I ve been to this dealership once before to purchase a vehicle it didn t work out and the second time was recently and it didn t work out again..... upon my visit I was interested in speaking with Mr Leon but he wasn t there at the time. I wanted to leave then but my friend who I was with insisted we should stay and give Susan Crawford a chance well I wish I didn t! This women is the WORST she is very unprofessional and rude the moment we sat down in front of her she started saying to us that she wasn t herself today that s why she s not smiling and talking and that she needs to flush because she ate bad chicken from her Nigerian friend restaurant and that she need a sprite or ginger ale.... Very unprofessional SUSAN CRAWFORD that s a personal problem!! Throughout the process of trying to get approve we answered any questions she need to know and had given any forms of documents of what she need that we had with us with No problem!!! however when we were getting ready to leave we asked if she knew when Mr Leon would be back in and that s when this woman became rude and very loud saying we were making her head hurt and that she didn t want to deal with us anymore she gathered our information and slammed it on the Next person desk!!!! Right then and there things could of got REAL MESSY REAL FAST.............. well since I knew that was the only thing she was going to do be LOUD and RUDE and nothing else!! We politely walked away and spoke with someone else...... and if anyone is looking for A really good SALES PROFESSIONAL I m not sure who to tell you to go to since my experience here wasn t good and as far as Susan Crawford she needs customer service skills people skills etiquette skills and so on I wouldn t recommend my family and friends to her at all PERIOD!!!

Jeromy Jones found a car for me within an hour. After I had been searching car lots for months. He found me a car in my price range with a two year longer warranty than I wanted and less miles than I thought I could get. I m so happy with my buy and the price he found it for! Very friendly customer service and you never feel like they are just trying too hard to sell to you. Jeromy is just friendly enough!
I didn't give a 5 star rating because I had a 9am appointment for a tire rotation and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get done. The dealership didn't look understaffed and I'm sure they have the necessary machines in the shop to do this in a much more timely manner. The staff is super friendly but they gotta do things in a more timely fashion.
OMG, this is my husband and I second car from Toyota of McDonough and our Sales Rep Mr. Neil Williams sold us both our cars. God has truly blessed us through Mr. Neil with Amazing Deals on our cars. I'm SO EXCITED on how Mr. Neil has worked out a GREAT DEAL to fit our family's budget. We're now on 1 income in our home due to COVID19. Mr. Neil worked a miracle to make sure we had a vehicle to fit our new adjusted budget. We got a 2020 Toyota with no money down which surprised me because my credit score was not the best. Terrible service, the sales rep treated me in a way that I'd never want to come back, talked to me rude and didn't explain me what he was doing and run my credit report without my permission! Now I have to dispute that with the credit bureau!
I came here for a Oil change spoke with service person TRAVIS! and he found everything what's wrong with my car but he never told me I had Free oil change and charged me full price for a oil change! My problem is how you can find everything else on my car but not my free oil change amongst the other things I called and asked about it cat had his tongue and he couldn't give me a direct answer as to why he didn't use my free oil change 60 bucks I paid why I could've gotten it free!!! I will I mean I will never go back there again he searched for everything else but not my free oil change poor customer service!!! (HE NEEDS MORE TRAINING) I knew I had a free oil change because the other Toyota found it and TRAVIS magically found with when I call him asking why he didn't use it at my last visit he had no reason as to how and why he missed it!

You should buy a Toyota somewhere else. I tried to negotiate a price and the salesman wouldn't even go to his manager. You will pay the sticker price on your vehicle at this location. I know now why they have so many vehicles on their lot!!

Listed vehicle on Cargurs for one price call and confirmed price. Drove to dealership price change and vehicle was not as advertised on internet and had 5000 miles on it and that was not bad enough manager acted like I was the crazy one.

The person who got my truck 2013 TACOMA last six of the vin 065621 got a great truck at a really good deal. I loved my truck . I'm okay with what I got but miss my truck. Guess I'll get use to the new ride .

