A nice hotel in the lovely town of Los Gatos. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean although perhaps a tad dated in their decor. The staff however was top notch and all the other facilities were superb. I would stay again.

Great Hotel, great restaurant, great bar! I really miss a manager named Emily that worked here. This place just will not be the same without her. Wonderful customer service. Especially Emily. She was the reason I came here every year for New Year's Eve out for my birthday. Customer service people just don't get better than she is.

Great drink selection, food was good and customer service was great. Plenty of parking underneath the building. Make sure you ask the hotel lobby for the garage gate keycard just in case they close the gates at night and you want to get out of there.

Our server was excellent. Food was good. We booked our company party here and they double booked us with another company that had the whole restaurant. They were very poor to provide an interim solution until our area was open. In the end they charged the not only our bill but the other company's bill on our card. Rude staff on the phone when I called to have them fix it. Avoid this place

Service is so much when your away from home. I booked over the phone and was sent an invoice with a quote. Upon arrival they charged me a higher rate per night, and the front desk lady didn t even acknowledge the quote- even when shown. I called 6 days ago for the managers assistance and he still hasn t called back. They obviously don t prioritize their customers. Will not be back there.

The rooms are okay. Meals are very pricy. They are strick about letting you into a room even when you know the name it is reserved under and you have the same last name. The location in Los Gatos is very nice on a quaint shopping street.

I booked a block of rooms here for my wedding. The hotel is very nice and the staff is extremely friendly. From booking to check out, every staff member you come in contact with is super nice. Kirsten handled the room block and Lolita managed our large post wedding brunch the next day for our guests. Both were very attentive and we had smooth transactions. Plus, the hotel is a very quick 5 min walk to downtown Los Gatos. Everything you could want is within reach. Would def come here again.

Great location, great price. Clean hotel with a restaurant. Live music on the weekends. When you check in they give you a gift of snacks and wine plus water. You really like it I would give it a higher rating except for the use bleach well washing sheets and we're allergic to bleach. Other than that it's a hotel you can count on in the Los Gatos area.

First floor accepts pets, not great for this allergic guy. The hotel could use updating and the fitness rooms could use some more equipment. It has nice outdoor space and a nice restaurant and bar.

Toll House lodge is a fantastic hotel to stay in if you are visiting Los Gatos. The rooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk offers complementary cookies at any time during your stay. Most shops and restaurants downtown are within walking distance from the hotel.

Went to my High School reunion at the Toll House. Located right on South Santa Cruz Ave. or as I like to call it, Winchester in Los Gatos, it s easy to find and has plenty of parking even out on the street
I walked in the lobby and was directed to an enclosure that had an open roof surrounded by walls, has gas fire pits to keep the guest warm in the outside elements and a beautiful water wall on far end of the enclosure.
The venue served lots of good finger food like pot stickers, sliders, a cheese plate with Finley sliced prosciutto and olives, chicken skewers and slice crostini bread with salsa on top. Everyone got one drink of your choice after that $4 just for a can of soda.
Overall for $100 per person for finger food and a place to talk for 4 hours I felt was way over priced, even if the service was good and it was

Loved this little Hotel! It's nestled in Los Gatos with is one of the most picturesque towns in California. It's not too over the top, but very welcoming and clean. We were also given a goodie bag upon arrival with a bottle of Chardonnay and snacks. Not to mention we had reservations for breakfast at Verge (their in-hotel restaurant) and were able to sit outside in their gorgeous patio. The Breakfast Ravioli was to die for - I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

The shower was underwhelming -- in fact, the whole hotel was underwhelming except for the lobby and bar. Huge bummer there is no pool! The room was clean and spacious but not super well furnished

Nice place, clearly very old but the room, lobby and restaurant is updated. The downside is the bed is a low end (not comfortable, quality lower than a two star hotel) for a hotel of this caliber.

