My husband and I experienced excellent customer service from when we arrived and were greeted by Mr. Greg Gunn. Our car salesman Mr. Freddy Lafuente listened as we explained our auto needs and found us just what we were looking for. Mr. Toby Williams was also amazing in assisting with all the paperwork that goes along with buying a car - thanks for staying late while we closed out on the deal. I will say they all made buying a car easier than I expected. Kudos to all the employees at Toyota of VICTORIA.
