make higher commission. So beware they will not work in the best interest of the customer. They will only go to properties where they make the most money. Go to a different realtor.
