Overall, the place was decent. Jared (guy with the brown beard and hair), helped us in the beginning and explained the basics before the practice lines. The yellow and green courses (the beginner ones) were fun, and weren't too difficult. At this time, the staff was good, and the place was really enjoyable. Then, I went on the blue course. First of all, the number of staff employees are very low, probably 7. Once you get on the first obstacle of the blue course, staff just disappear. There was one guy, who was not helpful at all, who walked around for maybe 10 minutes, then left everyone on the course to be helpless. While I was on one of the obstacles having a mental breakdown, this beanie wearing clueless man just looks up at me, and doesn't ask if I'm okay, and walks away. The staff is unresponsive and clueless once you get on the course. The staff is very helpful on the beginner courses and at the beginning of the course, but then vanish. The staff provided no emotional support. Also, there was about three times I was going to quit, but there is no exit, ladder, or stairs to exit off of if there is or isn't any staff present. If you don't want to worry about staff or whether you can get down or not, stay on the beginner courses for your own safety.
