A five star does NO justice because this business has and continues to exceed my expectations as a customer. Mr. Reid Millikan is AWESOME! He knows how to turn mechanics jargon into a real metaphorical connection to the real world; how the fueling system compares to our respiratory system (you had to be there to hear it, unbelievable ) As a customer, this is what l look for because l am not the expert yet having my car running well is a necessity for my family and me. I was drawn to this business by my parents and l was really with another car company for over 15 years. BUT l am very glad and highly satisfied with the change over to Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough! Great job!

Last year in June I bought a 4 runner from Toyota of McDonough. I have figured out that my car is not worth what they sold it to me for. I went to go trade it in at Kia of McDonough (GREAT PEOPLE) and they basically told me that they couldn t give me more than $18500 and they would sell it on their lot for $19900. I haven t even had the car for a year and I still owe $31,000. They ripped me off .. knowing I was a young female buyer. Not to mention they made sure to hit my credit 4 TIMES! The man who sold my car to me attempted multiple times to take me out on a date and one of the sales floor men insulted me because I was a woman and idk what I was talking about. These people are crooks. It made me so mad and upset sitting in front of someone who sells cars and has been in the car business for years to tell me how sorry they were for me that Toyota ripped me off. They should be ASHAMED. Now I m paying for a car that will have little to no value in 2-3 years. I can t wait till I can get rid of my car and never have any connection or contact with Toyota of McDonough.

I have to tell you that if you don't go to Toyota of McDonough for your next car you have missed out on the best. This is my second time buying a car from there with the best salesman and financial officer there ever was, Mr Poole treated my sons and I with dignity and grace as he made this buy so smooth. Leon Poole is the best salesman you could ever meet. He is very respectful and he helps you where he in his expertise knows just what you want or need. I would go to no one else. Toyota of McDonough is the best.!

Neil Williams is the best salesman ever! Every time I tried to walk away, he went back to try to get me a better deal! The Manager was very sweet, he walked around just to thank everyone individually for coming in. The finance person (cant remember his name) was great & so up front about everything and was able to assist me with any questions I had ! Service department is top notch. Always greeted with a smile and my car is always treated well. Charles always takes care of me and he makes sure to answer any questions I have and will break down any issue my car is having so that I understand it. Charles makes sure that my car is washed before I get it back, and promptly calls me when my car is ready for pick up. I will always go to this dealership when I get my Prius serviced!!

As far as the parts/service area, I scheduled my appointment online and within TWO minutes got a call from a salesman saying they desperately needed Camrys and would offer me great deals on mine for a new 15/16 car. I was appalled but kept my appt and I brought my 12 Camry in for service as well as repair a recall issue. Slow greeting, slow computers, and a time stamp of nearly 4 hours to complete. Not 30 minutes in to leaving was the first call of all air filters needed replacing, next was battery level was marginal (I've never had one problem cranking) and the washer line would need to be ordered, an expense even though it was bought at that location with that problem. I denied the battery replacement but agreed to let them clean the connections ($24 for a 5 minute wire brush scrub is a ripoff) In any event $147 later my simple oil change was complete in only about 1.5 hours that's the only good part of this. Upon return, I went to the cashier where I waited 15 minutes to pay because she had to inspect a loaner vehicle for someone, a number of other service clerks were just hanging around. When I checked my car, the inside looked like it had been turned upside down, not a floor mat in place,it was not returned as I had left it. Glove box stuff was on the floor but what got me the most were the brand new tires I had put on the front of the car a mere 7 days prior had been rotated to the back. This was not a service I asked for and any real mechanic would know that those were brand new and the back had a lot more wear. You would want the new ones on the front of this car or if in doubt ASK ME if I wanted that as part of the service.

In any event, I have been interested in purchasing a 4 runner so while there we test drove a used one. I loved it but am in no hurry to purchase, just curious if I want to step up to one. We were upfront with the salesman on that fact. He talked me in to running the numbers anyway. The salesman was nice but I gave him my bottom number right off the bat. Of course, someone from the back needed to come out and schmooze me more to pay a higher number and when I said no he said well until he could know my credit score for certain he couldn't give accurate numbers so I agreed to run A CREDIT CHECK, meaning ONE! 3+ hours later and walking out the door from feeling like I had been interrogated and played for hours, they offer me the original price I said was my bottom dollar. Sorry, you lost my sale FOREVER with that treatment and shy of giving me the 4 runner would buy nothing from you but that's not the end of this long story.

