We made an appointment by phone to let us know when we arrived that the shop is closed, that no telephone appointment is possible. We were not the only ones at the door .... Very bad customer service.

Very bad experience. Non-existent customer service...

Very bad experience. Non-existent customer service, not looking for help or finding solutions. It is clear that the customer is the school and not the parents / children who buy and wear the clothes. After laying out the rules of how the business works, before even asking me what I needed, I got no call back to let me know how we might proceed. After meeting with the owner to discuss the issue, it is obvious that the employees are only working in the same mold. No listening, no empathy, just empty sentences that don't mean anything.

I do not recommend this establishment.

very disappointing. First time I use. First order received with 2 sweaters that seem uses and stains ... impossible to make an exchange it makes me pay 2 other jerseys. My son has not had the chance to put them since the school is not yet started. A nice 63 dollars in the trash without even having them.

It is easier and less disturbing for those who like me had bothered to call to get one. Because this morning I experienced it. (The nice lady must have left for a few minutes and left me alone because a lady arrived without an appointment). But in general everything is fine.

I pay $ 570 in advance for the order that will arrive in September to ask me if the items will still be BO.

Me, order 3 times with the School ticket, Modecole sent me (1st time wrong color of 2 polo shirts, 2nd time wrong size of pants, and yesterday pants that were pressed, so full of pale line, Attaches to pants that do not fully clasp ,,, sewing pencil at the bottom of the pants ... 3 of 3 .... unless we are really not lucky.

I had a really bad experience. Really not strong. I showed up at my school to pick up an order (which is supposed to be ready-made) and the bag was gone. But wait. When they finally found my bag, 2 pieces of clothing were missing because they don't have any more. The order has been taken since June and it is August. Really very bad. Besides the bad comments they get, they just don't do anything or take action. We have to follow the companies that the school chooses, but if I had a choice to make it CERTAINLY would NOT be modschool. Very bad service.
