We have been a satisfied customer at TransIP for many years.
We have also tried the price fighters, but they are nowhere near the network + hardware quality of TransIP.
Terrible company! difficult to reach by phone and leave the services on while you have been away from Transip for over a year. What an unheard of bad company. absolute scraper !!
Tacitly extend the contract without notifying you! You will also not receive a notification that your contract is about to expire. You are therefore obliged to pay and do not abide by the law of dam! Better register your domain name with another provider (it also saves a lot in costs!).
I am very satisfied with TransIP.
Use it for years, and their service is sublime. Every time I have a question, it is always answered within 60 minutes. There has never been a situation where TransIP has not been able to help me.
Their control panel for managing your products is also clear.
If you want to do something in the web, TransIP is highly recommended.

Ridiculous that in these times you can not just contact the telephone. I do not enter the back office of my website anymore ..... I have to log in to Trans IP, and the log-in data is not correct ... My mail address where every month the invoice is sent to is not registered ... BELACHELIJK

Ordering and purchasing at TransIP is very easy. If the services work, they also work properly.
As soon as it comes to support and contact possibilities, the TransIP is a highly unloaded organization. They avoid direct contact with the customer as much as possible. Cancellation is made impossible for certain services. There is no substantive response to notifications via the contact form, only standard cut and paste answers are given.
The ideal provider for when you only want to purchase and pay for services without having to get the extra support back.
I have a STACK online storage facility at TransIP. It is a nice website, the cloud is almost never offline and they offer fine software and extra security. If you also have a question they react fairly quickly with clear answers. Really recommended.
I use mail, website and Stack. With my website and mail everything runs flawlessly only there was one small problem with the speed of my Stack. On the contact page a message left and with 24 minutes I had an answer that I could do something with. Super fast helped! Very satisfied!
TransIP has excellent customer service. I also find TransIP very cheap. I use TransIP for STACK and that is great. Free 1TB storage. You don't see that anywhere else. Recommended!
Very fast and nice helpdesk. And in Dutch. That works super handy with questions about any problem. I now have about 70 domains and various email running under TransIp and the simplicity and clarity works very well. It is exactly the mail program I am looking for. Everything I need clear and straight forward without the fuss.
Phone is not included these scammers run a spam company and people keep themselves unreachable for complainants. Of course that is not legally allowed, but since the government does not deserve to protect the interests of citizens, OM does nothing again.
Very good service, every Euro worth. As a complete nontechie I am afraid that I have too many questions, but each time their help-desk is quick to react, very friendly, answering all my questions (also in Dutch, and also in evenings/ weekends), elaborately helping out even with code. Controlpanel has clarity. Their software is up-to-date, billing is clear. After years no flaws yet! thank you TransIp-team!

The information provided on the website is very clear. For a question regarding an e-mail address, I received an answer within 15 minutes (during the weekend) so that everything was solved. Again, clarity and a friendly answer from one of the specialists.
Ridiculous service, impossible to unsubscribe from web hosting, after 3 times repeatedly contacting to cancel hosting, I now get a 3rd year with higher costs than before

I tried to access (mount) my cloud space from Linux. But always ran into all kinds of login problems. After emailing back and forth a number of times with the help desk, I was able to solve the problem. The help desk employee responded quickly, professionally and friendly (not unimportantly).

I use the Google Authenticator to full satisfaction to log in to my Stack with two-stage verification. When I started using a new phone, I could no longer access my Stack because I could not link the Google Authenticator of my new phone to Stack. I did not immediately have the codes once provided for use in this type of case.
The help desk has solved this problem in no time. After a few emails to establish my identity (gives confidence that they are being treated with care), they made my account accessible to me, so that I could log in again and reset two-stage verification.

It is a pity that contact is not sought via a different channel than your email address if an invoice is still open. Had to pay more than 40 euros collection costs for an amount of 10 euros because the email address that was with my account was outdated. I understand my own fault, but please send a letter or give a phone call before you immediately hand it over to a collection agency. Not really customer friendly ....

scandalous, spammers, thief, outrageous, backbiting, odious, disgraceful. I would never buy any domain, ip or whatever. Google should block them because they are not serious they have so many hidden conditions. There website is not user friendly. On smartphone they have another layout with different conditions.
In the meantime, I am working on saving all the films I have made about 50 years. I have requested an update from my storage at Stack. Am very satisfied with the service and the speed with which my questions are answered. The "tone" is also very friendly. Recommended!! With greeting Lou Boersma

The reviews with 5 stars are from fake accounts. (Just look at how they all basically rehearse the same stuff but with different words).

You CANT call NOR email these people as others pointed out. You cant contact them at all unless its about paying bills.
There is a reason this service is extremely cheap. And its not because they like giving domains away.
Save yourself a headache and find another service. It might be a dollar or two more but at least they dont send a debt collection agency over a few bucks.
Transip, you guys offer a lousy service and I will make sure to never buy anything with you again.