I had my camry serviced @ Toyota of McDonough on last week. I talked to Stephanie Wolfe and OMG, let me tell you. This woman is the greatest customer service person that i have ever delt with in my 35 years.on this earth. She was very nice, loving, and caring. She is extremely professional. If Toyota loose her, they will be loosing an amazing person. Go see Stephanie Wolfe, i promise you wont regret it.....
Not an ideal place to purchase a vehicle. About half the staff seemed sad, none of the customers were smiling or laughing (maybe six families), and the whole awesome "customer service experience" was nonexistent. Last week, the Nissan and Dodge dealerships were real friendly and really tried to earn my business.
Had my vehicle worked on and it was like new when finished. My service adviser, Charles, kept me updated through the entire process and I couldn't be more pleased. I absolutely recommend TOYOTA of McDonough for professional service.

Customer service is good and they have a huge selection of parts however shipping almost $20 for the part that I bought was ridiculous. They could have sent it in a regular mail envelope because is flat and small enough and weights nothing . Disappointed!!!!!

I am giving this 1 star only because my salesman (Marquis Roundtree) was very nice. I was told by the finance person that i had to pay $795 for Lojack because it was pre installed on my FJ. I expressed that i had no desire for LoJack in any way, shape or form. He said i could not buy the car without paying that fee. Fast forward 3 months later. I got a call from the dealership stating that LoJack had never been installed on my car. ( Yet i was forced to buy it at time of purchase because it was pre installed.) They set up an appointment for LoJack to be installed. LoJack guy said he would reschedule, never called back. I called Toyota and spoke with a finance manager who stated thay "they cant keep track of 596 cars on the lot as to which get LoJack installed." So... now im out 795$ plus interest. And no LoJack (which i didnt want anyway.) Sounds like a scam to me. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!
"UPDATED" AT BOTTOM 2018 ..i bought new toyota and sales guy brian was great ,finance guy who done the deal was great and got the car at the price i had to have it at and the payment.the only issue i had was the car had a broken piece on the door and some spots on the paint that needed to be buffed out and after that there were some ripples in my hood that could clearly be seen ,but for some reason there were 5 people out there looking at it that were mostly managers of something ,but none of them could see it even after i put a straight edge on the hood and shoved a paper under it to show the low spot even still.but finally after the 5th trip and 250 extra miles being put on my new car they fixed the broken piece and the PDR guy took care of the hood problem and explained the entire process and he had no problem seeing the dents right off that the other 5 people said were not there. not happy it took so many trips to get it resolved and especially not happy with one of the general managers for the way he treated me and acted.. "UPDATE" WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR I WAS TOLD MY FIRST 5 OIL CHANGES WERE FREE, NOW I HAVE HAD 2 OIL CHANGES AND WAS TOLD THAT IF I DID NOT USE THEM BY JULY I WOULD NOT GET THEM..THIS WAS SAID BY SERVICE MANAGER AND SALES MANAGER WINSTON.WAS NEVER TOLD THERE WAS A DEADLINE OR TIME LIMIT UNTIL LAST WEEK...FILED WITH BBB...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING,THESE GUYS ARE SLICK SCAMMERS...
horrible place to buy a car from they told me and my wife we were approved for a certain amount and then after us going back down there four times waiting hours each time brought in a different contact then the one we already singed telling us it was the same one. the new contract took the interest rate from 3.99 to 14.59 with a higher monthly payment. cannot get any response to my calls or answers to my qustions.