The next day I have an alert about a credit inquiry from the credit monitoring I have, not ONE hit but EIGHT in one day!!!! I never authorized this and you have now lowered my credit rating due to this. Furthermore, I received FIVE follow-up phone calls on Monday wanting my opinion. I gave them my opinion with no solution that I requested. In addition, I have had constant emails requesting I fill out survey about them after survey. Their responses look the same as all these negative reviews, now they wanted me to fill out this survey. If you are going to harass someone this much at least respond to them with something other than their generic reviews. I have firmly said I won't be back to this dealership so I guess they figure it's no point in doing anything to make things right. Your management and business practices are in dire need of being swept clean and being replaced.

These people tried to sell me a 2019 Camry XLE for $39,291.49. Highway robbery. When I bought a brand new Honda Accord I paid less than the sticker price with all taxes and fees and some extra s added to the car like a spoiler and moonroof visor. The sticker price on a Camry XLE is $29k but they tried to get $39k out me. The car would ve been $10k underwater as soon as I drove off the lot. Let me give you all some car buying tips:

1. Do not give them your license, until after agreeing to a car deal!
2. Apply for a loan with a credit union BEFORE you allow them to run your credit. The higher your interest rate, the MORE they make!!!! Also, you do not have to have an account with a credit union before you apply! I didn t have an account with the credit union and they still approved my car loan for a 5.25% interest rate and I was 22!!!!
3. Any down payment you make is just extra money going into their pockets. It only lowers your car note payment by around $10.

This is the Atlanta metro area. A city filled with crooks and scam artists. This dealership is no different! Stay away or get played. Oh and shame on you James MJ Allen. He really tried to play me. Dude I have a BBA in Finance. MBA. And JD (LAW DEGREE). LOL! Not to mention straight out the hood. I recognize game being run on me. You full of street game. No formal education. I may be a woman, but I m an educated woman. #Checkmate

Great experience. I walked in just to do a test drive and ended up driving off the lot with a vehicle. The staff were very quick to respond to any questions and they were very helpful even when it came to the small things such as opening the door for you. Overall one of the best dealerships I've been to and I strongly recommend anyone else looking for a vehicle to go check them out.

I stopped in to take a look at a truck that I had looked at online. Just as I was parking, Malcolm Redd called and asked how he could help. (From my registration on line.) He walked out to the lot and gave me all the information I needed, etc. Malcolm spoke to his sales manager, came back with exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in no time. I have to say, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, ask for Malcolm Redd and if you need financing, ask for Mason. Both of these individuals are outstanding!!!! A very pleasant experience all the way around.

My salesmen Angel B. was fantastic, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Everyone from the sales managers to the finance manager were friendly. DO NOT GO HERE. They take so long to service my car. For a normal service appointment, I waited three hours. I went in by myself and as a young 20 year old they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. They lied about what I needed my for my car. I had to do my own research and discover that I needed a refund. On previous visits, they would not return my phone calls so I had to get a ride to the store. They had not even started working on my car that had been dropped off early in the morning. They continue to lie and steal money so I will not return.

I have bought 3 vans from Leon Poole. My mom and I each just did a trade in and got a new ride from Leon Poole. He is very helpful and goes above and beyond for his customers! If I ever had an issue, he comes in on his off day to handle the problem himself. He works hard to get you the deal that best fits your life style and offers suggestions that best suits you and your family. Right now Toyota is offering free oil changes for as long as you own the car. That and 0% is why I traded in my 2013 for the 2017 sienna van. And Leon Poole is the only salesman that I would ever buy from. And to top things off, he is a no pressure or gimmick salesman! We LOVE Leon Poole

