I cannot say enough about my experience with Treadstone, John Polakovich was OUTSTANDING to work with! I have refinanced twice before with another company and I am the one who always had to initiate moving forward in the process which made me feel like an inconvenience. He was timely, professional, extremely pleasant and he was genuinely happy for me when my appraisal came in better than expected. I look forward to working with him for any of my future needs. I actually miss talking to him on a daily basis lol. Thank you so very much for making this a breeze :)