I suddenly found myself unable to gain access to my Toyota Prius, I had the key but nothing worked. So I had roadside assistance jump the car , everything was fine 2 days later same problem. So I contacted Toyota, they requested we tow it without a jump so they could duplicate the issue. The issue a dome light left on. The cost of a new auxiliary battery $207.00. I was out of there in less than an hour all repaired at NO COST TO ME! I was covered by Toyota Care and my warranties...and it was my fault! Looking at a New Rav4 thanks Toyota and the entire Service department team!
My mom been a Toyota customer for over 10 years now ever since she just recently moved from Florida to Atlanta. 2 weeks ago we took our car for maintenance service in McDonough location I had the worst experience with the cashier I even involved the manager the situation what's were going on. Ever again at this location I will take my buddy somewhere else
THEIR PRICES ARE DEFINITELY HIGHER THAN OTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS. I bought my car a year ago, the same week my friend bought the same car for a cheaper price. So I went again after a year to refinance my car. The FINANCE guy was awful it make me feel that everything is about $$$$$$$$$$$$. Never going back to this dealership. My mom bought her car in Toyota Jonesboro, the services was much better.
After a week of phone calls and emails and doing a credit application ahead of time.. called at 10am said I would be there this evening..called again at 4 PM said I'm on my way which is a hour and a half drive.. get there give some additional information and test drive the truck we have communicated on for the the last week.. talk numbers and then ..oh our finance manager is not here can you come back tomorrow... what kind of service is this..and the sales manager mighty joe had not one care in the world that they were losing a customer or business because after a week of preparation they were unprepared..hope Jim ellis knows what they just got into by purchasing this dealership
Visited Toyota today. Had to get a headlamp replaced. I was in and out with a 20min wait time. I encountered two employees that went over and above customer service. One employee name Cole i stopped as he was walking past me. I asked him if there was any hot chocolate. He could've said no but he went over and beyond to search for the hot choc for my grandson. Another employee's name was Sandra, who i also stopped as she was walking past me. Sandra had on her jacket and purse, she was clearly either coming or going. I asked Sandra for a balloon for my grandson and she got one off the table and tied to his hand and she also fixed the strings so they wouldn't poke him. Thank you thank you. The ppl here are awesome!! Thanks for making us feel at home!!
I was getting the runaround by other dealerships, and wanted to actually buy my truck after searching for it for two months. Toyota of McDonough had the exact configuration I was looking for, so I emailed them asking about the truck.
Alexis responded to my email and was very helpful answering my questions and helpful with negotiating the price I wanted. After agreeing to a number on the exact truck I wanted via email, I rode two hours South from East Cobb to McDonough.
Peter greeted me the moment I got to the dealership. He was bright, friendly, and helpful. I explained to him that I had been talking to Alexis, so he found me a seat, offered me a drink, and went to go find Alexis to get in the loop. He introduced me to Alexis, and came back immediately with the keys, ready to show me the truck without me even asking. On the test drive, Peter was helpful explaining the differences between some of the features (like ECT vs traction control).
We got back to the dealership, and I told Peter I would buy the truck at the price I had negotiated with Alexis. He quickly got the deal together, and was VERY patient with me while I got all my paperwork together. I was unprepared coming to the dealership, and had to spend about an hour going back and forth on the phone getting all of my information together.
There was a long wait for finance, unfortunately. But, the finance guy (I forget his name) was fast, helpful, and able to answer all of my questions without skipping a beat. The long wait on finance was the only negative part of buying my truck at this dealership; I do not think waiting hours on finance is professional. Regardless, everything other than that wait was so overwhelmingly positive that I still rate the dealership 5 stars.
I came out of finance to find Peter waiting for me. He had already pulled the truck around, and given it a final wash and polish to clear the pollen off. He helped me load my motorcycle into the back, took a picture of me with my new truck, and congratulated me again.
I definitely would recommend Toyota of McDonough if you're looking to buy a new truck, and encourage you to ask for Peter McNeal. He's young, sharp, full of energy, and very helpful!
Toyota of McDonough has been great. I was looking to buy a used SUV and I had already been to several dealerships trying to purchase a vehicle but none wanted to really work with me like the salesmen and managers of Toyota of McDonough did. I have a really low credit score and the other dealers acted like they didn't want to work with me at all. Toyota of McDonough stepped up and went out of their way until they found me exactly what I was wanting and the payments in my price range. I will definitely be going back and purchasing from them in the future.

