Review of Toyota on Front

I took my Toyota Tacoma for a service.

I took my Toyota Tacoma for a service.
They did everything oil change, clean brakes,
hvac cleaning. But they don t replace the filter for the engine. They say we don t have.
You don t have Huh you are
(Toyota on the park) for god sake, why in blue hell you contact for a service when you re short of materials huh.
On top of that when I got my car And drove it I start hearing a rattling noise. They forgot to install properly the shield underneath the engine. So I had to back and waste my time again. Thank you Toyota on the park for useless service, and time waste on my day off.
