Myself and my family is going to be a little late to the party but I will be there at the same time I don't have a car so I can get the money to you and your family a very happy and prosperous New year to you and your family a very happy and prosperous New year to you and your team are you doing today my truck is the best go to bed baby i didn't want to drive all the way to the airport now and I have a few questions about the dealership I purchased the Jetta from and I are going to be a problem you have a few minutes you too babe I was just worried the same time I don't want you too and I'm sorry baby but they sold to me and they diagnosed the dealership that sold it was a long shot you an email to bed early last dsg service seeing the kids to see if we are in the same time you getting a long day at work on my own but I wouldn't be back to the office I will definitely keep you in mind when you have a moment to look for a new one to the right person to be here at the house with no one day at a different dealership in a minute and your day been going so if I get to see if you wanted me to come to you and your family have to go back to the right person to ask me yesterday that she was going anywhere either way to me certified in a few minutes to talk about my truck is a hour and they diagnosed as I can get it was a pleasure

This place is a complete joke!! First let me say, we love the Telluride we purchased, great car! However, the service after the sale has been a complete nightmare. My girlfriend purchased a new Telluride, at the point of sale she was told they would take care of the tag, that she didn't need to get her tag then, wrong! Once she found out she needed her old tag, it took 2 weeks of phone calls, being pushed aside, being hung up on, for us to finally call corporate. Once corporate was called, we were told the tag was found and had been UPS NDA to her. She got the tag 3 days later, she goes to the tag office, only to be told the dealership had not done the title transfer yet. Then we find out that her trade had not been paid off, and her trade car was sitting on the lot for sale! We called about both problems and we were told her car had been sold at auction, which was a lie, because they had it on their website for sale! Worst customer service after the sale I have ever witnessed. Will not go back, will not refer friends, worst experience ever!

We received horrible treatment here. Samuel lied to us through out the whole process. We spent 6-7 hours here and still didn't get a car. We had to go to the Newnan location to get a car and it took under 2 hours. At one point we asked about buying a Jaguar instead of a Mercedes and Samuel came back to tell us that there was an additional tax imposed on a Jaguar and it would go over our limit. Additional tax? Lord have mercy!
Save yourself the time, this place is horrible.

Rod and Jawon were absolutely amazing they helped me find the perfect car for my first car!! I would recommend everyone to them, every single request I had they made sure to fulfill while they kept me around the price range that I was willing to pay. I tried to contact this dealership several times and I was hung up on, or the phone rang to no end. When someone finally answered she did not care about any issue that I was having and immediately transferred me to music hell for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the phone. They are rude and I would never purchase a vehicle from this place.

Very smooth experience they have anything you need. I thought my challenging credit would be a problem. It my sales rep Armand was resistant and didn't stop. Sabreen in finance was very thorough & I understood everything clearly. The delivery specialist Jawon set everything up in my car in literally 2 min. I wouldn't have known what to do. You gotta check out ALM before you go anywhere else. This is one stop shop!

I agree that buying a car at this place is easy, and the price is good. However, I bought a car in full price back in March yet I have not received my car title yet. When I called the registration office, they told me the lien has not been released as the car was not paid out yet. I called this place whole day and could not get anyone to solve my problem. Although there is the covid issue, 6 months is ridiculous. As an opposite, after I submitted my request on the website, I was called 8:30 am twice and been asked if I want to buy a car. From my experience, this place is good at sales but terrible at accounting service. Would update if this problem gets resolved.

Sales person Kalan, Stacey , Jawon and Larry. These people gave me an awesome , smooth and knowledgeable experience in purchasing my 2013 Toyota Tundra . All my questions were answered and then some. I will be letting friends and family know that ALM South is the place for buying any vehicle .

