Overall, I had a great time at Treetop. It was well organized and staff answered any questions me and my small group had. There was surprisingly little preparation available, it seemed, to get you out there and on the courses, but my group and I took our time and locking/unlocking the carabiners became second nature!

My only complaint was how one of the male staff reacted when I had a minor freakout before deciding to quit one course and come back. Yes, there were some tears, because it was the first time I had done something like that and one particular element from one platform to the next really sent my minor fear of heights reeling! He basically threw a temper tantrum and complained to two other staff that I was one of 3 people "all at the same time" that apparently needed help coming back midway through. It makes me think, there are people up there who could be trying to conquer a fear of heights, try something new, or find courage/empowerment up there! and then you have a staff member that makes you feel like your tears/fear are unwarranted or even an inconvenience. He did make his way up to unlock me, but that was about it...no words of encouragement or validation of my fears. Maybe it's the mental health counselor in me, but I think staff can be more aware of moments like this and choose to encourage, not scoff, at someone's fear.

I ended the day well, and my sister and I chose to repeat a course we did well on. The staff taking off harnesses were super nice at the end, and I actually will be back to conquer that slackline!

Overall, the place was decent. Jared (guy with the brown beard and hair), helped us in the beginning and explained the basics before the practice lines. The yellow and green courses (the beginner ones) were fun, and weren't too difficult. At this time, the staff was good, and the place was really enjoyable. Then, I went on the blue course. First of all, the number of staff employees are very low, probably 7. Once you get on the first obstacle of the blue course, staff just disappear. There was one guy, who was not helpful at all, who walked around for maybe 10 minutes, then left everyone on the course to be helpless. While I was on one of the obstacles having a mental breakdown, this beanie wearing clueless man just looks up at me, and doesn't ask if I'm okay, and walks away. The staff is unresponsive and clueless once you get on the course. The staff is very helpful on the beginner courses and at the beginning of the course, but then vanish. The staff provided no emotional support. Also, there was about three times I was going to quit, but there is no exit, ladder, or stairs to exit off of if there is or isn't any staff present. If you don't want to worry about staff or whether you can get down or not, stay on the beginner courses for your own safety.

Went on a Monday on July 20. It was awesome. We brought the family for a birthday and all the kids didn't like the sound of doing it...but once they were there, it was different and they all participated and loved it. I did too. Plenty of shade on the trees to cool you off too. Well built structures. And ingenious fail safe system.

Went to treetop with my girlfriend for her birthday. We started off on 2 green trails then went up to do 2 blues. We got there at 1 which was just in time to get the green trails before the rush of kids that took over the green trails. We also met some awesome and encouraging people that helped push us through the blue trails. I m excited to go back and try out a black trail. Definitely worth visiting this place. Super fun and worth it!

This was an amazing experience! I brought my 11 year old and 9 year old daughters here and they loved it. It was a little scary because of the height, but the staff was very nice and it turned out to be really fun. There were four levels yellow, green, blue, and black. We started at yellow and worked our way up to blue. The entire time I was strapped in and I felt very secure. Even the ziplines felt safe. This was an enjoyable affair and we will definitely be going back.

Went here yesterday and had an amazing time! There are about 10 trails that range from easy (appropriate for young kids) to very difficult (challenging enough that I, as an in-shape college athlete, thought I might not be able to get through it). Even the challenging courses, though, were incredibly fun and all tested your balance and agility. Plus, there were tons of ziplines!

Best part about this course was that it was all self guided-- you didn't have a staff member following/watching you at all times, and you could go at your own pace. It was a pretty busy day, but I never had to wait to do a course and never felt rushed by anyone behind me. They do a great job managing the number of people on the course at a time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall this was a day trip that I would 100% recommend to all ages. Although the tickets weren't cheap ( $55/person), it was definitely worth my money and I'd be happy to come back again.

We went to TreeTop Adventures with a group of five adults. We all had a blast and after testing out the trails together, we were able to do different ones that fit our comfort levels. All the staff were great and we all had a blast. I highly recommend coming.