This place is lovely! I stayed here while traveling out of town and, usually, my vacations involve me staying to a place where I can relax in completely luxury and take a load off. This place was perfect for that.

I saw a lot of folks here for business, too, so it seems like this is a good place for both business and leisure. There are conference rooms you can reserve with buffet options. There's an indoor and outdoor gym, laundry, and other amenities that completes your business trip. But there's also a nice outdoor seating area, shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a winery just down the street.

We attend this hotel multiple times a year during out customer forums. Great catering, great ambience, fantastic location. If there is one gripe I have, it has to be the very spotty internet service.. never works continuously.

Really friendly staff, clean rooms with basic amenities. Extra points for the chocolate chip cookies at check-in and great cocktails and food at the restaurant. Minus for no free bottled water in the rooms. Otherwise would happily stay again - also a great location to everything downtown...and free, secure parking.

Pricing was reasonable and the hotel is fairly luxurious until you go to the rooms. The bathroom area was renovated and immaculate, but the bedroom area was very dated. Also, the bar directly next door had loud live music being played until 1:30 AM on a Wednesday night - the windows were far from thick enough to keep the noise out.

No pool, but free indoor garage. Business center is crazy expensive as well as the built-in restaurant. No breakfast included, but at least near of more than a dozen restaurants. They can bring you a pack and play for baby to sleep. Rooms are not well isolated and if your immediate neighbor (with a door between room) is talking you will hear him. Staffs are very professional and happy to serve. There is an indoor and outdoor gym with some weight and aerobic machines.

There is one EV station across the street.

I was here on business trip for one night.

Pros: Located in chic area, comfortable room with lots of space and good arrangement. Good parking under hotel and next to it. Wifi included via simple web key (that you have to re-enter every time you reconnect). Coffee maker in room, safe, shampoo etc in dispensers in shower.
Nice bar area and really great staff. Great desk chair; really comfortable.

Cons: No fridge in room, lame packet of sugar and saccharine for coffee/tea. Water not quite hot enough. Not enough trash cans in room, e.g. by coffee maker. Bed reading lamps are not so good for reading and switches are hard to find on lamps.

I was there for a wedding. They allowed me to check in early. The room was nice and clean. They provided robes, which I did not use, but they felt really nice. They are in downtown Los Gatos, which is highly walkable. Very cute downtown. The bar on the first floor has great drinks. I didn't eat any of the food though.

Love it, it is nice hotel with friendly crew. Something that i can consider just OK is the restaurant, because the menu options are like high cuisine, but if you are looking just for an average meal is not an option.

We stayed here over thanksgiving back in 2012 and have a great experience. We brought our small dog with us and this hotel was quite dog friendly.

The provided a waterbowl, big blush dog pillow, and some treats for doggie. We were very happy. Sometimes the pet friendly rooms at other hotels will stink like dog or have dog hair everywhere but we found this one to be quite clean.

A highlight was in the evening that you could go down to the front lobby and get fresh baked cookies and milk. It was a great experience and it was nice to be able to stay overnight to visit family and not have to worry about driving home. We will definitely be going back.

This hotel is nice but I will not stay there again because of the Wi-Fi. It's not really free Wi-Fi, it's what I call Spy-Fi. Basically every web site you visit is intercepted and their equipment inserts a banner ad at the top asking you to subscribe to the premium service. What else are they intercepting and monitoring? This is just not cool and I personally am not comfortable using the Internet under such conditions.

Really enjoyed the straightforward good service. Food was great comfort food in a banquet style dining hall. We went for Thanksgiving and it was very comfortable and cheerful. Atmosphere is slightly throwback and the band and clientele were kind of kitsch in a fun way.

The party I attended here was great! Parking was fairly easy and the food from the hotel was very tasty.....fried pita to gain 10 lbs for! (And then diet for a while) lol
House wine was eh....but it was free so who can complain? Lol
The hotel looks very upscale but I didn't stay here since I am local so can't comment there...