I purchased a vehicle on 10/10/17. Alexis from the online team was very helpful and she took care of the online part before I arrived and once there Donna helped me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They both made my process so much easier.
Initially I had an appointment for 1:00pm. The dealership texted me and moved it back an hour. I was told when I brought my vehicle in for a recall that my car should be ready by 5:00pm. I came by the dealership at 5:20pm and was told the car would be ready in 20 minutes and they would call me. They called about 6:30pm and told me the car was ready. When I came in, I asked about an estimate for $3,016.71 for an oil leak (E131). On the Multipoint Inspection sheet it indicates that in the future I may require an air filter. Everything else was checked green including cooling system, hoses, leaks, etc. So, where is the oil leak? My car shows no evidence of leaks and the car engine light hasn't come on. Am I being taken advantage of because I'm a female???
I bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla iM on April 10th, 2020. I was here for 4 hours. After financing was approved after just an hour, I noticed the car had been moved and my salesman said it was going to be detailed. He also said that they would put a front license plate mount on the front of the Corolla iM (I'm moving to Washington State in the Fall and the require both front and rear plates). 3 hours later, I was taken out to the car to see there was no front plate and he had told me they "couldn't get to that" because they were busy so I jumped in the car and left to drive an hour and half home to get to work. On the way home, I noticed the car was never detailed and there were straws and receipts from September 2019 in the glove box when the previous owner went to McDonalds and chewing gum wrappers underneath the seat. The door panels still had smudges on it and the carpets had not been vacuumed. Last week, I was getting change out of the center compartment under the radio and when I reached to the back I found the previous owners contacts case. I called two weeks ago to find out why Alabama had not received my paperwork to get my tag because it was about to expire and when I asked her about getting the car detailed or the front tag, she said she would call me back with an answer. Never got a call back. Overall nice people... just wish they took pride in there used vehicles by cleaning and detailing them just as they did the new ones.
I bought my Prius with the help Mr. Erin Sims. Erin was always very personable and seemed to be knowledgeable about all things Toyota. I really appreciate the fact that he never actually "sold" the car to me. Instead he listened to me regarding what I wanted in a vehicle and about my financing and the 'must haves' that would suit my needs. Additionally, he remembered my name each time we spoke (phone or in person). Thank you, Erin.

I am in complete shock of this place twice now I have waited 3 hours plus to get my truck. One was for a oil change and tire rotation and the other was for a check engine light. Waited two hour before I heard anything from a sale rep. To find out it was a gas cap, they told they had to run a diagnostic test for my check engine light. My answer was could you just check what code popping up before we do diagnostic test they said no. 3 hour wasted and $200 dollars down the drain. I will never do business with Jim Ellis of Toyota again.

Ms. Dana anticipated our needs attentively as she asked questions about our vehicle and the issues we were experiencing. She advised us of what is happening in response to COVID 19 and what options we currently have for servicing our vehicle timely. In order to ensure that there was no further delay in service, Ms Dana coordinated the repair for our interior and LYFT transportation as well. Ms Dana was professional, accommodating, competent, and tactful. Ms. Dana s explanation of services was extraordinary. We have had so many failed services in the past. So, this was a very refreshing experience. Ms. Dana provided exceptional technical advisement and hands on execution. We received 5 STAR service!!! Tried to sneak extra fees into my deal. Management unwilling to negotiate, and talked down to my wife when she went solo. Beware $1995 for floor mats, window tint and nitrogen in tires. Advertised sale price of the car was $16,898 hidden fees and extras brought my total to $24, 496. Took our business to Toyota South Atl, got a fair deal on the same car out the door under $20,000 before trade and down payment. See Gerald!

I had a great experience at Toyota McDonough. I acknowledge I was a difficult and hard to please customer. However; my Sales Associate Ahmad Ali and the Service Manager Billy Fortenberry remained courteous, patient, professional and they kept a very positive attitude. They always kept a smile on their face. These men literally spent all day with me for 2 days until I finally found a car and they never pressured nor rushed me into making a decision. After all this a few days later they did a follow up courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied. That meant a lot to me. I feel as though I was treated not just as a customer, but as family. I will continue to do business with them and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Lastly, I forgot to mention, I was never treated as if they were just dealing with me to sale a car or for commission, they seemed to genuinely care. They asked open ended questions to get me in a car within my budget. Will in finance was great as well. I applaud the entire staff.