Wayland Middle School has been coming here for 3 years. It is part of a two day event the seventh grade runs, and the event wouldn t be the buzz of the school if it weren t for TreeTop Adventures. Having 100+ students choosing their own adventure, pushing themselves outside of their comfort zone, while all their peers cheer them on is magical. There s something here for every level of ability. Put that aside, the staff is with you every step of the way. Sherill is very available through the booking process, and all of the staff at the park are watching, helping, cheering right with you. We love coming to TreeTop Adventures!

What an AWESOME place! My first time ever doing a ropes course and zip-lining. The gear is all fit to you, and you get to do some training courses to get used to it. The difficulty scales pretty well and going harder proves to be a real challenge. There are a few free water stations (you'll want them) and a snack bar available for purchases. Staff was really helpful and friendly, all while maintaining safety. My only concern was some of the gear could use a little maintenance. My (and a few others) safety lines double locked mid obstacle, so I actually had to go back to unlock one. This had no effect on the safety, but just a minor annoyance. A little bit of lubrication would solve the problem.

What a blast!!! It's like playing Tomb Raider but in real time! You have to figure out how to proceed through each "puzzle" of the course before you can execute the element. Kind of like the American Ninja course but no fear of hitting the ground. Very safe. Loads of fun for all ages and abilities. Will definitely return as soon as my muscles stop aching!

We had the BEST time at TreeTop Adventures! The staff were incredibly friendly and informative. We loved how free we were to follow the courses, and how safe we felt using the equipment. The various level courses made it so that we could easily choose the difficulty we wanted! If we lived here, I would absolutely buy a season pass and come back as frequently as possible! Couldn t recommend this place enough!

Treetop Adventures in Canton never disappoints - from the friendly staff at check in to the overall experience during your visit to the park. The professional and very well trained staff make you feel very comfortable with their knowledge - social distancing protocols - friendliness and professional attitude. They encourage you and are there in a moment if you need assistance when you call out for staff . Their main priority is for guests to have a good time - they help you challenge yourself and leave with a sense of achievement. When I was visiting I saw a couple social distant birthday parties and everyone was having a great time.

Really cool outdoor high ropes course. The staff here are attentive and a pleasure to be around. Went with the family and we all had an awesome time. There definitely enough for everyone. We wish we went latter towards the night as it looks like the course can light up at night with well crafted lighting suspended above each route

You have an amazing place. I want to thank the young man who helped my 11 year old son today who was to scared to come down at the end of the blue course. You did a great job, you are well trained and very good at what you do. I think your boss should commend you for that. I can't thank you enough. My son wants to go back and face his fear because of you. Awesome job!!!

Wow, this place is very well run. We were impressed with the organization and service and the structures. Well done! There were quite a few people at the park when we were there and yet we did very little waiting. Whenever there was a line, we chose a different course that had no line and then came back and did the original course later (with no line). For parents: If you have multiple kids that you are supposed to supervise, don't worry! I climbed with my little one and my bigger two just went off and climbed what they were allowed to climb on their own and that was totally fine. Being present in the park counts as supervising, so your kids can do different courses and that's not a problem. Everyone in my party had a blast. The little ones probably did 8 courses or more in 3 hours--no kidding! Fun, fun, fun.

My kids and I had a blast here. We went through a bunch of different courses ranging from Yellow being the easiest to green then blue and finally the hardest courses being black diamond and double black diamond. In order for you to do the black courses you have to be at least 14 or older. At the start of your adventure they will demonstrate to you how to have fun but be safe at the same time. Gopro equipment is allowed so long as they are securely fastened to your body. There are also water stations and staff scattered through out the course I n the event you need help or are in need of hydration.

Awesome afternoon!!! Well worth the price since you are there for hours! My 8yo was an expert at clipping and unclipping! The harnesses and equipment was high speed! The course was well laid out and it was obvious they paid attention to doing things to not hurt the trees!! Highly recommend!

Lots of fun, good for kids and adults. The platforms and gear all feels very secure. The staff is very helpful. They knew what my issue was before I asked, when they saw me having trouble. FYI There is a two hook system where one is always locked, make sure you hold the silver part on the back of the unlocked hook to make it release.

My boyfriend took me here for a surprise birthday present. I'm really happy he did even though I also wanted to kill him because I was so tired at the end and I wasn't finished with the course. The employees are very helpful and explain everything. If you want snacks in between courses, you have to pay so I would recommend bringing your own.

