I would like to thank you all for our new HVAC. John, for knowing what things were needed, like and extra return register, and what things were OK as is. Also adding the extras I requested which got me a 15% Costco cash card, not 10%, the extra 5% taking about 1/3 off the price of the upgrade of the variable motor and special Hepa filter. Sean, for keeping the deal alive with a suggestion of us taking a loan. This was because we would not pay the whole thing before the job was even started. We never got the loan because Benji rejected us, even with an 843 credit rating. To good I guess. Right after the loan was rejected and the HVAC was installed I wrote a check and gave it to John. The next day I got an email that the Costco cash card was ordered. It arrived two days ago. Last but definitely not least, Brandon, for scheduling quickly when things were ready to go, Aaron & Scott who did a good job making the HERS test pass easily. Finally the inspector wanted a disconnect switch added at the air handler. Brandon got Aaron to come right over and add the switch. The final inspection was signed off just a few days after that.