Unprecedentedly bad registrar. No experience with hosting offer, so I can hardly give an opinion on that. Regarding domain name registration, it is certainly the choice if you are looking for a registrar who does not take your business seriously.
I have transferred a Wordpress site to Transip. Really phenomenal instructions are ready to help you. Everything has been done successfully, step by step. Super! And the other questions I had always answered within 30 minutes. Great service, good price and last but not least good hosting :-)

Sometimes things happen that you do not know how to handle. I tried to replace name servers from a domain name but got an error. Then it is very nice when there is a quick message that the problem is that they have solved it.
Great help within a few minutes. I had created an account in 2016. The STACK environment was not visible in the dashboard, with the result that I could not manage it. Have them fixed quickly. Excellent service !!

I want to announce the following for Transip, was having huge problems with my domain name today, and was helped so well by Transip and got my domain name back.
I would advise everyone to take their domain and web hosting with transip, in the meantime I have addressed many web hosts, Strato never goes and Versio can not guide you well, but with Transip you will receive an immediate answer to your mail in no time .

I am very satisfied with Stack's help desk. I got a message from my iMac, that my internal hard drive of 1TB was almost full. After checking it turned out that a large part of the storage was the folder where I had my backup to synchronize with Stack.
So I had to do something about this. I decided to create a new folder on an external 4TB hard drive. Now I had to make sure that it could synchronize with Stack. There I go into the boat with my limited knowledge. I lose all my files due to my incorrect operation. Great panic. But I can inform you that through professional text and explanation of the helpdesk my problem was restored within 2 days. Everything in a pleasant and customer-friendly way. Thank you very much STACK employees.!

Recently I had accidentally clicked an upgrade to 1250Gb via Stack, which apparently could not be undone. The stack had to be completely removed and recreated which I found annoying because all the data would be lost. Once the stack has been upgraded, it apparently cannot be reversed. A bit strange in this high-tech world of IT, but everything was steered in the right direction by Felix. Finally my new stack was created and I can continue. Thank you for the assistance !

Worthless company, not a good word for it. Not at all cooperative or customer-oriented. Only tip: When you end up at this company, close your tab and forget you've been there.
Over the last 15 years I tried and tested many hosting companies and their VPS and dedicated servers. Since the day I discovered TransIP, I'm not wasting time on searching for something better, TransIP is simply the BEST!! Excellent infrastructure, service, very stable, no downtimes, clear (and cheap!) pricing and finally the simplest, yet the most powerful control panel.

Terrible website, as soon as you want to cancel services they pretend their nose is bleeding and just ignore you! In the meantime, they continue to send invoices, reminders and collection messages, even though you have already canceled!
For (long-paying) customers, it would be good to pick up the phone now and then and contact them or have them answered.

Unreliable company. They offer a free data space (stack). Beautiful you will think. Unfortunately, this service is limited, which means that it is of little use to you in practice. You can never trust free services and not these either. With a crappy story they put an end to free. You can pay, but otherwise your data will simply be deleted.
Very unprofessional. If the story is true, then that is not a good calling card. A company that does not make a backup is not very good.

Transip is very bad company. Their administration is not accurate. Transip comes with (incorrect) outstanding accounts 6 months later. No more business with these scam artists !!! They give you unnecessary stress and waste of time. I start to hate Transip
I've had contact with the helpdesk earlier in the day, especially about a connection problem when copying folders to stack storage. That was pretty complicated because it concerned the storage of a family member who lives in Vietnam and uses a piece of my storage. The problem lay in the settings of the PC in Vietnam and in a number of messages up and down the problem has been solved. I am therefore very satisfied with the service of this company.
I had some problems logging into Stack with the FileZillaPro program. I want to use this program, among other things, so that I can serve multiple cloud locations quickly from 1 program. The help desk responded super fast, and after a thorough search for the problem everything is neatly solved and I have full access. Great feeling even now that my data is on a Dutch server.

Very bad experiences that I did not expect. First a VPS with connection problems that were claimed to me, while it worked with another provider. Today my Stack storage upgraded and canceled this upgrade because the speed was not faster as promised, my entire Stack account is suddenly removed! Have lost everything. For me a very strange way of working for a company that wants to be distinctive.

Lifetime promise 1TB free and pull the plug after 5 years. Reason: Drives fail unexpectedly. But that's not a problem, is it? put in a new one, promised is promised. 3 stars, because the upgrade is not expensive, but a shame it has to be that way
Lousy web host. Last year May moved from web host and still my account was debited monthly from transip. This for 16 months. You don't pay an energy bill for a house you no longer live in.
All our domains, hosting packages & VPSs transferred to TransIP for 6 years, very satisfied!
Please never do business with Trans IP. Twice the costs after first registration, automatic renewal and compulsion to pay.