Bought a 2017 Highlander last year at 741 a month. Now, the payment plus insurance is right at 1000. My income has changed and i need to lower my payments before i have to surrender my only means of transportation. Instead of helping a loyal customer downgrade into a more affordable payment, I'm told the payment would exceed 800 if they did. Why? What happened to the 4000 we put down on our previous deal? That should have dissolved the negative equity on the car i traded in, but it was not, i paid the sales commission instead of the negative equity. Was told by Leon Poole he would contact me today before 8pm, never did. I really enjoyed dealing with this dealership, but since this unprofessional business practice of the salesman, I'm now in a rough situation, either i pay the ridiculously high payments or lose the car. Sure wish i would've just kept my 2007 Titan, but it's a lesson i will never repeat. I honestly cannot believe I'm being done this way, it's unbelievable. My feelings are hurt because i just may be without any car. Smh so wrong..on so many levels.

Worst dealership I have ever been took. First off, they were not honest about their inventory that I asked about over the phone. When I got there, they said they had a limited pre-owned vehicle selection. I drove all the way from north Atlanta for this!? I was pissed! Then it took forever to be seen and get an estimate. I got tired of waiting and just left. The salesmen blamed everything on a jammed printer. This is the most unprofessional car buying experience ever. Will not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

(Disclaimer: This review was given before the Toyota was bought by Jim Ellis) If you plan on purchasing a car, do so elsewhere! I purchased a new car from this location and it was a rip off. The sales rep did not explain anything to me so I am slowly discovering that the perks I was promised are not what I was led to believe they are and I was charged extra for things that I did not even want in or on my vehicle. On top of the fact that they basically schemed me out of thousands of dollars, when I took my car to be serviced at this location, they lied about the condition of my vehicle, telling me I would need a repair that would cost me $400+. Thankfully, I took my vehicle elsewhere for the repairs and the tests they ran showed there was no issue with my vehicle. When I asked Toyota about this, I was told that they would look into it. Of course, I have heard nothing. Also, I was promised a copy of my paperwork on multiple occasions and I have yet to receive it. The people at this location makes Toyota look bad. I wish I had purchased my car from Nalley Toyota in Stonecrest.

I just made a purchase of a 2015 Camry. My product specialist Jamin Barksdale, came in to the dealership on his day off in order for me to make the deal. He afterwards spent the needed time to help me understand how to use all the options that I now have available to me. I have to admit that I was slightly reluctant to make the purchase due to circumstances beyond his control but he as well as the sales manager went above and beyond the norm to get me in my new automobile happy. I will definitely feel comfortable in referring all my friends and colleagues to this dealership in the future.

Today I bought a Prius 4 from Toyota of McDonough. I searched the internet looking for a particular color and went to several dealerships on the north side. In addition, I had communicated with Alexis over the internet and phone several times going back and forth about the color and "out the door price." She came back with the best price that I made the drive south. The drive took me almost 2 hours in traffic from 75N Marietta to 75S McDonough. Needless to say it was worth the drive! Before I left I called and made sure the car was still available and Thurston said they would pull it off the lot until I arrived. That was a great decision because by the time I made it down someone had eyed it and wanted to buy it. They honored their word and I was able to see it first, test drive it, and buy it! The other party was not happy and wrote a negative review because they weren't able to buy the car. I am sorry for them, I only wish they had 2 Prius 2's ( sea glass pearl color) for both of us.
I appreciate them keeping their word. Not only were they honest , very helpful, and Thurston explained everything I asked about the car. William finalized all the paperwork expeditiously.
I dreaded buying a new car because everyone tells you they are the best and have the best price. You don't know who to believe. Thank you Alexis, Thurston, and William for a great car buying experience. They even give free oil changes for life. WOW, can't beat that!

READ CAREFULLY before Signing any deal

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. The staff overall was nice and friendly. They did not honor the site unseen trade appraisal even though when they sent the offer via email it said nothing about deductions made onsite for things like wear and tear on tires etc which they deducted once I had driven 35 miles to their dealership and multiple conversations.

BEWARE however when you get to the business/finance office. I had planned to pay cash however the sales team said to get all the rebates I had to finance a small amount. When I got to the finance office they ask me to review the contract and pick a service plan which was included in the monthly payment. When I ran the numbers they were adding $58 per month for 3 years for the basic service plan. I refused to sign and after a lot of back and forth they removed the plan and agreed to finance at the agreed to interest rate of 4.99%