Not happy with the sales people, not happy with the manager (didn't care), only person I did enjoyed was the front desk lady, she made my baby daughter and i feel welcomed even time we had to come by. Bought a car here that needed fixing. Number that was on their website doesn't work. Took almost what felt like a month to finally have it fixed. Was told it would take three day ended up being 5 days. They don't give loaner so be ready to spend another of couple of $$$ on a rental. Told the manager that i was unhappy with the whole experience because not only have i had to spend money on a rental but i have had to drive there 5x (about an hr away from the dealership) and waste gas. He really didn't care, did nothing to try to make it better and it went through the other ear.
*** They advertise cars that still need to be worked on (look at everything when buying from her) and will sell you ones with the wrong mileage that what was on the websites.
***Even found out that other people that were waiting for their vehicle didn't like it here and wish they bought their car somewhere else

Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this dealership! My husband was on his way to purchase a car that he had looked at the day before from this dealership. He called to give the salesman a heads up and was told the car had sold already. I then called to see if there car was available and another salesman confirmed it was still available and was available for me to test drive that day. Obviously after that there is no way we would purchase from them. So we found another car same year, model, color and make at another nearby dealership for a slightly lower price and purchased it that day.

On Feburary 22nd I Purchased 2 cars from Atlanta Luxury Motors South, a 2016 Toyota Corolla and a 2015 Audi A4. My initial experience with Atlanta Luxury Motors was awesome. The salesman Chris Gnatt and desk manger Rodney White were awesome. I signed contracts on both cars and began regularly driving both cars. However, what started out as a wonderful experience has now turned into a complete nightmare. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The deal with the Toyota Corolla was seamless, but I cannot say the same for Audi. On March 20th I called Capital one, the lender for the Audi, as I had not heard from the first payment was due soon. While speaking with Capital One I was informed that they had returned the deal back to the dealer and I needed to contact Atlanta Luxury Motors . I spoke with the salesman Mr. Gnatt, and he too was confused as to why the deal was not funded. Only after I contacted the dealership was I informed that the finance manager for my deal had been fired, and my paperwork was not thoroughly completed by the finance manager. I was then told that the finance director would now be working my deal. I was assured that everything was processing and I was "good to go " . On April 3rd I then receive a call asking to return to the dealership as there were still issues with the deal. I was informed that I need to come up with 4300.00 $ for the deal to be funded by the bank !!! Although I was approved twice by Capital One for the same deal that I originally agreed upon. I have now had this car for over 45 days, I have paid car insurance, down payments and made investments in this car. All the while I am being told that they will work everything out. NOTHING has been worked out, and I am now prepared to return the car, but they have yet to mention anything about refunding the original down payment that was made on the vehicle. The unprofessionalism by the fiance director and manager of the dealership has been unparalleled . I am disgusted at the disorganization at this establishment, and I will warn everybody I know never to buy a car from this location. I am only giving them one star because of the salesman

Let's get one thing straight, ALM is literally everything I could ever asked for when purchasing a new vehicle. Not only they have a mass variety of cars you can select from but their managers and sales associates was AHH-MAZING! I came in and was greeted by Emerald and Chance, they welcomed my family and I with open arms. Whatever you guys do, please request for EMERALD or CHANCE as your sale person. They actually treated us like family members.

Growing from an asian household, it is in our genes to bargain for a good deal. Well, Emerald and Christopher W. was kind and patient enough to meet half way with my parent's budget. (Talking about Christopher, he is hands down the best manager I ever encounted) Heck, I was getting frustrate with my parents however, they did not snap back or gave us a " negative" vibe. Also, with any concerns that we had like purchasing a new key fog or finding a manual, Emerald, Christopher, Jawon, and Chance did everything they could to assist us. My wife had a great experience at this dealership. Our salesperson, Ralph Clark, was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Yes, we had to work out pricing, but we felt well treated throughout the experience.,car was clean and ready on time. No car trade in experience ( sold thru carvanna) , so no comment on that part. Would highly recommend Ralph and this dealership. Big plus: the Kia Optima SX is a great ride...handles like a BMW 5 series for 30k less! Well priced extended service package, also. We are now covered for 10/150k

My experience at this dealership was not good. We were working with AJ and when we arrived to work the deal were were handed off to someone else because he said he was too busy with other customers. We did manage to buy a car but the deal went wrong. We were trading in a car, left it and the keys at the dealership. A week later A.J. calls to say why didn't we tell about the trade. Now since he took the keys and all the information about the car how could he claim he did not know. We are now stuck with an additional car and note and he is acting as if he is an innocent bystander in the event. I would never recommend him or the dealership to any one and I have purchased many cars from various places. I would say someone most definitely needs to make this situation right for us the customer.
