The Rating that I would like to give for all of my services,help,and everything from opening the door until I left the parking lot was a 10. Y E S A 1 0 !!!!!!!! **********. My service associate ( HEATHER) from the time she was called to the front desk and greeted me to the end of my services was the B E S T and E X C E L L E N T Services I have experienced over my 50 plus years. I went in with a very stressful issue about my car situation, and because , ( I ) stepped back and let ( G O D ) control it. Prayers Go Up , Blessings Come Down .!!!!!

I had to wait 2 hours just to be told you will owe...

I had to wait 2 hours just to be told you will owe 50$ an your car is not even been worked yet. So all in all the service is irresponsible to the consumers of this dealership. Especially to the ones that are very direct an unfront I didn't want to wait just to be told I owe. Beside it was an update on the car in which Toyota requested I didn't.
I spoke with the service manager he was going to talk with the owner before I take steps to make a phone call to Toyota this afternoon Monday oct 3rd. I see neither one care about the reputation an or poor representation of their employees. To contact me back.

Had a coupon for a free oil change so went to Toyo...

Had a coupon for a free oil change so went to Toyota of McDonough and they wouldn't even honor my coupon after my loyalty and several purchases of cars 8 between my dad and i to be exact... They acted like it was so difficult to redeem my coupon for the free oil change. Horrible experience.

Very efficient. Made an appointment on a Saturday for 1pm but Friday night those plans couldn t work. I planned to arrive around opening time (0730) and when I did, I was tenth in line. Around 0725, they moved all the cars into 3 lines with their garages and I was 3rd in the second line. They were still prompt with service opening the garage at 0730 and moving the cars inside. Their computers were down but they were still informative and prompt. Victoria helped me that day and she was polite with my service even though she didn t recognize my prepaid maintenance package. She answered all my questions and made sure I didn t get anything extra I had to pay for unless it was told to me (my package was prepaid when I bought my car so I don t pay for oil changes/tire rotations). Left with everything completed in 1 hour with no appointment and their computers being down. Toyota cars are best and their service definitely holds to it as well.

My daughter and I were in search for a car for her. We did some online research, found a car at Jim Ellis Toyota. We got there and was greeted by Hudson, this salesman was very helpful to her needs. Long story short the car we wanted to buy for her she didn t get I bought it for myself and he assisted her in buying a Camry for her so we left with 2 cars instead of one. Great customer service! We are pleased with our purchases.

BEWARE-- They keep you there for four hours while ...

BEWARE-- They keep you there for four hours while misleading you the whole time on your purchase, terms of contract, and extras included. (Took them 1 1/2 hours to detail a car with only 5 miles on it!!) The finance guy was so busy telling us where to sign, he neglected to point out how long, $$$,and interest rate were going to be. My husband had a toothache and just wanted out of there, no way did we expect to be the first in and last out on a rainy Sunday. The salesperson, Christian, does NOT work in your interest. He told us when we entered the lot we could get the Camary deluxe model for the same price as the luxury--NOT, then tells you how to respond to Toyotas' survey so he can make the rest of his commission. I will never go back, and have told many people (including strangers) to go anywhere else but here. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I purchased a used vehicle here and had a great experience. Robert Collins took excellent care of me and worked hard to get as close as possible to where I wanted to be. He was very thorough with every option that he presented me with. The best part was that it took less than 3 hours to start and finish the deal. Shortest time I ve ever spent at a dealership.

WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE**** I have ever experienced. On yesterday, I called the service department and spoke to a service person named Amanda Cambron (she has only been employed 6 months) I told her that I had ran over a curb and flatten 2 tires.and Im having to get my car towed. I specifically asked her were the tires covered because I had Road Hazard and had purchased the tires there. She says "Yes" and then she states ..Let me make sure we have your size tire" ..after a short delay, She then stated .." Yes , we have your size ..I then let her know I was having to tow my car from Stockbridge..and I should be there shortly..She responds.."Great". I finally arrive at the dealership about 20 mins before closing. She greets me at the door. This is when everything goes down hill..Amanda didnt know what type of Road Hazard I had , she was asking others about whether it was In House thru Toyota or if it was some other company, that was closed by 230pm. She finally decides that probably I have In House Road Hazard ..and I will have to pay 50% of purchase of new tires, which came up to almost $200.00. So imagine how it feels to be mislead, and not being completely informed.None of this was told to me over the phone!!! She appeared unbothered. I became very upset,so, I requested to speak to John Walters.(the GM).He was worst then her, This guy was unprofessional, very arrogant, and condescending. He didnt care about me as a customer, He never apologized for the lack of information given, he didnt care about any of my concerns. He suggested I was looking for a hand out.. He stated"Why do you think we are just gonna give you tires for free? " I couldnt believe my ears. His statement sounded bias and racially motivated.He told me to leave , HIS dealership and they dont want my business. He was unprofessional with his gestures and body language, like he was tired of me complaining and just wanted me out. He even waved me off and stated "Get Out" ...I couldn't believe what I was seeing considering I had purchased my car at this dealership almost 2 years ago, and I even referred them to my coworker who purchased a car as well. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone until they change their leadership. Toyota's are great cars ...this Dealership just gives them a bad name. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I intend to post my complaint every week to ensure any prospective customer will know what they are dealing with if they visit Toyota of McDonough.

