We were apprehensive, nervous, and on edge at the thought of applying for a mortgage for a new home after 14 years. Treadstone was suggested by our Realtor (Kelly Stein-Lloyd) and from that point on the burden was taken from us. To be honest, it was more like talking to a family member than an agency. Kevin, Julie, and Brad seem to take the ball and run...leaving only signatures as a requirement of us. We didn't even realize companies existed like this, and seemed too good to be true.
