I recently had to relocate for work from North Carolina to Michigan. It was a very stressful time, not only because of moving away from family, but also because we had to time buying a new house and sell our old home in a short period. And let's be honest, buying and selling your home is never without its stresses. However, with Wendy and Treadstone Funding, we knew that we were in great hands with buying our new home. Not only did she and her staff keep us well informed (we got constant updates. Very helpful.) and educated, but she even helped us with strategies for selling our home in NC. No matter what was thrown in our way, Wendy and Treadstone always had a strategy to help us come out on top. Very kind and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Treadstone Funding.

Treadstone is THE place to get a mortgage through. I had a very terrible credit score (580) in 2018 and couldn't get accepted anywhere. Mike upon seeing my credit showed me what I could do and walked me through the steps to get my credit up. After a year of hard work rebuilding my credit Mike and Treadstone we're able to get me and my family a mortgage. I now am a proud home owner in the town I wanted.

This was our second time around buying a home with Carolyn Kruithoff at Treadstone funding as our loan officer. Fist home purchase was easy, quick, and exciting. The second time around I was planning on getting a mortgage through my local credit union in hopes of keeping all my loans and banking need in one place. That turned out to be a huge waste of time. The credit unions underwriters were extremely far behind and kept asking me for more and more documents for a pre approval. After weeks of exchanging emails with the credit union rep I called Carolyn again. I gave her my required docs within a week and got preapproved to make an offer. We loved that we were able to handle the entire process online, it made things much easier. Buying a home can be an amazingly tough adventure! We had an approved loan to start the buying process from one of the big lenders and when we asked how much we could afford they kept changing the amount going higher each time. Tim Meduna is the real deal! My wife and I were recommended to Tim by our realtor and we could have not been happier. I had experience with our lenders and Tim blew them out of the water. After dealing with Chase bank for all my previous mortgage needs, I walked away from them in the middle of a refinance after a 10 minute conversation with Treadstone. I had no idea how simple and effortless a refinance could be all while beating Chase bank by over HALF A POINT on my interest rate. They are true masters of their craft. Every single person I dealt with through the process was unbelievably knowledgeable, personable, and outright exceptional in every sense of the word. From my first phone call until we were clear to close took 9 days!! 9 DAYS!!! I d spent more time than that back and forth trying to jump through hoops and provide redundant documents for Chase without even being close to a closing.