The courses were a lot of fun, I was kind of scared but I quickly got over it with each part I did. I never thought I would do this I'm glad I did because I've always been interested in doing something like this. My friends, boyfriend, and I all had a really fun time. Bring deodorant if you sweat easily lol

Would give it five stars because of how fun and exciting the whole experience was except for the staff. I understand that all the staff are just young kids but maybe everyday there should be some type of person over 25 so they can overall see what's going on. Me and my boyfriend never having been here before walk over to the part where you get your harnesses put on and stood there for ten minutes listening to a group of kids that clearly work there sit in a circle on the ground and talk about there lives. One of the kids had direct eye contact with us and still never greeted us or anything. I finally had to interrupt them and ask if this is where we were supposed to be because it was so weird to be ignored. Then as the two kids were harnessing us up they discussed how they hate touching people and they would rather do the training part of rhe park then the harnessing job because some people smell. They mentioned they especially hate taking them off people because of how gross and sweaty people get and it's disgusting! I get that they are just kids but that's bad customer service and bad for business it made me so uncomfortable.
The park however was beautiful clean fun and I felt safe yet extremely scared the whole time! I would definitely go back but for the money it costs they should train there staff better on what not to say Infront of customers and that your customers should come before your personal conversation.

This is totalllllly worth it! We didnt know how much fun we were getting ourselves into. It's adventurous, fun, challenging physically and mentally but fun. I'm 24, my boyfriend is 27 we enjoyed It. It's child and adult fun. the best part is they have different levels aka courses. From Easy, to medium, medium hard, then hard. Each course teaches you how to get ready for the next course. I recommend doing every coarse. I believe there is 2 courses per every level. except the last level, it's just one course. do every course for more fun and practice. I'll admit, I was scared to do the second blue course and the last course, black. But I'm saving that fun for the next time. DON'T THINK ABOUT IT JUST GO !!

Amazing place! We had so much fun. It is both exciting and challenging. You will definitely get a work out in and kids will definitely use their energy all up here. Zip-lining was our favorite part (and made all the work worth it). Staff is incredible very friendly, informative, helpful, and professional. My niece wanted to get down at one point and they were right there ready to help her. I had an incident towards our last course and they went above and beyond helping me. I also felt incredibly safe (even when slightly terrified) and my incident proved that they re procedures are top notch to ensure everyone s safety. Despite that, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely go again. We worked our way towards the challenging trails and it went well. It is nice that there s many options to choose from ranging from beginner to expert. Impressive to watch people too! The view was lovely while going through the trails and zip-lining. Well worth the money invested. Highly recommend.

This place was a really fun experience, and it actually took more effort than I thought it would. I took my girlfriend here today and before we began I was a little worried she wouldn't be able to do the harder courses. Boy was I wrong. She did better than me!

First off, come prepared with water. They graciously provide a free dispenser of water and triangle cups but it vanishes fast.

Bring your own gloves (if community gloves skeeve you out), and a lot of patience.

The courses themselves are very fun. Ranging in difficulty from the color yellow, being the easiest, to green, blue, and then finally black diamond.

This place is very kid friendly and the first two courses can be completed by kids ages 7 and up, with the green course requiring adult assistance. There are big difference in the colored courses so naturally the staff won't allow you to climb a blue course unless you've already experienced the green course, and same with the black diamond course without first completing the blue course. This becomes a problem when people skip the previous course then encounter something that scares the crap out of them on the higher course. It hold up the entire life if people on that course.

Basically if you are next and can't get the guts to do the next step in the course, you're holding up the entire course of people behind you. There can only be 3 people on a platform at once and therefore you sit and wait for the next group to complete the obstacle then you can continue. This becomes tiresome but seemed like it was accounted for in the amount of time you get in the park. If you hit the courses right and with decent finish time, you can easily do all the courses in a day!

Overall fun experience and my muscles are feeling it tonight!!

We went today to celebrate our sons 10th birthday. We showed up with no reservation and they welcomed us with open arms. Ben was our guide and kept us safe and calm while learning the course. From there our kids had the time of their lives and didnt want to leave. We will definitely be back!