I went to Jim Ellis Toyota today after losing my 2008 Toyota Corolla due to a terrible car accident, my car was demolished. After looking at the damage of my Corolla I was in tears from thanking the Lord for my survival from the accident.

I prayed for the Lord to step in and help me. As soon as I arrived to Jim Ellis Toyota the Lord placed a ram in the bush for me. Car sales representative, Susan Crawford met me and introduced herself to me and took me to the car of my dreams. Susan was so kind, sweet and professional, her knowledge of the vehicle and deep compassion for my situation was remarkable. After being with Susan, my spirit and hope was lifted and I purchased the 2017 Rav 4 that had all the perks I could have dreamed for. The color, interior and everything was exactly what I had been praying for. Susan worked out a great finance package for me and she blessed me with the best deal. Thank you Susan, you were truly God sent.

I challenge anyone, if you want excellent customer service and a great sales rep, go directly to Susan Crawford at Jim Ellis Yoyota in McDonough GA.

We bought a clean SUV at Jim Ellis Toyota and McDonough today. We've been doing research and felt like educated consumers. They had the car we were looking for and the price was very good. I assumed that I would negotiate the price a bit but I did not have to because they gave me such a good trade in value. Our salesman, Leon, was a pleasure to work with as was Gary in management.

My experience was amazing! I came to the dealership with no money down, and they were able to get me in a brand new 2016 corolla. My salesperson, Trenda, went above and beyond. There was no pressure and she treated me as a customer and not just another sale. Ask for her!!

Very inefficient system they have at this dealership. You have to go through 3-5 phone transfers to actually get to the area you want to talk to. If you visit to shop they will hound the heck out of you, so be cautious of giving your phone number.

I just recently purchased a car from here and I would say that overall, I am pleased with my experience. The Sales Professional I worked with was Gary Coley and he is actually the main reason I purchased my vehicle. He was friendly, respectful, and treated me like a human being and not just a sale. One of the sales manager almost blew it because of his attitude toward me and I left that day seeking a vehicle from somewhere else. But Gary stayed in touch, remained friendly and respectful so I went back and got a vehicle that I love. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a vehicle from Mr. Poole. I love that he was not pushing a sale on my husband and I either time. I NEVER dreamed I could afford to drive off with the brand new sports model 86! He never gave up until I got the right financing I needed, even though it was late in the evening. I am super happy and Highly recommend Mr. Poole if you are in the market for a vehicle.

We had the best experience ever! Buying a car is never a decision you take lightly. Mr. Neil made sure we felt comfortable making this decision, he went above and beyond! Mr Gary explained everything to us in our own native language and made us feel like family. Mr Daniel was very thorough and covered everything we needed to know about financing and helped us tremendously. These 3 gentlemen all rock stars! Thank you, Mr. Neil for staying after hours and helping us in setting up bluetooth, GPS, etc. You're great!

All of my experiences with Toyota of McDonough has been great! This one was a little different because I just felt like important information was left out as far as what the different packages offered. I understand that if you tell them exactly what you're looking for they try to put you in there. I loveeeeee my 2016 Toyota Prius but there were a few features I didn't get because we were so wrapped up in making a deal!!! With that being said it should not have been that way. It should have been a little simplier than that!!! That's the difference in this experience than the others. I will still deal with Toyota later but I just expect a more smoother visit and a better deal!!!

I tagged along with my brother to buy a car at this dealership. This is by far the worst dealership I ve been to. They wanted to jerk us around with the pricing after we told them we were already in communication with another sales rep... after we provided the sales sheet that the rep gave us, they magically changed the price to match. Offered deal is only good today which is the one line I despise the most! Overall, extremely disappointed with the customer service. Unfortunately, my brother didn t want to travel around to shop and settled to purchase the car. Sales manager came out and asked is everything okay, I just don t want you guys to leave a negative review ... they knew what was coming. I wholeheartedly regret the purchase my brother made at this dealership!! Toyota still rocks though.
