I am very satisfied with Stack's help desk. I got a message from my iMac, that my internal hard drive of 1TB was almost full. After checking it turned out that a large part of the storage was the folder where I had my backup to synchronize with Stack.
So I had to do something about this. I decided to create a new folder on an external 4TB hard drive. Now I had to make sure that it could synchronize with Stack. There I go into the boat with my limited knowledge. I lose all my files due to my incorrect operation. Great panic. But I can inform you that through professional text and explanation of the helpdesk my problem was restored within 2 days. Everything in a pleasant and customer-friendly way. Thank you very much STACK employees.!
