My daughter and I met Mr. Leon on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. for both of us were interested in buying a new vehicle. Mr. Leon was right on with her vehicle, but I had not told him yet what I exactly wanted. But when I got there and told him, he got right on it and Both of us bought new vehicles from Mr. Leon! My sister car broke down on 75 South, she was nervous and scared on the expressway with the big trucks passing by. I talked her into just having her car towed to the Toyota dealership in McDonough, Ga because she wasn t far from there. I was still at work myself but i did my best to make it to the Toyota Dealership to secure a rental while her car would be serviced. They are outstanding at Toyota of McDonough, i pulled up right at closing time but the nice lady in the rental department listened to my situation and stayed over for almost an hour to make sure my sister had a rental car. Outstanding! When the tow truck driver finally brought my sister car to the dealership. The service guy by the name of Adam took the time even after they were closed to write up a service ticket so my sister car would be seen first thing in the morning. Outstanding standing! They are a team at Toyota of McDonough, Ga. If you go there they Got You!!!!! My sister car was ready the next evening and they made sure it wouldn t have to come back for a while!!!!! My dad and I came early to look around the lot and were received almost immediately. Miguel explained the features of the car in detail but in a way that was also simple enough for me to understand. I wasn t overwhelmed with the information, and he was very friendly and willing to negotiate about prices, colors, and features. He was very patient and honest, willing to sit with us while my dad hassled him with questions (this is my first new car). When I come back, I will definitely ask for him again.

It seems that this service department continues to go down hill the Longer Jim Ellis has it. I only go because I have a service agreement with them. However I feel that even though they sold me a Chevy with the agreement to service it for life they are trying to not honor it by making it more and more difficult to get my car serviced.

Salesperson (Leon) was absolutely great. Personable and did everything possible to make our experience as smooth as could be. He wasn't pushy, and if there was something he was unclear about he would find someone who could clarify. Only 3 stars because finance person was rude, pushy, and wasted a lot of my time. What should have taken about 90 mins turned into 4 hrs+.
*Edit: Dropping to 1 star. After sale care has been horrible. Items removed from vehicle without permission during service. Multiple calls failed to remedy this. Refuse to waste even more of my time by traveling there in person.
Toyota of McDonough is definitely the business! I went in with an approval from my bank, wanting to trade in a car, which was upside down and inside out lol and after going to 2 other dealerships and being told it was nothing that they could do for me with my trade, but saying that I could buy a car giving me 2 car payments and also trying to encourage me to let my car go back to the bank. Nope! no way! But this place turn that whole situation around. From the time I walked in, til the end of signing. I was definitely satisfied. I was able to trade in my car, getting the car of my choice along with a whole bunch of goodies and also putting me with Toyota financial bank, getting me a lower interest rate and better deal than the other bank. The salesman JOVAN ROSEBORO was VERY professional, cool and down to earth. if I could I would rate him 10 stars. He handle my situation and business all in no time I was in and out. Bought a new vehicle here and brought it back for them to repair the tint on my windows. They fixed it but the person who fixed it put his work material on my back seat and left stains all over it. Fixed the tint but left a mess.
Spoke with Harby Santos on Saturday he answered all my questions , i did not feel rushed or pressured and i came back Monday and was able to make a deal. They got me a very good deal and APR on a new 2020 corolla for me and my wife. Exceptional Service ! Harby Santos was very helpful and knowledgeable !

Sales person was friendly, however, the Finance person was not. Sale person gave me an out-of-door price before I came. So the sale process was easy. I have over 800 in credit score, but it still took Finance more than two hours to process my finance. The person wasn't helpful neither.

Dealer did above the call. I turned up without a reservation. My 2010 Corolla had a charging system problem. The dealer diagnosed it quickly as a bad alternator, got a replacement part quickly and replaced it and the serpentine belt (which is taken off to do the part replacement) and I was out of the dealership in 2-3 hours begin to end.

I took my 2016 Toyota Highlander in to the Service Department at Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough because my wife thought she smelled anti-freeze. The service advisor, Amanda Cambron, said she would have them look at the car and run some tests to see if they could find the issue.
The mechanic checked out the A/C system and found everything to be in order. They also did not charge me anything.
The Jim Ellis Toyota folks have my service needs from now on as they were honest and fair in their dealings with me!
Our experience with Toyota was an incredibly scary one which could have led to a fatal accident for my baby, husband, and myself.
After having a steering problem fixed in our Toyota 4-Runner, the next day we left for a long road trip. 20 minutes down the road, our vehicle had two flat tires and a bowed tire. We were on 75 South and could have had a fatal accident had another car not alerted us in time for us to get out of the middle lane and get off the highway. Toyota arranged for a tow truck to take our car back to their dealership. We were told that it was a problem with the tire valves which we had just replaced, along with new tires, 3 months ago. Although they apologized profusely and assured us that no damage had happened to the tires, it was an awful experience to have one's tires go bad while on a trip with an 8 month baby in the car. With a bowed tire and two flats happening a day after the car had been looked at, it certainly seemed as if this was more than a couple faulty valves.
Not only did we miss an important graduate school appointment but we also were put in a very dangerous position because of what appears to be a mechanic's malpractice. Also, the fact that our new tires were flat and had to be driven on to get off the highway means that the new tires we bought were put through a lot which would certainly compromise their integrity.
Toyota simply apologized to us and put new valves on but did not offer to replace the tires or do anything more than to say the mechanic was "going to hear from them when he returned to work the next day."
Even though my husband didn't press the point, I feel strongly that Toyota should offer recompense for the trauma and to our tires as well as the derailment of our important appointment and the consequent problems that came into the day.
I have been in sales and customer service for 15 years. I know and have always taught my recruiters that a GOOD salesperson always have their business cards and they speak to everyone, which is exactly what Mr. Caswell Walker did when I met him a few days ago at a restaurant. We had about 3 minutes of small talk where he handed me his card and I did not anticipate that I would be calling him a few days later when my jeep shut down on me and he came to the rescue literally. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Walker to anyone. Thank you Jim Ellis Toyota for helping me Catch My Break Today.

Bought a used car here, a week later had to put it i the shop for transmission problems, 2 weeks later it's in the shop again and has to have a new transmission put in. It is just obvious that they do not inspect their cars that well. Also their customer service is awful, they are arrogant and just worried about their next dollar and not worried about their customers being satisfied (at least not me).
