Fast, efficient and friendly!! Happy to-do business for ya!!

Nice people to deal with even though all my product ( flour) wasn t there & I had to come back the next day. They had me loaded and out of there in 45 mins. Very polite man and check in window & Dennis the GM was very nice and apologetic that my product was not on hand. I d load here again.

To enter go through the right hand gate. The arrow pointed left saying truckers is there to let you know you need to buzz in at that little shack, not that you need to go through the left gate. That's the exit gate. It would be prudent for this company to do something to resolve this situation. The small lettering that follows can only be read once you're set up to enter said gate (without binoculars or a telescope ).

3 hours to get unloaded.

Not bad at all, in and out in 2 hours. No waiting for door even if 20 trucks came in one time:) good personnel.

For 2019 i am going to try not to use colorful language. The receiving male was a jerk. I was 13 minutes past closing and he wouldnt work me in. Of course he didnt have to but he could have. Especially when he said that cans take 2 hours and that would make him have to work his guys until 630. 30 minutes?? God bless you anyway. Ill be back tomorrow but im going to give him a glare.

Update: I went in the next day and the same guy helped me but all the jerkiness was GONE. It was my first load back from maternity leave and I pump. He was extremely helpful in getting me a place as quiet and as comfortable as available in a warehouse so I could pump. So stars go from 1 to 3 for this.

Didnt allow to load a day early. Has overnight parking.

I was in and out quickly . I had all my load info with me the guy that didnt have his pickup number was backburnerd he just got a door as I was leaveing. his dispatch (hooked him up).

Clean, but took a long time to get loaded past the scheduled pick-up time

Heads Up ! This place will NOT load your trailer if it has furniture blankets on it , PERIOD !!!

Decent place. They have a lot next door u guess you can park overnight

Avoid this place. Employees work slow. Will be here over five hours if you come to deliver or pick up. I would give this place 0 Stars if I could.

awesome place, delivery app 11.45am, checked in at 9 am, empty 9.30!

Arrived 2 hours ahead of appointment time. Was immediately checked in, docked, and unloaded. Very friendly and professional staff. Easy access from interstate. Easy docking access. Repair shops, tires shops, parking area, and truck was in immediate vicinity, only about 1-2 miles away.

Over night parking in drop trailer lot. My appt was 1230pm and I checked in at 855am and was out by 1025am. Friendly staff and plenty of maneuvering room. Drop lot is a dirt lot.

Pretty straight as far as getting loaded. System is efficient, I had no issues here.

Nice place for pickup if u have a super clean trailer they give u load before appointment time
JUST MAKE SURE U HAVE A TRAILER LOOK AND SMELL LIKE BRAND NEW TRAILER
(ANY SMELL OR ANYTHING ON TRAILER WALLS THEN U REJECTED)
they have overnight parking in yard outside

Five hours been already still waiting for dock door for pick up , totally crepy

This place is were we pick up or carpet and its always fun people who work here are hilarious it make the start of the day fun

I don t know what the negative reviews are about. I came here to get loaded (expecting the worse due to the reviews) and stayed in the dropped trailer lot the when I arrived late at nite, my appointment was at 1pm and I checked in at 10 am and was assigned a door right away and hour later I had bills in my hand and pulling out. The lady that helped me that checks you in was awesome. One of the easiest places I ve been to. The main thing is as long as you have an appointment your golden. They will get you in and out quickly.

Appt for 0800. Arrived 0705 against dock 0715. Started unload at 0720. Finished at 0745.

Fast loading, as a rule. But sometimes it takes longer then you expect.

Very busy place, trucks arrive here every 5-10min and mostly get docks pretty fast. Loading of 20 pallets takes longer that it should and you will probably wait couple hour until they start working on you. Also after reading some reviews was very concern about my trailer so did a lot of cleaning before coming but everything is not so bad as it was described still was able to get loaded without any problems

Loading can take up to 3 hours depending on how many trucks you have in front of you. "I'll open the gate, you see two lines on the right hand side, come to the office when you reach number one position." Ooooo and trailer it better be clean... NO ODORS... Otherwise you'll get rejected. Yes I've been rejected here before because I farted while I was sweeping my trailer... Just kidding but literally this is how picky they are...

Bad Learning Experience Very Lazy People Nobody Really Seemed to know what they were doing. Managers Never do there jobs they have meetings 4 times a day over nothing that benefits the company. You show up to work sick puking with a ok to come in tommorrow and get sent home and terminated for it. They are always getting new Managers. Human Resources doesnt do there jobs very well for low experienced people with no warehouse experience great temporary job because they wont keep you very long. Very unstable job not worth the kind of pay you get for the labor. First day Of employment i waited 3 and half hours in the break room doing nothing at all but sitting there until a manger approached and asked if i was ready to work. Very very low rating on my book terrible job was a Nightmare.

A lot disappointed in thier ability to load a load because the driver was late through no fault of his own

Appointment was at 1pm , we came at 8 am , got checked in by very nice and polite guy. He said we may have to wait little since load wasn't ready , because we came 5 hours early. It took couple of hours and when he start loading us took only 40-50 min. We were out by 10.50. Very easy to find and very nice and polite people. Thank you.

All good, 1 hr for unload and they have overnight parking too

Not very nice or helpful. Easy place to drop n hook. Lot is dirt with lots of puddles.
