Lennox team (5 technicians) came at 7 AM and worked straight thru till the work was completed (approx. 3 pm). The team did a great job trying not to bug me until the job was done. At the end, they walked me thru everything they did. What was more reassuring, the Permit Inspector and City came by a week later to check Triton s work. Both City and Permit Inspector had nothing but good things to say about Triton Air. That was again reassured. A week and a half earlier John stopped by and checked the entire house including the attic, showed me all the licenses, permits and certification of the staff and company. It was very impressive. John was very nice and told me what had to get done. He was very cordial, didn t try to push products onto me, did a good job to keep me relaxed and told me a little about himself. The whole process went very well and I felt really good about our decision. Having Costco behind them went a long way. They did a fantastic job that I told my friends at work how good and professional Triton Air was. Great Job Triton!
